LIGHTNOVELWORLD Chapter 4: [4] First Kill
"Ah, this shit is harder than I thought"
After catching his breath Alex stood up, but as he was about to walk away he saw something out of the corner of his eye. Looking up he saw someone looking at him from the classroom, the boy quickly ducked down and hid from Alex.
Ignoring them Alex walked off, he checked each hall before turning down it trying to avoid as much zombies as he could but he still eventually had to fight a few before he made it to the nurses office.
[Mission: Kill 7/10 Zombies]
"At most they'll probably just have some bandages, I don't think they'll have any kind of painkillers but I can still check"
Walking into the office Alex saw a couple corpses around the room with there heads split open, he made sure each of them was dead before raiding all the storage cabinets.
After a while of searching Alex managed to find a few bandages and a box of tylenol stuffed in the back of a drawer, most of the other stuff had no use for Alex but he still quickly stuffed it into his backpack before leaving.

It took him longer to make it back to the classroom he left Koharu because the amount of zombies that swarmed the halls from a scream, but after evading a few close encounters and killing a few unsuspecting zombies Alex managed to make it back safely.
Knocking on the door Alex peaked through the window and saw Koharu arguing with a group of people in the room.
"Hey Koharu open the door" said Alex as he banged on the door a little harder
The group of zombie from before heard the yelling and started hobbling down the hallway towards Alex, seeing this Alex started to panic.
"What the fuck are you doing, open the door"
Kicking the door Alex could see the people inside blocking the door as Koharu tried to push his way through. He thought about smashing the window to get in, but that would also put Koharu in danger so he chose not to.
"If you don't open this fucking door, im gonna fucking kill you" yelled Alex
Looking at the slowly approaching group of zombies Alex decided to give up on trying to get into the classroom, he gave the group one last look and turned to leave but as he did another group of zombies turned into the hallway and blocked off his exit.
"Looks like it's my fucken lucky day" mumbled Alex
Alex took a deep breath and looked at both groups of zombies.
"Alright you fuckin pussy's, lets see what you got" yelled Alex as adrenaline pumped throughout his body
Alex charged at the group with the more spread out zombies, the first one lunged at Alex but he kicked it legs out from underneath it and stabbed it in the base of the skull.
The second and third charged at him together, but Alex managed to knock one of them over and slammed the second one into the window opposite to the classrooms. The glass shattered and Alex pushed the zombie out the window, it landed with a loud splatter but Alex didn't get a chance to breath as four other zombies lunged at him.
He used the metal bar to hold back two of the zombies and slammed them into the lockers, Alex threw them into a water fountain and they crashed into it sending water spraying everywhere.
Grabbing the next two zombies by the clothes Alex threw them into another window and they smashed through sending glass everywhere, shards of glass flew towards Alex and left deep gashes on his cheek and arms while he turned with his back to the wall.
"Fuck, the adrenaline is starting to wear off and im getting tired"
Gasping for air Alex contemplated jumping out the window, but as he was about to fight another zombie he heard the sounds of skulls being smashed and blood splattering on the floor.
*Phstt*Phstt*Phstt*
Nails flew passed Alex and stabbed into the zombies stumbling towards him, they fell to the ground and the group of zombies was quickly cleared as Alex joined in using the last bit of stamina to kill a couple more.
Falling into the wall Alex looked up at the group of people who saved him, standing at the frount was Saeko followed by the rest of the main characters from the anime.
"I never would have guessed that you would be the one to help me" said Alex looking at Saeko with a smirk
"Don't think to much on it"
Look over at the door Alex's face quickly turned into hatred, he walked over and used the metal bar to smash the glass and crawled through the window which left long gashes on his legs.
He saw two of the people from the group holding down Koharu while the rest backed up to the wall, seeing the boy who initially held Koharu back and argued with him about letting Alex in he charged him.
"W-wait"
Before the boy could get any more words out Alex punched him in the face as hard as he could, the boy slammed against the wall and blood started pouring down his face. Seeing this the group of people quickly ran away as picked the boy up and threw him into the desks.
Jumping on top of him Alex punched him until he stopped struggling.
"Fucken piece of shit, you tried to get me killed... now im gonna repay the favor" after saying this Alex grabbed the metal bar
Lifting the bar above his head, Alex drove it directly into the boys chest, he watched as the boy looked at him with wide eyes and started to struggle as he drowned in his own blood, Alex waited until the boy stopped moving and pulled out the metal bar blood sprayed out and covered Alexs face and clothes. He looked towards the group of people with a wide smile, but was quickly tackled to the ground by Takashi.
