LIGHTNOVELWORLD Chapter 60: Chapter 59: New Equipment
Early Morning, on the outskirts of Horaud. Shizuku and Kaori were saying their goodbyes to their classmate.
"Take care Kaorin, Shizuin," Suzu says with slight tears.
"Try to contact us once you make it," says Eri standing beside Suzu.
Shizuku, upon seeing Suzu's tears, hugs her and says, "Take care, Suzu." She then turns to Eri and hugs her as well. Eri initially stiffens but then responds with a hug.
After she released her, Kaori also did the same, saying their goodbyes they walked up to the Brise and took their seat at the back.

Suzu, Eri, and a few others witnessed them getting into the car and leaving at an incredible speed.
As they left, everyone slowly made their way back to the inn. Suzu, noticing that Eri hadn't moved from her place, said, "Eri, let's go back."
"Yeah," Eri adjusted her glasses and walked behind hiding a smile.
[Finally, those damn trasses left.] Eri was initially displeased seeing her plan crushed, but now seeing both nuisances leave she felt elated [Now that both trashes are gone. I can finally make him mine.] Eri couldn't help but smile thinking about it.
Suzu who was walking a few steps ahead, suddenly felt a chill down her spine and looked back just to see a confused-looking Eri looking at her.
"Suzu? what's wrong?" Eri asks.
"N-no nothing… let's hurry back," saying that she grabbed Eri's hand and walked faster.

At night.
A few meters away from the inn, Hiyama Daisuke kept punching a tree and cursing, "DAMN IT! DAMN IT! DAMN IT! YOU GOTTA BE SHITTING ME!"
"How the fuck is that Ass still alive, he should have died." Hiyama punches the tree even harder, his blood boils when he remembers Hajime taking Kaori, his Kaori away from him.
"Bastard! I will kill them, I will kill Nagumo and Sakai. It must be Sakai's fault that Ass is still alive." he continued his tirade.
"You seem to be in a panic, Daisuke," a sudden voice filled with sarcasm was heard.
Hiyama hearing the voice shouted back, "SHUT UP NAKAMURA! WHY DO YOU THINK I AM LIKE THIS…" Hiyama turns around and points a finger. "You said if I follow your plan I could get Kaori, but what happened instead, THAT FUCKER TOOK KAORI AWAY!" he shouted with anger-filled eyes.
"Could you be quiet? I don't want anyone to see us, it will make future planning much harder," Eri responds in a calm and measured tone.
Hiyama snorts hearing that, "And why would you think I will work for you, after the complete failure of your plan? And how are you going to deal with them? You have also seen it, their monstrous power."
Eri smiled, "That's simple, to deal with them we need something that surpasses them, and lucky for you, I know someone whose strength surpasses them."
Hiyama looked at Eri with confusion, "Who is it?"
"If you don't mind, can you show yourself," Eri spoke up.
Just as she spoke, a nun came out of nowhere and stood beside Eri.
Hiyama sees the suddenly appearing nun and asks, "You are saying she can…" Before he could say more his mouth shuts up seeing the silver wings sprouting from the nun's back.

"Let me introduce you, this is God's Apostle Noit. who is sent here to help us, isn't that right…" Eri urges Noit to speak.
"That's right, my god has been displeased seeing those two irregulars. That's why my god had sent me to assist you," saying that, Noit retracted her wings.
"Now tell me Daisuke, you still think we can't deal with them. If you are still worried, in the kingdom, three more Apostle are in wait. With the power of the Four Apostles, there is no way we are losing. And after those trasses are dealt with, you can have Kaori to all to yourself. You will be able to save her. What do you say." Eri smiled while saying the last part.
Hiyama's eyes shrank as he listened to Eri's words. The offer she presented to him was too tempting to reject. He felt it might be the only way to win Kaori over. "Fine, I will obey. As long as I get my Kaori, I don't care."

On the other side of the continent near the front lines lies a castle occupied by demons. Inside the throne room, a man with long ears slouches on the throne staring somewhere with vacant eyes. If someone sees him in his current state most if not all would think the man is dead. But that's far from what's happening.
"..."
After some time, the man's vacant eyes started to shine again with life, blinking his eyes he sat straight and looked at the two assistants who were on standby.
"Is Mikhail back yet?"
"Yes, my lord he is currently resting in his quarter," one of the two answered him with a monotone voice.
"My lord, do you wish to summon him?" the other asks.
"Yes, do so," the assistant standing on the left bowed and left to complete his order.
"..."
[It seems I need to speed up my plan with the dungeons. After the preparation for war is over, I will head to Gruen Volcano and claim the power then, I will crush those irregulars my god warned me about.]
Thinking till there he looked at the remaining assistant, "How are the war preparations coming along?"
"They are almost ready, in about 2 days, The new core of the special monster tamers should be ready," the assistant responds.
"Good, tell them after I return from Gruen Volcano, we will march to Heiligh Kingdom and crush them to the ground."
"Yes, my lord…"

After leaving Horaud, we headed to Grand Gruen Volcano, which is deeper inside the Gruen desert. According to the information we got in Horaud, it takes about a week to get there. However, with the Brise, it shouldn't take more than a day or two for us. We travelled throughout the whole day, only stopping to eat and then continuing forward, and we covered about halfway there. As the sun was setting and everyone was getting hungry, we decided to stop and set up camp for the day.
I then set up a barrier to keep monsters or any kind of foreign disturbance. While the food was being prepared, I decided to create proper equipment for Shizuku. Although her current set of equipment is not bad. But I don't think it is nearly resilient enough to last in the Labyrinth.
I activated
"Hmm… I should find a way to increase mana for them or at least a way to share my immense mana, I will think about that later."
I then decided to put only 5 enchantments Temperature Control, Shockwave Absorption, Auto Healing, Elemental Resistance, and Barrier, although I will be keeping the barrier part to myself.

Kaori stirred the pot and checked dinner was ready, "Everyone dinner is ready." While she called everyone for dinner. Tohru took the pot and put it on the dinner table Hajime had prepared.
As everyone gathered Shizuku noticed Rihito was absent.
"Where is Rihito?" she asked.
"Master? He is in the camp," Tohru responded putting plates.
Hajime taking his seat said, "He is busy creating something, probably some kind of equipment. You should call him, or he is too engrossed to eat dinner."
Hearing those words from Hajime, Yue stared at him with a deadpan look.
"..."
Noticing her gaze Hajime says, "What?"
"Nothing, just pot calling cattle black," Yue mumbled.
Shizuku got directions and went to call him, "Rihito, you there, dinner is ready."
"Ah… wait a minute," Rihito responds. He then walked out of the camp with a bag in hand.
"This is for you," I handed the bag with her new outfit inside.
Shizuku taking the bag confusingly asks, "What's this?"
"Inside is your new equipment I just made; your current equipment might be better than a normal adventurer. But it won't last in a dangerous place like Gruen Volcano." saying that I started to walk towards the dinner table. "Man, I am hungry."
Shizuku, feeling curious, opened the bag and saw two shining rings, a black full-sleeve top, a skirt, a pair of white gloves, and black boots. Seeing her new equipment, her eyes widened. Unlike what she was wearing, this equipment was overflowing with mana, which reminded her of Kouki's hero's armour.
Shizuku was astonished to see the quality of the equipment, she could see that pieces of equipment had magical enchantments imbued in it.
"He said, he just created these," she sighed. "Well, he did say, they had created their own equipment. So, this shouldn't surprise me."
Shizuku took the two rings and placed the spatial ring on her ring finger and the mana ring on her middle finger. As she wore the two rings, she smiled and mumbled to herself, "I would have liked it more if you had put the ring on yourself, stupid." Afterwards, she joined the dinner table.
