Mysteries: Legend of the bluebloods

Chapter 2: The Girl With Ice Blue Eyes

"Sonia dear, could you please help me pick up my book?" Sasha said for the second time in a row.

"It's Mystic, and I'm not your servant." I say, eyes rolling again. I get up and make an attempt to walk out of the hall. Then I feel something moist hit my face. She inhaled deeply. "oops, looks like I accidentally spilled my milk. Sorry." She says with an obvious sarcasm in her voice and with this evil smile of hers.

Alright, that's it. I've had enough. I open my eyes and walk straight to her without uttering a word. I pick up a lunch plate from the desk and dump it all over her hair. Everyone in the hall gasps.

"oops, looks like I dropped my lunch. Mind cleaning it up for me?" I say and she is practically shaking with rage right now. Of course, she should be. With everyone laughing at her right now.

"serves you right." I say with a triumphant smile before leaving the hall. Aiming straight for the restroom.

That felt good.

After lectures, I pack my books, grab my bag and aim for the exit. I walk out of the classroom and into the hallway. I open my locker and keep the books I wouldn't need and took the ones I would.

I lock it up and turn around only to find Sasha and her minions approaching me again.

"seems like you didn't enjoy the embarrassment you went through at lunch. I can add more to your list right now if you want." I say clearly not in the mood for pranks or any silly stupid thing they had in mind.

"oh darling, I would have loved to. But you know I have a party to get to, and unfortunately for you people your standard weren't invited." She says, and stare at her blankly then smile.

"anything to stay away from your craziness." I say and walk out on her.

I walk out the school gates and soon I'm on my way home.

"I'm home." I say, opening the door. No one greets me, not surprised.

I went over to my bedroom and got things ready. Grandpa wasn't home yet. I got ready and went outside for some practice.

My grandpa was always keen on me learning how to defend myself. He even went ahead to get me a martial art teacher. This didn't surprise me though, after my parents death, this was bound to happen.

I begin training, putting in all I've learnt. Some time later, I hear approaching steps and sure enough, it's grandpa.

"rough day at school?" he asks, just as he stops.

"same as always." I reply still focused on what I was doing.

"very well then." is all he says, soon all I'm left with to keep company are the echoes of his fading steps.

I continue training anyways, until I'm fully drained. I make my way inside once it's nearly dark. Grandpa doesn't say anything about it, I don't either. Exhausted as I am, I nearly crawl to my room and soon later into bed.
