Chapter 28: 28 sixth year 2
Satoru moved swiftly to the area where the drinks were being prepared for the adult guests. He spotted a group of workers struggling to move heavy crates of sake bottles. Their faces were drenched in sweat, and it was clear they were already fatigued.
"Can I help?" Satoru asked, flashing a friendly smile. The workers, too tired to refuse, eagerly accepted his offer.
"Sure, kid, if you can handle it," one of them muttered, wiping sweat from his forehead.
What they didn't know was that Satoru had subtly released a fatigue-inducing poison into the air earlier, speeding up their exhaustion. It was the perfect cover to take control of the situation. Using chakra augmentation to enhance his strength, Satoru lifted multiple boxes with ease, surprising the workers.
"Wow, look at him go!" one of them exclaimed, shocked at the boy's unnatural strength.
As Satoru carried the boxes, he carefully injected his chakra into the bottles, mixing the poison into the sake without anyone noticing. His chakra, invisible to the naked eye, worked like a syringe, penetrating through the boxes and into the bottles.
By the time he was done, Satoru had managed to poison over 60 percent of the bottles. The workers, too fatigued to keep track of his movements, didn't notice a thing.
"Thanks, kid," one of the men said, sitting down to catch his breath.
Satoru just smiled, nodding as he moved on to his next task.
As Satoru carried the last box of sake into the hall, Daichi was already there, smiling at him with approval. "How's it going?" Daichi asked, eyes scanning the preparations.
"The cake is perfect, and the sake bottles are all ready," Satoru replied, his voice steady and confident.
"Excellent. Take a break, get changed before the guests arrive," Daichi suggested, patting Satoru's shoulder.
Before leaving, Satoru handed Daichi an unpoisoned bottle. "Here, when the Yotsuki clan head arrives, make sure to toast him with this one. It's a special bottle."
Daichi took a sip, pleasantly surprised by the quality. "This is great! You always come through," he said, his trust in Satoru evident.
Satoru then headed to change and prepare for the evening. As he dressed, the guests began arriving, including the Yotsuki clan head, Rei Yotsuki, along with his two brothers and his wife. Their arrival brought a formal air to the event, with all eyes on them.
Standing by the entrance, Satoru handed out gifts to each guest, maintaining a polite smile. His demeanor was calm, hiding the knowledge of what was to come.
As the room filled with chatter and laughter, Daichi raised his glass, initiating the toast. "To Rei Yotsuki, may his influence continue to strengthen our clan!"
The adults raised their glasses, unknowingly drinking the poisoned sake that Satoru had carefully prepared. An hour remained before its effects would take hold, but Satoru showed no sign of his anticipation.
Meanwhile, the children gathered around the large, beautifully decorated cake. They giggled and cheered as slices were handed out. Satoru observed them, his smile now faint, a mix of satisfaction and calculation in his expression.
As the festivities continued, Satoru excused himself from the main hall. Everything was proceeding according to plan. The poisoned sake were already working their way into the Yotsuki clan's system.
Satoru moved through the crowd with practiced ease, approaching Rei Yotsuki's wife, Aiko, who stood sipping her drink, eyes wandering over the lavish gathering. Her soft smile greeted him as he served her another drink.
"Have you opened your gift yet?" Satoru asked, a casual grin on his face.
"I did!" Aiko replied, "The perfume smells like my favorite flower. How thoughtful!"
"Glad you liked it," he said smoothly before leaning in, lowering his voice. "By the way, your husband's in the kitchen."
Aiko's blush deepened, and she hurried off, leaving Satoru with a smirk on his face. The perfume he had given her wasn't just for show—it contained traces of his chakra, allowing him to perform Texture Surprise.
As she approached the kitchen, he subtly altered her appearance, making her look like someone else—someone specific.
Moments earlier, he had done the same to the Yotsuki clan head's older brother, Haru Yotsuki, using a similar perfume.
This one had made Haru's face resemble his brother, Rei. The adults all wore similar attire, making it easier for Satoru to carry out his plan unnoticed.
From his hidden position on the roof, Satoru watched as Aiko entered the kitchen, unaware that her brother-in-law, not her husband, was waiting. Haru, seeing Aiko approach, mistook her for his wife due to the altered appearance. Their mistaken identities blended perfectly with Satoru's scheme.
Sliding a tile aside, Satoru peered down at the scene below. With the final piece of his plan falling into place, he discreetly sprayed a secondary poison into the air, this one designed to heighten libido. It took effect quickly.
Haru, smiling as he caught a whiff of her perfume, leaned closer. "You smell amazing tonight."
Aiko, under the influence of the toxin, giggled softly. Without hesitation, she locked the door behind her, ensuring that no one could enter or witness what was about to unfold. Her demeanor shifted, and Haru, equally affected, responded eagerly.
Satoru watched from his perch with an almost clinical detachment, his plan working far better than he had anticipated.
'Perfect,' he thought, observing the two.
From his hidden position, Satoru quietly unlocked the door with a chakra string. The
trap was set.
A shadow clone of Satoru was with Rei in the main hall. Rei, already intoxicated from the festivities, requested more drinks.
The clone smiled and said,"There's a new type of drink in the kitchen that's becoming quite popular. Want to try it?"
Curious, Rei stumbled toward the kitchen with Satoru's clone. Upon reaching the door, the clone opened it, and as Rei stepped in, Satoru removed the Texture
Surprise on both Haru and Aiko
The moment the door swung open, Rei froze, eyes widening in disbelief. lnside the kitchen, he saw his brother Haru having sex with his wife, Aiko.
Hidden above, the original Satoru glanced at the timer he had set in his hand, The effects of the poisons he had meticulously administered were now starting to take hold.
Rei, overcome with rage, grabbed a nearby botle and rushed at Haru, smashing it over his head. The two brothers started brawling, their fists fueled by the hysteria and aggression brought on by the poison.
Aiko, now realizing the man she had just been with was not her husband, began
sobbing hysterically, her face flushed with shame and horror. Haru, equally dazed and consumed the effects of the poison, retaliated against Rei, throwing punches blindly.
Satoru, from the ceiling used a chakra string to nudge a knife toward Haru. In the
heat of the moment, Haru noticed the knife and snatched it up, intending only to
defend himself., As he thrust it toward Reï's hand, Satoru subtly altered its trajectory with another string. Instead of hiting Rei's hand, the knife plunged into his chest.
Rei gasped, blood pouring from the wound, his body collapsing onto the kitchen
floor. Haru, now shaking and covered in his brother's blood, stood frozen, unable to comprehend what had just happened.
The clone of Satoru, acting shocked, shouted for help and called for the second
brother of Rei, Taro Yotsuki. Taro rushed in, breathless, only to find Aiko crying, Rei bleeding on the floor, and Haru standing with a bloodied knife "What have...YOU DONE HARU?" Taro screamed, his eyes wide with rage and disbelief.
Haru, stillin shock, muttered, "Taro..it wasn't- I didn't mean to.."
But Taro, under the influence of the poison, was beyond reasoning. In his mind,
everything made sense: Haru had raped Aiko, and Rei had died trying to stop
him.
Without hesitation, Taro charged at Haru, ready to kill his own brother, Haru, weakened from the earlier fight and stll disoriented from the poison, raised
the knife in defense. But Taro, fueled by anger and confusion, overpowered him,
grabbing a nearby kitchen knife
Satoru watched in cold satisfaction as Taro plunged the blade into Haru's throat,
ending the chaotic struggle. Blood sprayed across the kitchen, coating Taro as he realized too late what he had done.
The kitchen was now a scene of utter devastation. Aiko continued sobbing
uncontrollably in the corne, while both Rei and Haru lay dead in pools of their own blood. Taro, stil gripping the murder weapon, stared down at his fallen brothers, trembling.
The shadow clone swiftly moved, bringing more people into the kitchen . As they
entered, their eyes widened in horror at the scene before them: a sobbing woman, a man clutching a bloody knife, and two dead bodies sprawled on the floor. shock quickly turned to rage, and under the influence of the poison, the crowd descended into chaos.
Weapons were drawn, and fists flew as the adults, clouded by hysteria, turned on Taro. Satoru. still hidden, delicately manipulated the situation from the shadows. His chakra strings attached to the weapons of the enraged crowd, subtly guiding their strikes towards one another. Every carefully timed movement made the brawl worse.-blood flowed as the once- celebratory gathering turned into a battlefield.
The entire adult section of the party was in shambles, with no one safe from the chaos.
Meanwhile, the children remained completely unaware of the madness. Satoru had ensured that the children's section of the party was separated, far from the
bloodshed. His shadow clone moved among the children, carefully making sure no adult could enter the area and no child would stumble upon the gruesome scene.
The clone watched the adults from afar, keeping them contained, while the real
Satoru was about to execute the final phase of his plan,
A particularly furious man was wreaking havoc, swinging at anyone in sight. The
shadow clone spotted him and used Boogie-Woogie to swap him with a chair. The man fell flat on his face, his rage only increasing, as he landed on top of another party-goer. A fresh brawl erupted, dragging more people into the fight as bodies crashed against each other in the main hall.
The shadow clone had corralled most of the adults into the central area, nsuring the violence remained isolated from the children's gathering.
The fight had escalated to such an intense level that those who weren't directly involved began to panic. Frightened onlookers, assuming it was some kind of terrorist attack, rushed out of the house in a desperate bid to escape. The once-joyous gathering was now a scene of chaos, with people pushing past each other, screams filling the air.
Satoru stood at a vantage point, watching as the plan unfolded perfectly. In the distance, he could already see the Uchiha police force closing in, their arrival timed precisely to his expectations. The police officers stormed into the compound, swiftly rounding up anyone they could find.
With the pandemonium raging, it was easy for them to justify arrests on charges of drug use, murder, assault, harassment—any crime they could pin on the partygoers. It was a mass sweep, with little concern for innocence or guilt.
Amidst the chaos, they found Satoru near the children's area. He had sustained a shallow slash on his leg and was limping, struggling to move as if he had barely escaped the violence.
A few children were injured, their confused, anxious expressions adding to the tragic scene. The Uchiha police officers, upon finding him in such a state, showed no suspicion. To them, he was just another victim of the madness.
Within few hours, nearly everyone from the party had been arrested. The adults were either in holding cells or facing immediate questioning, while the children were taken to the hospital for treatment.
Conveniently, Uchiha-affiliated doctors were in charge at the hospital, ensuring the narrative remained tightly controlled. Everything was falling into place as Satoru had envisioned.
He played his role to perfection, becoming the wounded survivor of the chaos. Despite the blood and bruises, his plan had been executed flawlessly, and now the Yotsuki clan would be entangled in a legal web spun by the Uchiha. Satoru had not only sown discord but also ensured that the Uchiha would emerge as both the enforcers and the saviors in the public eye. The ripple effects of this night would spread far beyond the immediate arrests, as the Uchiha tightened their grip on the political landscape.
