Chapter 6: Chapter 6
Lightning Style: Chidori!
The crackling sound of electricity echoed through the air, sharp and menacing. It was Kakashi Hatake's signature move—a technique renowned for its lethality in close combat. Once unleashed, there was no target it couldn't pierce.
Kakashi had been waiting for this moment, hidden in the shadows. Using the distraction created by the Third Hokage's attack, he saw his chance. Silently, he dashed forward, his electrified hand aiming directly at Uzumaki Chito's chest.
He was mere inches away, his Chidori poised to strike.
But that was as far as he got.
Chito turned his head slowly, his expression as calm as if he were pouring tea. With almost lazy precision, he raised his hand and caught Kakashi's wrist mid-attack.
Kakashi's eyes widened in shock. He could feel the raw power in Chito's grip, an effortless strength that rendered his attack useless. The Chidori sputtered and fizzled out as Chito held him firmly.
"How is this possible?" Kakashi thought, his mind racing. Chidori enhances my body and speed with lightning. Even a shinobi like the Fourth Hokage would need to anticipate it beforehand to dodge or counter. Yet Chito had stopped it effortlessly.
"What kind of reflexes... what kind of body does he have?" Kakashi thought, disbelief evident in his expression. This man is over a hundred years old. How can his physical strength surpass even the prime of most shinobi?
Chito's cold eyes regarded Kakashi as if he were an insect. "The student of the Fourth Hokage?" he said, his tone dripping with disdain. "Pathetic."
With a flick of his wrist, Chito hurled Kakashi aside like a ragdoll. The Jonin skidded across the rooftop, landing hard with a groan of pain.
Chito's voice, though calm, was sharp as a blade. "When your father was forced to die by Konoha's hypocrisy, the Hokage said nothing in his defense. And now, when the son of your mentor is treated like a monster, you remain silent."
He sneered. "Is this the kind of ungrateful shinobi Konoha produces? Wolves with no loyalty?"
Kakashi winced, Chito's words cutting deeper than his injuries. His father's death was a wound that had never fully healed, and now it was being reopened with brutal precision. As he lay on the ground, his thoughts swirled in turmoil. Konoha... what does it truly mean to be loyal to this village?
Hiruzen's face darkened, his voice cold and commanding. "Everyone, don't act alone. He isn't an opponent to be taken down individually."
The other shinobi, unshaken by Chito's words, moved into action. A flurry of hand seals followed, and the air was filled with the hum of chakra. Flames roared, water surged, wind howled, and kunai and shuriken flew through the air. Even secret techniques and bloodline limits were unleashed, all converging on Chito in a coordinated assault.
Naruto, standing behind Chito, looked up in fear as the sky filled with chaos. The sheer scale of the attack was overwhelming.
Chito, however, remained unmoved. He raised his head, his expression one of contemptuous disinterest. Slowly, he lifted his hand.
"Stop."
One word, spoken softly, but the effects were immediate.
The chaos in the sky froze. Ninjutsu, weapons, and even the shinobi mid-charge were all suspended in the air, held in place by an unseen force. The world seemed to stop, bound by Chito's absolute authority.
Hiruzen's heart sank. The sheer scale of Chito's power was unlike anything he had ever seen.
Chito's hand moved slightly, and he spoke again, his tone indifferent. "Annihilation."
He snapped his fingers.
A faint boom echoed through the air. In an instant, the suspended ninjutsu and ninja tools began to twist unnaturally, as if consumed by some unseen force. Even the shinobi caught mid-air started to dissolve, their forms breaking apart into fragments that disappeared into nothingness.
The rooftop fell eerily silent. Not a single trace of the attack—or the attackers—remained.
Hiruzen's face turned ashen. He stared at Chito in disbelief. "This... this was the combined attack of dozens of Jonin. And he destroyed it with a snap of his fingers?"
As Hiruzen stood frozen, a loud, defiant voice cut through the silence.
"I can't just stand here and watch you destroy Konoha!"
A figure leaped forward—a man with a bowl-cut hairstyle, bushy eyebrows, and a green jumpsuit. It was Might Guy, his chakra flaring violently around him.
"Eight Inner Gates: Seventh Gate, Open!"
A pale green aura enveloped Guy, and the air around him seemed to tremble under the weight of his chakra. His sheer presence was enough to reignite a flicker of hope in Hiruzen's heart. This is not a typical jutsu. It's raw power... maybe enough to land a decisive blow.
Guy dashed forward, his voice booming. "Daytime Tiger!"
A massive air cannon, shaped like a roaring tiger, surged toward Chito. Unlike chakra-based attacks, this was pure physical force—something that couldn't be nullified through chakra suppression.
But Chito's expression remained indifferent. He raised a single finger and pressed it lightly against the head of the tiger.
With a loud crack, the immense force of the air cannon dissipated, reduced to nothing more than a gentle breeze.
