Fuyo is bewildered from hearing Jaden. 'T-This brat does he even know what he's saying?'

So Fu-Chan what tasty stuff do you have back at the village?

Well, nothing really besides maybe fish or some steamed bean buns." Fuyo shrugs.

Alright! Let's go! Jaden pumps his fist up

Huh? Wait a minute brat what do you mean, you can't come to the village?

What do you mean? Why can't I? Jaden says not seeing the problem

We're in the middle of a war; they're not going to allow me to bring in some foreigner. Ninja or not.

The two dash towards the village, with Fuyo leading him to the border where they can be checked in by the border team.

"I can't believe that worked." Says a flabbergasted Fuyo.

"Yeah, you worry too much, you should trust your husband." Jaden smugly says.

"Don't go running around saying that, I don't need people looking at me funny." Says an exasperated Fuyo.

*At Mama Shizuko's Bun Shop*

The two sit down comfortable at a mom and shop store eating some steamed bean buns. The store only has a couple of stools for patrons to eat their food and one or two table. Rust can be seen all over as the building is made from metal because it rains constantly.

So, you made it inside. Fuyo says while taking a bite and chewing her food. What do you plan to do?

*Bite* Jaden swallows then take a moment to think. "hhmm. Well, the plan is for me to stay here for a bit then leave to go to the Land of Birds."

Fuyo raises an eyebrow when looking at Jaden. What you plan to leave after just getting her? And why the Land of Birds?

Well, that's easy, like you said this country is in the middle of a war. Not exactly a safe place to live. The Land of Birds only has to deal with minimal border problems from Suna and Iwa.

Fuyo looks down sadly at her bun remembering the state of her country. Recalling the Jonin that turned traitor in hopes of smuggling his sister to Konoha for a better life. To only have the two of them die in the end.

Jaden looks at the young woman feeling a bit guilty for wording his response like that. "Sorry."

"Yeah, no I get it, some people are willing to betray their village just for the chance to live through this war and escape these living conditions."

Still with your skill I know you can save tons of lives, and I was hoping you'd stay and help us fight, but I guess that was a too much to ask.

'Be a rain ninja. Yeah, hell no, your cute but not that cute. Not only would I have to fight in the 2nd great war but also the third, not to mention deal with Nagato and Obito in the future. Yeah, no count me out of any of that Akatsuki drama. Rain is going to be a death trap for the next 30 years. Only finding a break once the 4th great war is over and everyone leaves it because they finally have a chance to go to a better country.' Jaden can't help but think looking at the poor woman.

Still, what are you going to do in the land of birds?

"Oh, I have a plan to study and make medicine."

Medicine? You want to be a medic?

No not exactly, I just want to make money

"I get medic make a little more than shinobi but their rare because it's not easy to become one. Not to mention it'd be a waste given how strong you are. You could make more money being a ninja." Fuyo looks confused by his response so decides to educate him on the world like a good senior.

Well, I want to sell products that people would want to buy, that's how I'd make money. For example, that bar of dirt you fed me is something the military has to buy. But all it does is lower the morale of the troops and provide the minimum calories to be counted as a meal. 

But what if I could create a ration bar that tasted good, gave you calories, gave you energy, and more than enough nutrition. 

That's impossible!" Fuyo quickly closes her mouth, embarrassed by how loud and passionate she was in the moment.

*Cough*

Like I said you can't do that. Fuyo says 

"No, you can, and people would buy it. Not to mention other products that help everyday life for people who aren't ninjas." 

I guess I can see your point, but that would make you a merchant not a medic.

I plan to be that and more.

Well, that's quite the ambition to strive for, I hope you do it.

"Don't worry Fuyo-chan once I make it big, I'll make sure to come back and pick you up."

"Pick me up?" Fuyo says.

"Yeah, I can't leave my wife here worrying about me." Jaden says with a cheeky smile.

"Quit saying that nonsense." Fuyo says with a smile, now to use to the boys' antics.

Here well you'll need this for the journey. Fuyo turns to Jaden and hands him some money.

What this for? Jaden says looking at the paper.

"Its money, treat it as thanks for saving my life when you didn't have to. Sorry, that's all I can give you." Fuyo hands him with a smile.

"No this is fine, thank you Fu-chan!" Says a stunned Jaden.

Fuyo gives Jaden a kiss on the cheek and a hug. The two then go their separate ways and Fuyo gets lost into the crowd.

Jaden smiles and walks away wanting to explore Amegakure. 

Hmm I know in the future the country becomes a bit xenophobic but manages to be quiet technically advanced. But right now, I just don't see it at the moment. I guess it starts after the third great shinobi war.

Jaden decides to go to the market hoping to get a feel work what is in demand in country. As well as what products they specialize in. And lastly products of low cost that he can get a large supply of with for a low cost. His plan was to buy some resources here then make his way to birds and sell them to form a base. Start building inventions to take with me to Land of Birds.

*Konoha Western Barracks*

At the command table of Orochimaru a team of Konoha chunin were stationed to attack Ame and steal some important documents and get the route for their supply line.
