Naruto: Corrupting my Naruto

(3rd PoV)

After Kakashi and Hiruzen had left, and Karin went to sleep, Shiori led Naruto to her bedroom.

She need to discuss some things with him.

They both sat on her bed, facing each other. After some hesitation, Shiori bowed her head.

"Naruto. I am sorry for hiding about you being Kyuubi's jinchuriki for so long. I knew about it long ago. But I wanted to confirm some things."

"Hey hey hey! You don't need to bow to me Shiori-chan! I am sure you had your reasons! It's no big deal!"

"No. It IS a big deal. I wanted to keep this hidden until you became a Genin, to see just how long old man intends to hide this from you.

But, just as he has hidden about your father and mother, he really didn't intend to tell you anything.

We can't trust him."

Shiori felt a flicker of memory of her past life, but she ignored it. The memories of her past life has become just too clear to her after she was reincarnated. As if she had a Sharingan awakened from birth in her previous life.

Anyway, she ignored it.

Naruto suddenly realised the implications of things being hidden from him. Afterall, he is the son of Fourth Hokage, and an Uzumaki.

He knew that he has many enemies.

But... what about that annoying brat that acts like a young master and often causes trouble in the Uzumaki Park? Isn't he also the grandson of Hokage? Nobody is hiding anything from him.

If Third Hokage's grandson isn't having anything hidden from him, why are things hidden from the son of Fourth Hokage? Who sacrificed his life along with his mom to save this village?

He can't imagine his life if Shiori-chan wasn't there for him. Will he starve, be all alone, in that apartment that Third Hokage had given him before?

Considering the allowance that was given initially, and his large appetite, he would have been only able to afford ramen to fill his stomach.

While ramen is tasty, it isn't an everyday food.

Brat, not only the Third Hokage, this girl has also been using you all along. While her actions are bringing you good things, and well, she does have a knack for bootlicking, she ultimately also wants to use you.

She is far more dark and greedy than anyone I have known.

For the first time, Kurama actually spoke to Naruto.

At first, he had intended to slowly weaken the seal by slipping through his chakra more than Minato intended. Afterall, after the Sage of Six Paths himself, no one knew chakra better than Kurama.

Naruto heard Kurama, and promptly ignored him. Afterall, he is a fox. According to Kakashi-sensei's collection, a fox often manipulates the protagonist.

Shiori put her hand on Naruto's head, breaking him away from his thoughts.

"Tell Kurama-sama to stop whispering in your ears."

Kurama was stunned. Is her future prediction really real? He could always tell that she was lying. But...

She is a threat if he wants his freedom.

"Kurama-sama, I would like if you cooperate with Naruto. Maybe we can find a way so that even if you are ripped out of Naruto, he wouldn't die? Maybe we can summon you outside while a part of Naruto always remain inside you?

Can you please, excuse yourself? I and Naruto need to talk something in private."

Fine. I will not listen, brat.

"He said he will not listen."

Shiori sighed. What she was about to do will be breaking a taboo. That shouldn't be broken.

But she is going to do it. For her sake. And for Naruto's sake.

"Naruto, can I trust you?"

"Of course!"

"But you shouldn't trust me."

"W-what!? What do you mean!?"

Shiori hesitated, her resolve wavering. She can still back down. But decided to go through it.

"I have known about you since I first saw you. Probably when I was 3-4 months old.

But I kept my distance from you because I didn't want to catch the attention of people like Danzo.

I only approached you after I realised that I can't use chakra properly. The bastard said that I don't have chakra. But I do, and he had messed up my tenkutsu points.

I knew that you will become very strong. I knew that you were the son of Fourth Hokage, and that you had Kurama-sama in you.

I got involved with you because I wanted to mold you into my perfect husband, who will protect me at any cost.

I am not much different than Hiruzen, who wanted to mold you into a Hokage according to his ideology."

Naruto was shocked.

He was beyond shocked.

Kurama wanted to use this opportunity to flare his chakra, which will kill Shiori just by being exposed to his chakra. He was listening to all this, of course!

But before he could, Shiori hugged Naruto, and kissed him.

There was no lust, no tongue, no intensity. Just an innocent kiss.

Naruto immediately calmed down, and felt her tears wetting his face.

"I am sorry... that I used you..."

Naruto remembered his life until now. His first friend was Shiori-chan. She always fed him, cleaned his clothes, taught him reading, writing, got Guy-sensei to teach him very early on, taught him Rasengan, got Multi-Shadow Clones Jutsu for him.

She gave him a very good life. Was that all just an act?

Obviously not. Even though Shiori-chan approached him with ulterior motives, her caring for him, getting angered when that brat tore his first poster that she gifted him, and even concern and anger when she saw the bite marks on Karin's arm couldn't be faked.

Afterall, why did that guy who tore his first gift from Shiori-chan become excluded from the main people of the Ninja Academy, despite him being 4 years older? Why did his parents go out of business? Shiori-chan obviously got her revenge on him while hiding it from him.

Shiori-chan was far less composed when she was a kid.

But, she thinks of herself as a bad person. Even though she has only improved his, and many people's lives.

Why did Shiori-chan refuse biting Karin, even though there was a possibility that she might get healed? Even though Karin herself offered it after learning about it?

If she just wanted to mold him into her perfect husband, she wouldn't have needed to work tirelessly on creating lots of different varieties of food.

If she just offered him ramen, he would have immediately fallen in love with her.

Naruto knows that he is average in theory. But watching things in practical and learning things hands on? Observing people, especially observing Shiori?

He is a genius at that.

He pushed Shiori-chan on the bed. Looking at her in the eyes.

She averted her eyes.

"Shiori-chan, when you are ready, please tell me everything about yourself.

But for now, remember this. I trust you that you only want the best for me.

And I will make sure that I become the perfect husband that you want. I will listen to everything you say without questioning.

I don't care why you approached me. You have only brought happiness in my life.

Shiori-chan, I love you."
