Chapter 139: Akatsuki Makes Their Move!
"Orochimaru, if our guess is correct, the Six-Tails should be in your possession, right?"
Konan appeared in front of Orochimaru, followed shortly by Tendo Pain.
"Hand over the Six-Tails, and let us put an end to this endless war," said Tendo Pain, manipulated by Nagato.
Orochimaru squinted his eyes at the sight. Akatsuki was finally making its move, but did they really think they could take the Six-Tails from him with just a few words?
Indeed, Orochimaru had the Six-Tails. Several days ago, the Six-Tails had been reborn, but just as it came back to life, Orochimaru captured it.
"Your intelligence is impressive, but taking the Six-Tails from me won't be that easy," Orochimaru said calmly.
Pain was momentarily stunned. He had only been bluffing to test Orochimaru, but unexpectedly, Orochimaru confirmed it himself. If that were the case, they had no choice but to press harder.
"If you're unwilling to hand it over, we'll just capture everyone around you and beat you into submission."
"White has already sealed himself in ice, and the rest of your group has been located by members of the Akatsuki. After their recent battles with other villages, they are no match for us. Hand over the Six-Tails now, and I can ensure your lives are spared," Tendo Pain stated.
Before Orochimaru could refuse, the other five Pains appeared as well. Orochimaru now faced not only the Six Paths of Pain but also Konan!
Meanwhile, Haku, sensing the chakra disturbances around him, began melting his icy prison. He quickly dashed in a particular direction—it seemed someone needed help.

"You give me a very bad vibe, hm! Today, I'll kill you with my art, hm!"
Deidara arrogantly declared, facing Kabuto.
Kabuto adjusted his glasses and examined the man in front of him, carefully analyzing their strengths and weaknesses and formulating a strategy to win.
Before long, Kabuto had a plan.
"This guy is arrogant. If I keep provoking him, I might anger him to death!"
"According to the records, you're supposedly a genius from Iwagakure?"
"Hah? You know my name? Hahaha, of course! I am a genius, an artistic genius, hm!"
"So, you must be familiar with my artistic talents, right? Impressed, aren't you? You must be eager to learn from my art, hm!"
Deidara laughed wildly, feeling that Kabuto was buttering him up. He liked it; after all, he was a genius and an artistic prodigy.
However, Kabuto's next words nearly broke him.
"Genius? I doubt it. If lunatics like you are considered geniuses, then everyone's a genius. And as for your so-called explosive art, isn't it just child's play? The fact that you insist on calling it art suggests even you don't truly believe it is."
Kabuto's words were vicious, directly piercing Deidara's psyche.
As expected, Deidara exploded in rage, relentlessly launching all sorts of clay bombs at Kabuto.
For a moment, Kabuto was in an extremely awkward position, dodging frantically.
"Hahaha! Is that all you can do? Run away? Hm!"
"This is the price you pay for disrespecting my art. Cry and flee, coward!" Deidara shouted gleefully, unaware that this was all part of Kabuto's plan.
"Based on the intel, he'll soon run out of clay and lose his combat ability. Although his taijutsu isn't weak, he's no match for me. Especially since I know the human body's meridians, I can easily deal with him," Kabuto muttered confidently to himself.

Meanwhile, Suigetsu was battling Kisame.
"Well, well, another shinobi from my village? I hope you won't disappoint me!" Kisame exclaimed as he swung his Samehada at Suigetsu.
Suigetsu blocked with his weapon but immediately realized that he was no match for Kisame in terms of raw strength.
If brute force wouldn't work, he'd have to rely on strategy.
But Kisame, a battle-hardened veteran, was experienced enough to see through most tricks.
"Looks like you're no match for me," Kisame taunted as he pressed Samehada against Suigetsu's blade, leaning in close with a grin.
"Don't say I bully the younger generation. After all, we're enemies!"
Nearby, Sasori coldly observed the battle. Both Kisame and Deidara had told him not to interfere, leaving him feeling like an unnecessary bystander.
However, his thoughts were elsewhere, focused on Haku.
He wondered if he should track Haku down. Rumor had it Haku had sealed himself in ice. Sasori couldn't resist the urge to study such an intriguing individual.
