The value of seals lay in allowing shinobi who weren't proficient in certain elemental releases to use them quickly.

However, seals had limited power due to their size, especially compared to larger sealing scrolls. Still, they were convenient to carry and use at any time.

Scrolls, on the other hand, were more conditional, often used for information storage or traps. Experienced shinobi would take precautions when opening such scrolls, particularly in intelligence battles.

Ye Zi rarely relied on tools like seals, preferring his powerful Raiga.

With the seal complete, he moved to the second preparation step.

The Impure World Reincarnation required various preparations beforehand, such as the living sacrifice, a piece of the reincarnated body's tissue, a control-enhancing seal, and a summoning scroll.

With the seal done, he now needed the summoning scroll.

Ye Zi summoned a blank scroll, unrolled a portion, dipped his pen in ink, and began writing, inscribing a summoning array onto the blank scroll.

Having practiced, he worked more smoothly this time. Large-scale use of Impure World Reincarnation would require spending significant time on such preparations in advance.

He placed the piece of flesh on the array in the scroll's center, then set it on the ground. The dark red blood from the tissue began to flow along the scroll, forming a thin line that extended toward the unconscious Rain shinobi.

Without Ye Zi's control, the blood quickly traced out a large array on the ground. Once complete, the lines turned black, with the Rain shinobi lying at the center.

This black array was identical to the one Orochimaru had used to reincarnate Dan Kato.

With everything ready, Ye Zi, expressionless, completed the hand seals for the Impure World Reincarnation. A white light appeared in the center of the array, and countless white paper fragments materialized, covering the young Rain shinobi's body until he resembled a mummy.

Whoosh…!

In an instant, the paper-wrapped figure took on Yagura's appearance.

Seeing this, Ye Zi took the control-enhancing seal and embedded it into the back of Yagura's head, marking the completion of the reincarnation.

"Hm?"

Regaining consciousness, Yagura opened his eyes, his initial reaction mirroring that of Dan Kato when he was summoned, in utter confusion.

"I… can't move?"

Quickly assessing his situation, Yagura's brows furrowed. When he spotted Ye Zi, his face filled with rage.

"It's you… Ye Zi!"

Suddenly, Yagura's furious expression froze as he realized something important. He'd been defeated by Ye Zi, had his Tailed Beast extracted, and died. So how was he here now? Moreover, he couldn't sense the presence of Isobu within him.

What exactly was going on?

"Surprised?" Ye Zi asked coolly, expression indifferent. "But I don't have time to explain. For now, just accept that you're my tool and serve me."

At Ye Zi's words, Yagura struggled against the control but failed. Glaring at Ye Zi with piercing eyes, he shouted, "Ye Zi, I'll kill you!"

"You think you can kill me while under my control?" Ye Zi sneered coldly. "You should be able to feel the chakra flowing within you. Even though you're not at your peak strength, it's enough to serve as my tool."

"Do you even know what I plan to use you for?"

With a cruel expression and an icy tone, Ye Zi seemed about to reveal something that Yagura would find impossible to accept.
