"Search their body for valuable information."Kenji said with slightly irregular breathing.

Kimimaro went to the two dead bodies and pick pocketed them. He found nothing except a wooden token with comb engraved on it. He went to Kenji and showed the token.

"Hmmmm, that's from Imagawa clan. An ancient clan as old as us,If I remember correctly.They have a legend that their ancestrial grandmother was servant of the sage of six paths. And because of her loyalty the sage himself gave her chakra. And when she founded the clan they became ninjas. Strange why they have to kill a mere dye trader. There is something we don't know. We must consult ourselves with Fujita-san." Kenji said with slight frown.

They turned around and found the frightened traders looking at the dead bodies.

"Kenji-san what happened."Fujita asked with calm voice but you can see slight fear in his eyes.

"Don't know their motives about the mission but we know that they are after your head." Kenji said with slight annoyance.

"They failed this time but I am almost sure they will send others when those three don't return." Kenji said.

"What should we do!we must reach Sendai city."Fujita said with resolve.

"Why?" Kenji said while narrowing his eyes.

"Well the emperor started a competition among countless branches of the building industry for the best of the best. Because he started to build new palace for his second son coming to age which means marriage too." Fujita said.

"Aishi, Fujita-san that should've been said in the mission."

"Well I told you there will be some fighting."Fujita replied.

"Alright,alright we will continue our mission we have at least two days advantage three at best. We must use it to move trough as much distance in that time as we can. We must not stop at any public places at all.And avoid big paths as long as possible" Kenji said.

"But that will diverge from our course for too long so we will not reach in time."Fujita replied.

Is your life more important or your work." Kenji said with a solemn tone.

"My work is my dream so we will continue."Fujita said with resolve in his eyes.

"Sigh, Fine we will continue." Kenji said.

He summoned, a falcon and send it back to the clan explaining the situation.

The traders hastily prepared the provisions and started to move immediately.

The first sunset came quickly. The traders prepared to camp outside they dismounted the cart horses and made the five carts of product in pentagon with one big tent inside the pentagon.

Kimimaro and Kenji also made their tent.

"Alright you will get the first shift I will take the second." Kimimaro nodded and started to make traps around the camp. After half an hour he returned to the camp he sat beside the fire and started to eat his dinner.

The sun finally set below the horizon. Orange and red hues started to fade out of existence while the darkness descended among the earth. The brutish dark blue overtook the earth while countless stars showed themselves and started shining bright in the night blue sky.

The time passed slowly for Kimimaro he activated his byakugan and looked around he saw nothing around him of five hundred meters distance. He smiled slightly because of his training he saw further from before. He layed down to look at the stars he extended his hand a tried to grab one of them.

"Back on earth I wanted to be a astronaut. To explore the space and all it's mysteries. Now look at me, being somewhere I never thought I would. In another universe surrounded with people I never considered I will be with. Except the constant killing that I am not fond of I can say that this world is countless time more beautiful than my last. I can finally say that I do not regret being here." Kimimaro thought with silly smile under his nose.

"What are you smiling Kimimaro." Kenji asked with a smile.

Kimimaro got scared for a moment because he didn't even realise that Kenji sneaked up on him and sighed.

"Nothing in particular, just that I am alive." Kimimaro said with slight smile.

"The stars are beautiful as ever, you know when I was your age I also stared at the stars every night to gasp at their beauty. My mother always nagged me that I would sleep outside the house because of that." Kenji said

"Alright go to sleep I will take it from here."Kenji said and shooed Kimimaro.
