Chapter 32: Chapter 32

Naruto stood over the broken body of Zeus, his face reflecting a mixture of disappointment and weary resolve. The immortal lay at the bottom of the ocean, shattered into two pieces, his body barely clinging to life. His expression was one of fear and hatred, but the damage was too severe for him to speak or defend himself any longer.

Gaia's voice echoed in the background, asking the question that had lingered in Naruto's mind since the battle had ended. "You know he is still alive at the bottom of the sea. What are you going to do about him?"

Naruto took a deep breath, looking down at Zeus, whose form remained motionless. "I could torture him for a long time," Naruto muttered softly, more to himself than anyone else, "but that would make me like them. I don't enjoy watching others in pain and suffering. So… let's free him of his misery."

With those words, Naruto descended to the ocean floor. His chakra spread around him like a warm aura, a gentle contrast to the cold, unforgiving waters. Zeus, still clinging to life despite being broken beyond recognition, could only glare at him, unable to speak, his body twitching in agony.

Naruto's heart weighed heavily as he looked at the defeated immortal. He could see the remnants of the arrogance that had driven Zeus all along—the insatiable hunger for power, the disregard for life, the pursuit of suffering. But there was also something more: the fear that had taken root as his life was slipping away. Even now, Zeus was too proud to beg for mercy.

Naruto shook his head as he knelt down, his hand resting gently on Zeus' broken form. "I'll never understand why you did this," he said, his voice steady but filled with sorrow. "You had everything. You had power, influence, control. But that wasn't enough for you, was it? You had to keep taking more. You had to make others suffer just so you could feel stronger. Did it bring you joy?"

He paused, looking down at the immortal one last time. "You could've lived a different life. You could've helped instead of hurting. You wouldn't have ended like this if you had just done the right thing. But now..."

Naruto's voice trailed off as he finally let go of the last thread of empathy. With a final, decisive motion, he used his chakra to devour Zeus' existence. The immortal's body disintegrated, and all that was left of him was a faint ripple in the water before it faded completely.

For the first time, Naruto felt truly complete. The Six Paths Chakra surged through his veins, the power surging in a way he had never imagined. It was overwhelming, far beyond what he had known before. It was a power that made him feel like he could reshape the very world itself. But he knew that despite this overwhelming strength, there would always be challenges ahead—especially with the Otsutsuki woman still looming as a formidable threat.

With the weight of that battle behind him, Naruto moved into his soul space, ready to reflect on everything that had transpired. As he walked through the ethereal space, he saw the children, talking with Nico, their faces lighting up when they saw him approach. He waved casually but didn't stop to speak—there were no explanations needed for now.

Instead, Naruto continued on, his destination clear: the massive, fluffy mountain that lay ahead. He approached it and smiled as he noticed the soft snoring coming from it. With a burst of energy, he yelled, "Wake up, fur ball! You've slept for too long!"

The mountain rumbled as a massive head, covered in red fur, slowly lifted. The eyes that opened were sleepy and confused, but they fixed on Naruto with recognition. "What?" Kurama muttered groggily as he yawned and stretched, his enormous form shifting with the motion. "What happened? You look different... You don't look so human anymore."

Naruto chuckled, feeling the weight of everything that had happened. "It's a long story, Kurama. I'll explain everything later. But for now, just know that we're in a new world. I fought a lot of battles, and I fought to get my power—and you—back."

Kurama's eyes narrowed in confusion, but his tone was light as he grumbled, "That's too confusing. Just explain it slowly later."

Naruto laughed, the sound echoing through the soul space. He walked forward and gave Kurama a tight hug, feeling the bond between them stronger than ever before. Despite everything that had happened, despite the battles, the losses, and the victories, this moment—this simple reunion—felt like the culmination of everything. He wasn't just complete in power now, he was complete in purpose.

And for the first time in a long while, he allowed himself to feel at peace.

As hours passed, Naruto and his group rested, preparing for what was to come. When they were ready, Naruto, with Gaia, Hinata, and Gilgamesh at his side, made his way toward Mt. Olympus. The mountain was protected by powerful barriers, but Naruto easily bypassed them without a hint of resistance. His presence was undeniable, and he moved through the area with the confidence of someone who had already claimed victory.

Hinata, looking around, muttered under her breath, "It's a nice place, but the people here are quite ugly."

Gaia, beside her, nodded in agreement. "You're right. They're not much to look at."

Despite the casual tone, there was a deeper tension beneath their words. Gaia had fought alongside the very people she now judged, but there was something about them that left a bitter taste in her mouth. She couldn't help but think, We could be good friends if she would just know her place. Unlike the others, she won't be satisfied being second fiddle. She has the looks to fight against me, and her connection to Naruto cannot be replicated.

Naruto, however, was more focused on the task at hand. As he flew closer to Olympus, his chakra infiltrated the mountain, destroying the seals that had kept the inhabitants bound or imprisoned. With his presence so clearly felt, the immortals and immortals were not pleased. They had already been aware of the battle, but time had been reversed, and so their arrogance remained intact.

Suddenly, the figures of Ares, Athena, and several other immortals appeared before him. Not many Olympians were left; with Neptune and Zeus already gone, and Hera and Apollo consumed by Naruto, the ranks were thin.

Ares, drawing his blade, sneered. "On whose authority do you walk here?"

Naruto's voice rang out with undeniable authority as he stood tall. "On my authority. I won this world, and now you will be judged by my laws. You have been unrepentant about your sins, never once trying to fix what you've destroyed. Your actions have caused the needless deaths of your own children, and for that, it is time for you to die. Your life is worthless. You bring only evil into this world."

His words echoed across the mountain, heard by all supernatural beings who could perceive him. Before Ares and Athena could even voice their opposition, golden blades shot forth, piercing them both. Within moments, they were absorbed into Naruto, increasing his already formidable power. Naruto had learned an important lesson: there was never such a thing as enough power, and there would always be someone stronger. However, the Otsutsuki were still a looming threat. The monster who had driven Kaguya mad, the one who had caused so much destruction, still posed a danger. But for now, Naruto chose to push those thoughts aside. I have time to grow stronger, he reassured himself.

"Gaia, do you know the Otsutsuki King? Is he allowed to enter this world?" Naruto asked, his voice betraying only a hint of concern as he walked toward the throne room, followed by his group.

Gaia, walking beside him, replied calmly. "He is a monster, equal in strength to my sister Nyx. You don't want to fight him. You don't have to worry, though. He can't enter other dimensions because of his power."

Naruto nodded, a thought lingering in his mind. "But he can send his people after us."

Gaia didn't respond immediately, knowing the truth of his words. But she didn't dwell on it. Instead, she gave Naruto a small smile. "You don't have to worry too much, Beloved. Together, we can overcome all obstacles. There is nothing we cannot do."

Hinata, walking beside them, added her encouragement. "Father, she's right. If we work together, we can overcome any problems that come our way."

"Thank you," Naruto replied with a chuckle, feeling the warmth of their support. "I feel much better now."

Upon reaching the throne room, Naruto and his group took their seats. Naruto settled into Zeus' throne, Gaia took Hera's seat, and Hinata sat beside him on the left. Their bodies, enhanced by their immense power, grew to fill the grand thrones, their presence undeniable as they took command of the room.

The servants and immortals gathered in the room looked to them with a mix of fear and awe. Hestia and Hades were among those present, still unsure of their fate but recognizing the shift in power.

Naruto stood up, addressing the room with a calm but commanding tone. "It is nice to meet you all. My name is Naruto Uzumaki, and I am your new King. I have killed Zeus and the rest of the Olympians for breaking my rules. My rules are simple and fair, with no exceptions. You cannot lie to me, you cannot hide from me, and I will know if you are evil or not."

He paused, his voice echoing through the room. "I will reward good behavior and never harm you unjustly, I promise this on the Styx. From now on, anyone who breaks these rules will face judgment. Be decent beings who bring happiness, not despair. Do not seduce married women or destroy marriages. Protect your children, as you should, and spend time with them. These are my words, and I never break a promise."

The room was silent as Naruto's words settled over everyone. His power was undeniable, and the promise he made was one that they all had to respect. "You are all dismissed."

As the room began to clear, Hades remained behind, his voice humble. "Thank you for your assistance, Naruto. I am grateful for your help, but may I ask... could I meet my children?"

Naruto nodded, his tone gentle. "No problem, Hades. You can speak with your children freely."

With a flick of his wrist, Nico, Hazel, Leo, Jason, Frank, Percy, Hera, and Piper appeared before them, the children of the immortals now standing in front of their father.

"If you find a way to separate them, you can make suggestions," Naruto said to Hades as they all began to leave the room.

"I will try," Hades responded quietly, nodding in gratitude before leaving the throne room to reunite with his children.

As Naruto watched them depart, he couldn't help but feel that this world, while chaotic and troubled, now had a chance for something better—under his rule. He was ready for whatever came next, knowing that with his family and his allies by his side, there was no obstacle they couldn't overcome.

Hera stood still, her gaze downward, as she processed the weight of Naruto's words. The shame she felt was palpable; for centuries, she had been part of the very system that had caused pain and suffering to so many. She had been no better than the other Olympians, using her power for her own ends and manipulating the lives of those around her. Now, standing before Naruto, the one who had overturned the old order, she couldn't escape the memories of all the harm she had caused.

"Hera," Naruto's voice broke the silence, cold but resolute. "You will go to Hercules, as I said. You will ask for his forgiveness. You have to prove to him—and to the world—that you're capable of doing better. You will repay those you have wronged, starting with him."

Hera lifted her head slowly, her eyes filled with a mix of regret and fear. She knew what Naruto was asking was not just a task, but a deep reckoning with her past. For years, she had seen herself as the queen of the immortals, untouchable and justified in her actions. Now, facing the consequences of those actions, she understood that her redemption wouldn't come easily, if it came at all.

"Thank you for giving me a chance," she said quietly, her voice full of emotion. There was no denying the tears that threatened to fall, but she held them back. She had to be strong now, for the sake of those she had hurt.

With a final glance at Naruto and the others, Hera vanished, her form dissolving into the ether as she set off on the difficult journey to find Hercules. It was the first step toward making amends—toward facing the consequences of her past.

Naruto watched her go, his expression unreadable. While he had given her a chance, he knew it would be a long and painful road for Hera to redeem herself. But the world was no longer ruled by immortals who could act with impunity, and those who had wronged others would have to pay the price for their actions.

"She has a long way to go," Naruto muttered, his voice quieter now. "But everyone deserves a chance to change, even if the cost is high."

Hinata, standing beside him, placed a hand on his shoulder. "She will do what she can, but you're right. It won't be easy for her."

Naruto nodded, his gaze distant. "No. But we can't let the mistakes of the past rule us. We have to move forward... and ensure this world doesn't fall into the same cycles again."

Together, they turned their attention back to the challenges ahead. The world was changing, and with each new step, they were shaping its future, one decision at a time.

Naruto stood still, his gaze sweeping across the ruins of Mt. Olympus. The aftermath of the battle had left a trail of destruction, but it was nothing compared to the victory he had just secured. The Otsutsuki woman, the one who had nearly destroyed him and his world, was now sealed deep beneath the mountain. He had sent clones to ensure the ritual was complete and that she could not escape, at least for now.

Yet even as he felt the weight of his actions, a part of him lingered on the bigger question—what would come next? He had freed his world, fought countless battles, and confronted the immortals who had ruled with cruelty. Yet the road ahead still felt uncertain.

Beside him, Hinata watched him with a soft smile, her eyes filled with a mix of affection and admiration. "You are still too nice, beloved, but that is what I love about you," she murmured, her words a quiet compliment, but one filled with the weight of their shared journey. She had been with him every step of the way, witnessing his struggles, his pain, and his growth. Yet, despite everything, he remained kind at his core. It was something that drew her to him, something she admired more than she could express.

Naruto's lips twitched into a faint smile at her words, though there was a hint of sadness in his eyes. He had spared Hera, given her a chance to redeem herself, but in doing so, he couldn't shake the feeling that he had allowed too much to slide. In a world that had been so broken by immortals and immortals, mercy seemed like a rare thing—and yet, he couldn't bring himself to be the monster he fought against.

Hinata shifted her gaze, her eyes twinkling with playful curiosity. "Now, what will you do, beloved?" she asked, her voice light, though Naruto could hear the concern beneath it.

Naruto turned his attention back to the gates of Mt. Olympus, where the remnants of the sealed Otsutsuki woman lay dormant for now. He had spent hours making sure the seal would hold, even as his clones worked tirelessly to ensure her power was contained. But he knew that this was only a temporary measure. The Otsutsuki had always been a looming threat, and there was no telling when another of their kind would appear to challenge him or his world.

He closed his eyes, letting the memories from his clones flood his mind. The information they brought him was valuable, but it also raised more questions. The Otsutsuki were a complex enemy, one whose motives and reach were still unclear. Naruto knew he needed more time to gather the answers he sought, to understand the true depth of the threats facing his world.

"Need to wait a while to demand some answers and find more information about my enemy," Naruto thought to himself, his voice barely a whisper in his mind as he processed the data his clones had gathered.

Turning back to Hinata, Naruto asked, his tone laced with concern, "Hinata, what is the status of our world?"

Hinata's expression softened, and she smiled at him, her eyes warm and affectionate. "I took great care of it and brought the peace that you and I wished for," she replied, her voice full of pride. "I cleansed the land of all the filth and made sure people knew that I was watching and to play nice. Are you satisfied with that, beloved?" Her words were light, almost teasing, but Naruto could hear the weight of the work she had done in them.

Naruto's eyes softened as he took in her words, but there was a sense of sadness in his chest. The Hinata he had known—the innocent, caring girl who had always looked up to him—seemed to have faded. The woman standing before him was stronger, more decisive, but there was a hardness to her that Naruto couldn't ignore. She spoke of cleansing the land and ensuring people behaved, as though she had become a ruler in her own right.

It was unsettling, the way she spoke so casually of murder and control. The kindness he had seen in her before seemed to have been replaced by a colder, more pragmatic approach to ensuring peace. Yet as he looked at her, he could still feel no malice in her heart. She wasn't enjoying the bloodshed, it was simply a necessary act to bring about the peace she had promised him.

"You did a good job," Naruto said, his voice steady and reassuring as he reached out to pat her head, a gesture that had become almost instinctual. He had done it countless times with Ella, and it felt like the right thing to do now. He could feel the weight of his actions, but he knew that Hinata had done what was necessary. She had made the world safe, and now, for the first time in a long time, peace seemed within reach.

Hinata didn't mind the gesture. In fact, she welcomed it. Her eyes softened as she looked up at him, her lips curving into a small smile. She enjoyed the contact more than she cared to admit. She had always loved the gentleness Naruto showed her, even though she no longer needed the same reassurance she once did. Yet, still, she was content with the small gestures of affection, even if it was just a pat on the head. Progress was slow, but it was still progress.

"Thank you," she whispered softly, her heart swelling with affection for the man who had brought her to this point. "I'll always be by your side, no matter what."

Naruto gave her a warm smile, though his mind was already turning back to the challenges ahead. There was so much more to do, so many unknowns that still needed to be addressed. But for now, with Hinata by his side, he felt a sense of peace that had eluded him for so long. Whatever came next, they would face it together.

Naruto and Gilgamesh stood in the throne room, an unspoken tension filling the air as the women left to give them space. The heavy doors closed behind them, leaving the two men alone. It was strange—Naruto had longed for this moment, the chance to meet his son, to connect with him. But now that the moment had arrived, it felt oddly awkward.

"This feels so awkward, you know," Gilgamesh chuckled, his voice breaking the silence. "I really wanted to meet you for so long, but seeing you like this is seriously funny. We look like brothers except I'm the better-looking one." He grinned mischievously, teasing his father.

Naruto chuckled softly, shaking his head. "Heh, I don't know about that, but everyone has a different perception. I guess I'm just feeling lost here. Not even married yet, and here I am, talking to my grown-up son."

There was a happiness in Naruto's voice, a deep, unspoken joy that had been absent for so long. The thought of finally having a family—something he never imagined he'd have—made his heart swell. Even though Gilgamesh was an adult now, Naruto still couldn't help but think of him as a child in need of his guidance.

Gilgamesh looked at his father with a fond expression. "It shouldn't be hard. Just spend time with your kid and your lovers. I don't think you'll only have my mother as your wife."

Naruto's face softened at the mention of his wives, a quiet realization creeping into his heart. He had never truly envisioned a traditional family for himself, but now it seemed like his life had opened to unexpected possibilities.

Naruto hesitated for a moment, his gaze lowering. "Are you disappointed that I'm like this?" he asked, his voice a little quieter.

"No," Gilgamesh replied without missing a beat. "My mother is okay with it, so I got no problem with it. It's better than you end up cheating later because you had suppressed feelings for those women or felt sympathy for them."

Naruto's face darkened momentarily, his expression turning serious. "I would never cheat on my significant other, so never mention it again."

Gilgamesh nodded sheepishly. "Sorry, I just thought people did that normally... it slipped out. It won't happen again, though. Besides, I'll be leaving soon." His tone became more somber. "My work is done, and the timeline is fixing itself. The me now doesn't exist anymore, and I'm only here because I'm using my powers to resist it."

Naruto's eyes widened in confusion. "Wait, doesn't that mean all of this will be undone? If you didn't come back, then I would've died?"

Gilgamesh nodded. "That's true, but I made a deal with Aunty Nyx, so it won't happen. Or I could've opted for a parallel world, but that would've meant nothing changed in mine."

Naruto's mind raced. "Do you really want to go? Why not stay? The Gilgamesh of this world will not be you, as he will have a different personality."

Gilgamesh looked down, his face a mixture of sadness and understanding. "He'll die if I stay. The world doesn't tolerate two of the same beings. The stronger one stays, and the weaker one dies. Mother knows this, but I'll share it with you so you don't make a mistake." His gaze met Naruto's, and there was a longing in his eyes. "I just wish for one normal day with my father. Is that fine?"

Naruto's heart broke at the request. He could feel the tears welling up in his eyes, but he fought to hold them back. "Of course, let's go," he said, his voice thick with emotion. He didn't want to make this moment more painful than it already was.

For the rest of the day, Naruto, Gilgamesh, and Gaia spent their time together. They went to the movies, visited the amusement park, dined at a family restaurant, and even went to the beach. Despite the underlying sorrow, there was a lightness to their day, as if they were trying to capture every fleeting moment before it slipped away.

As the day drew to a close, they stood on the beach, watching the sun dip below the horizon. Gilgamesh stood at the edge of the water, his silhouette framed by the fading light. He turned to face Naruto, offering him a smile that seemed to hold no regrets, only a sense of peace.

He walked toward his father and gave him one last look, his eyes filled with quiet acceptance. "Thank you, Father, for everything," he said softly.

Naruto watched as his son, his flesh and blood, disappeared into the setting sun, his form slowly fading until there was nothing left but the empty sky. It felt as if a piece of his heart had been torn away, but he understood. Gilgamesh had made the ultimate sacrifice, giving up everything to ensure that the world was safe. He had done what needed to be done, even if it meant leaving his family behind.

"He was so much stronger than I would have expected anyone to be," Naruto muttered to himself, his voice breaking as tears fell silently down his face.

Gaia stepped up beside him, her voice soft and comforting. "He is your son, so he did what you would have done."

Naruto nodded, his chest tight with grief. "I wish he had been a little bit selfish. Living in a parallel world would've been much better. At least I could have visited him... but now..." His voice trailed off, the weight of the loss settling in.

Gaia reached out, her arms wrapping around him in a warm embrace. "It was his choice, and you should stop thinking too much about it. It would have been dangerous. That woman is much stronger in the future, and she could have come here if the world still existed. Just remember him in your heart."

Naruto closed his eyes, his body leaning into her warmth. He knew she was right, but the emptiness was still there. The pain of losing a child, even one he had only just met, was not something he could easily shake.

"We won't name our child Gilgamesh," Naruto said softly, his voice steady despite the emotions swirling inside him. "Or else he might replace this memory I've built with him."

Gaia smiled gently, her hand playing with his hair as she spoke. "I don't mind. So, what about Karna?"

"That sounds okay," Naruto replied, a small smile tugging at his lips. "But what does it mean?"

"It means 'the helm,'" Gaia explained, her voice calm. "But I gave the name because he is another hero of myth, just like Gilgamesh."

Naruto nodded, content with the choice. He lay his head in Gaia's lap as they sat together, the sound of the waves crashing softly in the distance. It was a peaceful moment, one of quiet acceptance.

'I really do love her a lot,' Naruto thought to himself as he drifted into a peaceful sleep, Gaia's gentle hands running through his hair.

In the tranquil garden of Mt. Olympus, the trio of Gorgon sisters—Medusa, Stheno, and Euryale—sat beneath the shade of a large tree, the once chaotic world now beginning to settle. The death of their long-standing enemies, the Olympian immortals, had left them in an unfamiliar position. The air was still, and the soft rustle of leaves filled the silence between them as Stheno broke the calm with a question.

"Medusa, what are you going to do now?" she asked, her voice carrying a hint of concern. "Our targets of hate are dead. There's nothing left to fight against."

Medusa stared at the flowers that bloomed in the garden, her eyes distant, lost in thought. "I don't know what to do. I thought I would die trying, so I never imagined a scenario where I would live."

Euryale, sitting across from her, peeled a banana casually, the sound of the fruit's skin being removed breaking the stillness. She tilted her head, offering a nonchalant suggestion. "So you've got nothing planned, then? How about staying with us? Join us in the new world we're shaping."

Medusa raised an eyebrow. "You want me to be a maid?" she asked, half-joking, half-curious.

Stheno shot her a sharp look, a faint smile playing at the corners of her lips. "What's wrong with that?" she retorted, her tone both matter-of-fact and playful. "We've all had our lives as monsters—slaughtering and being hunted. We deserve a chance at something more, something... gentler."

Medusa sighed, running a hand through her hair, still unsure. "Nothing wrong with it, I suppose, but are you really sure about this?"

Stheno's eyes gleamed with determination as she leaned forward. "It's much better than staying around the mortals. It's boring, and frankly, we need to be around our new king now. We've been tied to this world for so long; it's time we found our place in the new order."

Euryale chimed in between bites, adding her support. "Yeah, and Naruto's not the type to kick us out. He may take some time to accept us, but he's not one to make us suffer for the past. And it's not like we care about sexual relations. It's about being loved and accepted. He craves that, you know?"

Medusa glanced at her sisters, her heart heavy with a mix of emotions—hope, hesitation, and curiosity. She had never imagined a world where she and her sisters could be free from the shackles of hatred and violence. Life had always been a struggle, and now, with the immortals gone, she didn't know what to do next.

If anything, the idea of finding love and acceptance, without fear or battle, felt almost alien to her. But the sincerity in her sisters' voices made her wonder if this could be a chance for peace.

"If you think so, then go for it," Medusa murmured, a gentle smile pulling at her lips as she gave her sisters a subtle nod. "I'll support you. Life might finally be peaceful for us."

The trio sat in silence, the weight of their decision lingering in the air. While the future remained uncertain, it was the first time in a long while that they felt a glimmer of hope. Medusa leaned back against the tree, her mind finally at ease as she allowed herself to believe in the possibility of peace.

"We've earned this," Stheno muttered softly, almost to herself, as the three sisters found solace in the quiet of the garden, their bonds stronger than ever before.
