Jiraiya sat inside the command tent, the dim glow of lanterns flickering across the canvas walls.

A scroll lay unsealed in front of him, freshly delivered. Forming a quick hand seal, he unsealed it and scanned the contents.

His expression hardened as he read through the orders. Without delay, he summoned the leaders of his forces.

Moments later, several jonin entered the tent.

Uchiha Setsuna led the Uchiha contingent, followed closely by Nara Shuzaku and Akimichi Torifu, who represented the Ino-Shika-Cho formation.

Behind them was Kurama Shinjo, leading the Kurama clan's jonin. Once everyone settled, Jiraiya began.

"We've received new orders from Konoha. The Amegakure front has shifted. Suna and Ame forces will head toward Iwa, leaving River Country vulnerable. Our task is to take control of the River Country."

He laid the scroll on the table, and each jonin took turns reviewing it.

Uchiha Setsuna was the first to speak. "I am ready to lead the Uchiha forces to conquer River Country."

Jiraiya pondered the suggestion before an ANBU operative appeared beside him, silently.

"We have neutralized Suna's sensors in the River Country's hidden village and intercepted their communications. Their forces have departed toward the Iwa front. The ANBU will proceed to secure the area."

With that, the operative vanished.

Nara Shuzaku rubbed his chin thoughtfully.

"If we divide our forces and send half to the River front, Suna's progress toward Iwa will slow, and the Kazekage might recall his troops. Meanwhile, Hanzo's pressure on the Rain front will reduce significantly."

Jiraiya nodded. "Orochimaru will lead a separate force to engage Hanzo. Our objective is to establish a foothold in the River Country by dawn."

Shuzaku nodded in agreement. Jiraiya continued,

"Elder Setsuna will lead the Uchiha forces, accompanied by half of the Ino-Shika-Cho unit. The remaining 4,000 troops will stay here to intercept any Suna advances.

Mr. Akimichi Torifu will assist me in holding the line against Suna. By dawn, Orochimaru will arrive to bolster our forces."

With a curt nod, Setsuna rose and departed, leading 1,000 ninja toward the River front, accompanied by Shukaku Nara as an advisor. Meanwhile, Jiraiya began preparations to defend the Rain front.

Kusa Front

In a dimly lit tent, Orochimaru reviewed a similar scroll with several jonin gathered around him. His cold, calculating eyes scanned the orders before he spoke.

"We have new directives. Our task is to intercept Hanzo if necessary and ensure he cannot reinforce Suna. Prepare to move out." The jonin nodded, and soon the forces began mobilizing.

Tsunade led her contingent toward the Mist forces, her determination evident in her stride.

Meanwhile, Sakumo Hatake commanded the Konoha forces stationed in the Land of Wave towards Land of tea, which bordered the south-eastern edge of the Fire Nation and faced the Mist islands across the sea.

In Konoha,

Hiruzen Sarutobi stood atop the Hokage Mountain, watching as various contingents of Konoha's forces moved toward their respective destinations. A thoughtful expression crossed his face as he received a system notification.

"Five more S-rank Advancement Potions. The rewards are generous. After conquering the River and Tea, we'll have seven in total. For now, I'll hold onto them. They'll be crucial later."

He gazed toward the distant horizon.

"The more immediate concerns are the Land of Iron and Takigakure.

The Land of Iron has Mifune, a peak kage-level general (S-rank), and an army of 5,000 samurai.

Takigakure, on the other hand, has a jinchuriki and 4,000 ninja. While I'm uncertain about their Kage's strength, taking down the Land of Iron is key.

If we succeed, the blacksmiths will either return to Konoha or be eliminated. But for now, Takigakure and the Land of Iron can wait. Even our old friend Madara resides in the Land of Iron's mountain graveyard."

He paused, deep in thought. "The ninja world we know might only be 10 to 20 percent of the entire planet.

If my theory is correct, nearly 70 percent was destroyed when the God Tree first absorbed natural energy to form the Chakra fruit."

Hiruzen's thoughts shifted. "Conquering the entire ninja world one nation at a time will be time-consuming.

Konoha doesn't have enough personnel to manage such vast territories.

The finance and logistics departments are already overstretched. Administration is another concern.

My clones are handling things for now, but they won't suffice for global governance.

A new strategy is needed, but it requires the completion of a technique I'm currently developing."

He descended the Hokage monument mountain training ground and entered a secluded training area where several clones were at work. "How's the progress?" he asked.

One clone spoke while seated on a rock.

"We've studied every clone jutsu across the five great nations, and ours remains the most advanced.

We've made significant progress and developed an SS-rank technique alongside an SS-rank Absorption Art and SS-rank Soul Splitting Art.

The final versions are almost complete. However, the primary issue is long-distance communication."

Hiruzen raised an eyebrow. "Explain."

The clone continued. "Our current methods, similar to the World Map Jutsu, allow chakra-based messages to travel across the Fire Nation.

However, we're working on a natural energy communication channel. If successful, we could send encrypted messages from Mist to Suna in one go."

Hiruzen smiled faintly. "Good. It looks like I should focus on mastering Wood Release and Yin-Yang Release. By the way, have we conducted any research on tailed beasts?"

One of the clones spoke up.

"Not extensively yet, but here's my current theory: the tailed beasts are by-products of the Ten-Tails, which originates from the God Tree, itself created from the divine seed of the Ōtsutsuki clan.

In simple terms, tailed beasts possess SS-rank chakra (Super Kage or Super Shadow) in terms of both level and quality.

Meanwhile, the God Tree and Ten-Tails possess SSS-rank chakra. Additionally, the world's natural energy can also be considered SSS-rank in quality.

Therefore, in theory, if someone gathers the chakra from all of the nine tailed beasts, they might undergo a transformation toward becoming an Ōtsutsuki and acquire the Rinne Sharingan.

Furthermore, mastering Yin-Yang Release could elevate the body to Six Paths level, transcending mortal limitations and reaching what we might call a 5th-dimensional existence—or, in simpler terms, a 'Sky Father' level in Marvel's classification.
