Gu Xingxi summoned a shadow clone to take care of Shouko Nishimiya while he himself joined the main forces at the frontline.

Their opponents were the allied forces of Hanzo and Ebizo.

Hanzo, addressing Ebizo beside him, stated, "I will take on the people from Konoha, and you must make sure to kill that kid Gu Xingxi."

Ebizo replied, "No need to tell me, I know. It's a pleasure working with you."

Orochimaru interjected, "Discussing how to kill my apprentice right in front of me? You two are ready for a combo jutsu from me!"

From Konoha's side, someone used the technique: "Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique."

From the Hidden Rain Village, someone countered with: "Water Release: Water Formation Wall."

Instantly, the battlefield was covered in a thick fog.

Orochimaru commanded, "Use Wind Release to blow away this fog. Don't let those annoying puppets get through."

Orochimaru was about to make a seal, but it was too late. Hanzo had already summoned salamanders and the Hidden Sand Village's puppets, which were charging towards Konoha's side.

Tsunade ordered, "Jiraiya, Orochimaru, you two stop Hanzo. I'll handle these puppets."

After her command, Tsunade summoned the Slug Summoning, and the summoned slug immediately dispersed into smaller slugs to heal the ninjas.

Ebizo focused, "My only target is Gu Xingxi."

Tsunade retorted, "Old man, you should go back to farming."

With that, the two engaged in combat. Ebizo maneuvered his puppets towards Tsunade, but she smashed the puppets into pieces with a single punch.

It was a known fact that puppet masters feared close-range combat fighters like Tsunade or the Raikage due to their incredible strength.

Seeing his puppets destroyed, Ebizo began to use poison.

Tsunade, not tolerating any delay, used a powerful kick to smash the ground, creating a large pit and dispersing the poison with the resulting dust.

Meanwhile, Gu Xingxi was clearing out the lesser forces. He knew puppet masters were vulnerable to the likes of Tsunade and the Raikage, with their brute strength breaking the puppets upon contact.

However, he couldn't fully utilize his three-dimensional maneuver gear or thunder spears amidst the crowd due to their wide attack range, risking friendly fire.

He was waiting for a chance, hoping for Tsunade to scatter the puppet

masters so he could use his gear to flank the enemy and wreak havoc in their ranks.

For now, he was confined to using Thunder Release infused with his "Sun Blade" and Chidori in close combat.

Orochimaru and Jiraiya, not at their peak strength, were struggling against Hanzo. Soon, they fell into a disadvantage.

Each summoned their own summoning beasts to combat Hanzo.

But Hanzo was not an easy opponent; even the three Sannin together had trouble defeating him, let alone now without Tsunade.

Seeing Tsunade advancing into the fray, Gu Xingxi hesitated no more and formed seals for "Earth Release: Earth Spear Technique."

Why did he know this technique? Of course, he copied it with his Sharingan.

The Earth Spear Technique wasn't aimed at the enemy but launched at a 45- degree angle into the sky. Gu Xingxi used the spears as anchors for his

maneuver gear, swinging into action next to Tsunade.

He immediately summoned six thunder spears and released them around Tsunade.

The puppet master, caught off-guard by the attack from above, was too late to react. The explosion of the thunder spears created a vast cloud of smoke.

Although the smoke didn't cause many injuries due to the "smoke without damage" rule, it effectively wiped out their puppet forces.

Tsunade exclaimed, "You call this support, kid?!"

Gu Xingxi, channeling chakra to his throat to amplify his voice, shouted, "Everyone, fall back to avoid friendly fire."

Hearing this, Tsunade and the Konoha forces immediately distanced

themselves from the Sand Village's ninjas and Gu Xingxi, knowing well the scale of his jutsu.

At this point, Ebizo realized something was amiss and ordered a full retreat, abandoning the Hidden Rain Village's forces.

Gu Xingxi declared, "Thinking of leaving now? Too late. Moon Breathing: Fifth Form, Lunar Calamity Vortex!" Three giant moon blades, accompanied by smaller ones, surged towards the retreating Sand Village ninjas.

Without their puppet masters, the puppet army was as fragile as paper, offering no resistance. Even Ebizo lost an arm in the onslaught.

Gu Xingxi, not willing to let him escape, pursued to kill him, which would pave the way for his future plans.

Operating his maneuver gear, Gu Xingxi chased after Ebizo.

Meanwhile, the Konoha forces waited until the smaller moon blades disappeared before advancing towards the Hidden Rain Village's ninjas.

Hanzo, perched atop a giant salamander, watched the scene unfold.

Hanzo remarked, "How could Chiyo's brother be so weak?" And with that, he engaged the Three Sannin of Konoha in combat.

Gu Xingxi, still in hot pursuit of Ebizo, taunted, "Don't you want to kill me for that hefty bounty? Why are you running away?"

Ebizo cursed the Third Kazekage in his mind for underestimating Gu Xingxi's strength and sending so few men.

Gu Xingxi shouted, "Ebizo, today you'll pay the price for the Sand Village and you being enemies with Konoha and me!"
