Natsuki-chan likes the power hungry Kaneki

after everyone from class 1-C came to the meeting spot there was a small disagreement whether everyone should wait for Kaneki or just go without him but it turns out that he was already there.

Ryueki: seriously you actually came?

Ryueki was confused.

Kaneki: yup for some reason I got an anonymous message from a piece of paper at my door saying I'm invited so I actually came. but I am surprised to see everyone here.

Keiko: Yuuka did you invite him?

Yuuka: not really I'm as surprised as you guys.

Itsuki: ok that's cool and all but are we going to ignore that KANEKI HAD SPIDER LEGS PROTRUDING OUT OF HIS BACK!

???: yeah what was that all about?

???: yeah i thought he was only half demon half human.

Kaneki: If you guys are curious I'll make it short on of my Sensei's taught me that I won't explain further.

everyone looked at Kaneki with confusion and with shock and most of the girls were frozen in shock because most of them were afraid of spiders so seeing Kaneki with spider legs scared them a lot.

Kaneki: alright then follow me I know the perfect camp site.

Ryueki: Hey, Hey who decided to make you the leader?

Kaneki: me.

Ryueki: but you know most of us have never been into this forest and we might get lost.

???: i don't know I think I'm going to trust Higanbana on this one.

???: yeah he did show us that he clearly has spider abilities so it might be wise to assume that he does know this forest better than anyone else.

Ryueki: are you girls serious? we might get attacked by bears.

Kaneki: oh that's what you're worried about?

don't worry I can take on bears on my own.

Yuuka: For real?

Kaneki: yes

everyone still finds it hard to believe Kaneki because they all assumed besides Shino, Yuuka, Miku, Natsuki and Chikao but they pretend to be confused.

Ryueki: i believe it's best if you guys follow me I have flesh puppet Familiars so i could use them to survey.

???: yeah that ability is pretty useful.

???: that ability does sound the best option.

Kaneki: i know this forest like the back of my hand plus i could sense when something dangerous is nearby.

???: honestly i trust Kaneki more.

Kaneki: well i doubt my option is good but what about this? everyone votes who to follow?

Ryueki: fine I agree.

Yuuka: everyone take a vote!

All of class 1-C was forced to pick on who to follow but in the end.

Yuuka: alright and the one who we will follow is.... Higanbana!

Yuuka: he has 8 votes while Ita-kun has 3. sorry Ita-kun.

Somehow Kaneki got more votes than Ryueki.

???: sorry but we couldn't pick.

Itsuki: let's gooo!

Keita: don't do anything stupid leader.

Ryueki was clearly frustrated.

Ryueki: tsk! fine but make sure you find us a good spot.

Kaneki on the other hand didn't really care.

Kaneki: alright then we walk that way.

Kaneki immediately began telling everyone where to go.

hey any of you guys need help carrying your stuff?

???: no thanks.

Itsuki: I'm good.

Kaneki: what about you Tanaka-san? you're carrying too much stuff.

Shino: Don't worry I can carry all this.

Ryueki: I don't need anyone's help.

Kaneki was asking everyone if he could help carrying at least one person's stuff but everyone refused since they didn't want to give him more weight to carry, but then.

Shino got tired and stopped walking because of the weight of all of her camping equipment.

Kaneki: can someone please help Tanaka-san? we're almost at the camping site so either someone helps Tanaka-san or we take a break.

???: sorry Tanaka-san my stuff is really heavy.

Miku: sorry Shino-Oneechan.

Ryueki: sorry but my hands are full.

Keiko: sorry but i promised to carry my stuff with itsuki.

Everyone couldn't help.

Shino was pretty weak when it comes to endurance and she's very aware of it.

she offered for everyone to go without while she takes a break.

Ryueki: Oi Higanbana what're you doing!?

Kaneki: don't worry I just took her equipment I'll carry them until Tanaka-san gets enough energy to carry them or until we get to the spot we're really close anyways.

Shino: ...

Kaneki: Alright everyone keep walking and Tanaka-san take it easy and drink some water.

Shino: um okay thanks for carrying my stuff.

Since they were close Kaneki knew by helping Shino they wouldn't get delayed on arriving early.

but he also had a thought.

"i can't just leave her behind it's not safe here I don't want her to get harmed"

even after being estranged and hurt by her and forgetting her face he still cared for his Childhood friend.
