"Bang!" A fist slammed onto the desk, shaking the plaque behind it that read "Reigning Justice" The plaque wobbled and tilted askew.

"I knew it!" Sengoku gritted his teeth. "Defected from the Marines? Arashi must have some other scheme in mind!"

The evasive and probing conversation they'd had last time was too obvious. Sengoku had easily seen through it.

The moment he learned that Whitebeard had captured Crocodile, Arashi was the first person he thought of, prompting his inquiry.

"This guy's temperament is just like Garp's!" Sengoku snorted. But soon, he recalled the Ohara Incident.

"No, this kid is even more decisive and bold than Garp!"

Sengoku fell into deep thought. Fleet Admiral Kong's retirement wasn't far off, and he'd been subtly preparing Sengoku as his successor.

Until the transition happened, Arashi remained stationed far from Marine Headquarters in the West Blue, intentionally kept away from the Marine central command.

Since the Ohara Incident, Kong had never shown any inclination to contact Arashi or express any closeness.

Their communication, both then and now, was entirely Sengoku's initiative.

For Sengoku, it was partly personal and partly strategic, considering the future of the seas after his appointment.

Arashi's character and strength made him an ideal Marine.

If he could temper his negative sentiments and actions toward the World Government, Arashi could even rise to the position of Fleet Admiral.

Sengoku planned to repair their relationship after assuming the Fleet Admiral role and to guide Arashi toward that path.

"With his combat strength, as long as he doesn't stumble politically," Sengoku thought, "he is the most suitable candidate for Fleet Admiral in the future!"

"The seas, after my time, will need the strongest warrior to maintain order!"

Sengoku sighed silently, his gaze flickering. But he quickly shook his head, dismissing those thoughts. The future was unpredictable.

Right now, a more pressing issue was at hand.

"If he comes into contact with Whitebeard, it will undoubtedly spark an earth-shattering battle!"

"Between the two of them, who will emerge victorious?"

The thought sent a shiver through Sengoku. Strangely, he felt both fear and anticipation.

Arashi was undeniably the most fearsome talent among the younger generation of Marines, rising rapidly to become a top-tier powerhouse rivalling the old guard.

Whitebeard, on the other hand, was the strongest man in the world, Roger's equal in reputation and strength, and the uncrowned king of the New World.

Since Roger's death, Whitebeard's influence in the second half of the Grand Line had only grown, with powerful allies and subordinates constantly emerging under his banner.

"But Arashi is going alone!"

"Can he escape if he goes there?"

Sengoku clenched his fists, but the answer would only come shortly.

The upcoming battle, destined to shake the world, would have no third-party witnesses. Only the participants themselves would know the outcome.

"If Arashi defeats Whitebeard," Sengoku thought, his eyes brightening with visions of the future.

"The Marines could rise to match the power of the World Government, no longer needing to depend on them!"

For countless years, the various forces of the world—Pirates, Marines, and the World Government—had maintained a delicate balance, with each side's combined strength creating an equilibrium that none could easily disrupt.

This balance had led to countless compromises and fostered corruption and darkness behind the scenes.

But if that balance were broken, the world would face a monumental upheaval.

"Arashi might be the one to shatter that balance!" Sengoku murmured. Over the years, he had silently observed the situation in the West Blue.

Under Arashi's command, the region flourished, was stable, and was peaceful, with significantly fewer incidents of darkness compared to the rest of the world.

In some ways, Arashi truly seemed to be gradually changing the world, spreading the ideals he once spoke of.

"This battle!" Sengoku whispered, "It's both nerve-wracking and exciting!"

He sighed deeply, standing by the window, motionless for a long time.

-The New World, second half of the Grand Line-

"Father, it's been three days since the news spread. Do you think that man will come?" Diamond Jozu asked in his deep, resonant voice.

He clashed his fists together, producing a loud thud. From initial anxiety and tension to calmness and even a hint of anticipation, Jozu now found himself looking forward to what lay ahead.

The Marine who had gained such immense fame—just how strong was he? Who was stronger, him or Father?

"Who knows?" Whitebeard replied with a faint smile. "I've never met the guy myself. Maybe Roger's evaluation of him was exaggerated."

Marco and the others also smiled as they turned to look at the man tied up near the ship's rail, soaked and bound tightly. Their gazes grew sharper.

Crocodile's strength was undeniable.

As a Logia-type user of the Sand-Sand Fruit, skilled in both Armament and Observation Haki, and with extensive combat experience, he had boldly challenged Whitebeard.

Though his defeat was swift, it was purely due to Whitebeard's overwhelming power. The gap between them was insurmountable.

Even among the Whitebeard Pirates' commanders, including Marco, Jozu, and Vista, none could claim with certainty that they would defeat Crocodile.

What kind of power must Arashi possess to command such a formidable presence?

Could he truly be as strong as the legends say—capturing Roger and effortlessly defeating the Golden Lion?

At this moment, countless people across the world pondered this question.

Suddenly—

"What is that?"

"Such incredible speed!"

"It's accompanied by thunder and lightning! What a grand display!"

"Wait, look behind him!"

"Gasp! The sky is filled with endless lightning!"

Cries of astonishment rang out among the ships surrounding the Moby Dick.

Marco's eyes narrowed sharply as he strode toward the bow of the ship. When he saw the scene on the horizon, his pupils constricted.

Behind him, Diamond Jozu and the others collectively gasped.

A deafening roar of thunder surged from afar. Massive bolts of lightning streaked across the sky, twisting and coiling like countless dragons.

In the blink of an eye, they had reached the front of Whitebeard's fleet.

The entire sky was filled with dense, crackling lightning that reflected off the sea, creating a breathtaking, almost oppressive spectacle.

It felt as if the fleet was surrounded by an endless storm of thunder and lightning, suffocating and overwhelming.

Amidst this terrifying storm, a small golden sceptre-shaped ship, glowing with electric light, streaked across the sea like a bolt of living lightning.

Its speed surpassed anything Marco had ever seen, leaving ripples and arcs of lightning in its wake.

"Is that…?!"

Then, they saw the figure standing on the prow of the electrified vessel.

Arms crossed, his face calm and exuding an air of dominance, he stood tall with a storm of lightning raging behind him, his piercing gaze locked onto them.

"Arashi!!"

"It's Vice Admiral Arashi!"

"He's here!"

"So that's Arashi?"

"His presence is terrifying!"

Exclamations of shock and disbelief echoed across the sea. The appearance of someone with Arashi's reputation wasn't an everyday occurrence.

Among the Marines, few names were as well-known as Garp, Sengoku, or Zephyr.

Yet, Arashi's fame skyrocketed after the events surrounding Roger's execution. Many pirates had heard of his name but had never seen him in person.

Now, witnessing him alone on his electrified ship, lightning forming a magnificent backdrop, the sheer power of the scene left an indelible mark in their memories.

On the deck of Moby Dick, a towering man with long blond hair, a crescent-shaped white moustache, and a bottle of sake in hand slowly raised his head.

A faint smile curled his lips.

"Arashi!"

Excitement and battle intent gleamed in Whitebeard's eyes.

At that moment, the surrounding sea area, stretching tens of thousands of meters, seemed blanketed by an invisible yet overwhelming aura of dominance.

"That's Father's Haki!"

"It's been so long since Father exuded such excitement for battle!"

The crew's voices were filled with awe. Their eyes quickly shifted to the lone ship and its rider, now drawing closer and closer to the fleet.

Whitebeard's imposing presence surged directly toward Arashi.

"Just one man and one ship."

"No backup, no reinforcements from the Marines!"

"What audacity! Facing the Whitebeard Pirates, he dares to charge in alone?"

"No, his courage is extraordinary! Just one man, and yet he shows no sign of fear."

When they realized Arashi had arrived alone, the pirates were stunned.

Then, someone noticed a sudden change. Arashi, standing at the prow of his ship, raised his head, and his eyes shone with a dazzling light.

"Buzz!"

In the next instant, the entire sea seemed to freeze.

A heavy pressure descended upon the void, pressing down like a weight on everyone's hearts. At that moment, their hearts stopped beating.

Then, suffocation set in. Dizziness overtook them. Eyes rolled back, and one by one, bodies dropped unconscious with a resounding thud.

The overwhelming force swept across like a storm, touching every soul on board.

Half the sky seemed to darken as golden lightning raged across the heavens, clawing and tearing through the void.

The tempest howled, and the immense aura crashed into the Whitebeard Pirates with unmatched ferocity. In an instant, an uncountable number of people collapsed.

Those who withstood the wave were left trembling uncontrollably, their faces pale with fear and their bodies weak.

Staring at the man standing firmly at the ship's prow, arms crossed, they felt as though they were witnessing a god or demon incarnate.

Onboard the Moby Dick, the senior commanders of the Whitebeard Pirates broke into a cold sweat.

Their fists clenched tightly as they fixed their eyes on the steadily approaching figure, whose speed had slowed but whose form was now clear.

"What a terrifyingly domineering man!" Marco gritted his teeth.
