Kai pointed his staff toward the sky, a low hum building as he began casting. The magical energy around him thickened as he chanted, glowing Meteors swirling and shot in the air
"What is he doing?" one agent muttered, his eyes darting to the other.
"I don't like this," their leader said, his voice sharp. "We can't let him keep going! End him now!"
Both agents disappeared in a blur of motion, their Soru teleporting them directly beside Kai. They lunged, attacks poised to strike him while he was mid-cast.
But Kai smirked. "Fools," he muttered.
With a sudden roar, Kai unleashed Gravitational Missile, a sphere of intense gravitational force erupting around him. The two agents were caught mid-attack, their movements frozen as the crushing weight of the orb pinned them in place. They struggled, their faces twisted with panic and effort, but escape was impossible.
Kai glanced at them briefly before turning his gaze skyward, the final glyphs of his spell locking into place. "I gotta run now," he said with a casual shrug. "See you in hell."
As he sprinted away from the docks, he couldn't resist glancing back. The first meteor streaked through the atmosphere, a fiery harbinger of destruction. It struck the shipwrecked dock with an earth-shattering explosion, the shockwave rippling outward.
More meteors followed in quick succession, slamming into the port like divine judgment. Each impact tore through the area, sending plumes of smoke and debris sky-high. The CP5 agents, the port, and everything within the vicinity were obliterated in the aftermath.
Kai stopped at a safe distance, panting as he leaned on his knees. The sky burned red from the residual flames, and the once-bustling docks were now a smoldering wasteland of craters and ash.
He stared at the scene, awe creeping into his expression. "Well," he muttered to himself, "I really overdid it this time."
The sheer scale of the destruction left him momentarily stunned. Even he hadn't anticipated the magnitude of his own power. He shook his head, a mixture of pride and disbelief flashing across his face.
"Guess I'm not apologizing to Iceburg," he said, cracking a grin as he turned to leave the devastation behind.

Kai strolled into Iceburg's office with his usual swagger, brushing past the secretary's protests. The tension in the air was palpable as Iceburg, seated behind his ornate desk, looked up from a stack of papers with a dark expression. His piercing gaze locked onto Kai, a mixture of anger and something close to fear brewing beneath his calm exterior.
"You," Iceburg started, his voice low and trembling slightly, "do you have any idea what you've done?"
Kai raised a brow, scratching the back of his head. "Uh, about the docks, yeah, I'm—"
"The docks?!" Iceburg interrupted, slamming his hand on the desk. "The entire port is gone! The ships, the infrastructure, the workers' livelihoods—all of it obliterated! And I hear it was you summoning meteors like some kind of goddamn stormbringer! What the hell were you thinking?"
Kai winced, raising his hands defensively. "Okay, look, I didn't know the whole port would be destroyed. That was… kind of a miscalculation. I just needed to deal with some Cipher Pol pests, and things got a bit, uh, out of hand."
Iceburg's jaw tightened, his fingers curling into fists on the desk.
"But!" Kai quickly added, pulling out a bundle of rolled-up blueprints from his satchel with a flourish. "Look on the bright side—I got the blueprints!"
Iceburg snatched the papers from Kai, his frustration still simmering. He spread them across his desk, muttering under his breath as he examined them. His eyes widened slightly as he traced the intricate designs with his fingers.
"This is…" he murmured, his tone shifting. "It's not just what we needed. These are incredibly advanced… This has to be the work of Vegapunk." He paused, his anger seemingly dissipating as fascination took over. "These are more valuable than I could have imagined."
Kai leaned against the wall with a smug grin. "So, about the port… Are we good?"
Iceburg sighed, leaning back in his chair. "Forget about the port," he said, waving a hand dismissively.
Kai clapped his hands together. "Brilliant! So, you'll give us a discount then?"
Iceburg's gaze snapped back to Kai, the fire briefly returning to his eyes. "Absolutely not. It'll still cost you 400 million berries."
Kai groaned. "Four hundred million?! After all I went through to get those blueprints?"
Iceburg smirked faintly, rolling the blueprints back up. "Trust me, it'll be worth every berry. With these plans, your ship will be leagues ahead of anything else on the sea."
"Fine, fine," Kai grumbled. "So, how long are we talking? A few days?"
Iceburg raised a brow. "A week."
"A week?!" Kai exclaimed, stepping closer to the desk. "You do realize I just did something very serious to the World Government, right? They'll probably send an admiral! I'm strong, but I'm not sure I can handle one of those yet!"
Iceburg chuckled, leaning forward with an air of calm confidence. "Oh, don't worry about that. We've already taken measures to handle it."
Kai blinked, surprised. "Measures?"
"Your old excuse for a ship," Iceburg said with a smirk, "we sailed it away from Water 7. Right now, it's heading to a nearby island, far enough to draw attention away from here."
"You… what?" Kai asked, narrowing his eyes.
"Relax," Iceburg said. "Your crew has already been notified. The Marines and Cipher Pol will follow the trail, leaving Water 7 in peace. You, meanwhile, can lay low here until your new ship is ready. Once it's built, you'll sail faster than any vessel they could dream of catching you with."
Kai let out a low whistle, crossing his arms. "Well, that's… surprisingly clever. Didn't take you for the sneaky type, Iceburg."
"I prefer the term 'strategic,'" Iceburg said with a faint smirk. "Now, stay out of trouble. The last thing we need is another scene like the one at the docks."
Kai grinned. "No promises."

The tavern was lively, filled with chatter and clinking mugs, but Kai couldn't help but notice the stack of empty barrels next to the bar. He sighed, his suspicions confirmed as he spotted Mikita slumped over a table, cheeks flushed red and a goofy grin plastered across her face.
"Don't tell me you drank the place dry," Kai said, walking over with a wry smile.
Mikita giggled, her voice slurring. "Maybe... I was bored, Captain!" She hiccupped, raising her mug lazily.
Kai rubbed his temples. "Bored, huh? Maybe I should have let you tag along."
Before Mikita could respond, the tavern doors swung open with a loud bang, startling everyone inside. Luca stormed in, his face pale and his eyes wide with panic.
"Kai!" he shouted, scanning the room until he spotted him. "The port... it's gone! Completely destroyed!"
Kai sighed, setting a hand on his hip. "Yeah, I know."
"So it was you after all!" Luca exclaimed, his voice rising. "It only took me a few minutes to figure out it was you! What the hell happened out there?"
Kai scratched the back of his head sheepishly. "Well... I admit I might've gone a bit overboard."
"A bit?!"
Ignoring Luca's outburst, Kai sauntered over to the bar, grabbed a fresh mug of beer, and took a long swig. As the cool drink hit his throat, he couldn't help but let his mind wander.
'Honestly, it's weird,' he thought. 'These spells are far more destructive than they were in the game. I need to be extra careful—innocent people could get hurt if I lose control.'
His thoughts were interrupted by Mikita's drunken drawl. "What're you thinking about, Cap'n?"
Kai smirked, turning to her. "Oh, 'Captain,' is it now?"
Mikita raised her mug, swaying slightly in her seat. "That's right! You're the Captain!"
Kai chuckled, shaking his head. "Well then, as a captain—or better yet, as an Elden Lord—I suppose it's unwise of me to act recklessly, isn't it?"
Mikita grinned, her glass held high. "Whatever you say, Captain!"
She clinked her mug against his, spilling a bit of beer in the process. Kai couldn't help but laugh, the tension of the day easing slightly.
Luca, still standing near the door, rubbed his temples in frustration.
Kai raised his mug toward Luca with a grin. "Come on, Luca. Sit down and have a drink. You're gonna need it before the Admirals show up"
Luca froze mid-step, his face draining of all color. "What?! The Admirals?! You mean actual Admirals?! They're coming here?!"
Kai and Mikita exchanged glances. The drunken woman, still swaying slightly in her seat, snorted before breaking into uncontrollable laughter.
Kai tried to hold back his own chuckles but failed miserably. "Relax, Luca. I'm just messing with you."
Mikita, tears streaming down her face from laughing so hard, waved her hand dismissively. "Nobody's coming for us… probably!"
"Probably?!" Luca practically shrieked, gripping the edge of the table like it might save him from impending doom.
Kai shrugged nonchalantly, taking another sip from his mug. "Well, I mean, technically I did obliterate a WG vessel and an entire port. So, who knows? Maybe they'll send someone to check it out."
Luca stared at him in horror. "Why are you so calm about this?!"
Mikita slapped the table, her laughter reigniting. "Because he's the Captain, duh!"
Kai grinned, leaning back in his chair. "Exactly. And as your Captain, I suggest you take a deep breath, grab a drink, and enjoy the moment."
Luca groaned, sinking into the chair next to them. "I swear, one of these days, you two are going to be the death of me."
Kai clinked his mug against Luca's, smirking. "Maybe. But at least you'll have a drink in hand when it happens."
Mikita raised her own mug, hiccupping mid-cheer. "To chaos and Capt'n Kai!"
Luca muttered under his breath, "I need a new crew."
