One Piece - I'm Whitebeard

Hearing the conversations in the ship, Momonosuke suddenly had a realization. He felt that his relationship with Whitebeard should be closer.

After all, Whitebeard had decided to take on an opponent as formidable as Kaido for him.

So, Momonosuke disregarded the person's persuasion and resumed arguing with Shirahoshi.

However, it wasn't much of a quarrel; rather, Momonosuke was unilaterally asserting himself over Shirahoshi, who was truly kind and weak.

After a while, Shirahoshi began crying loudly, quickly drawing the audience's attention.

"Shirahoshi, what's wrong? Why are you crying?" Whitebeard asked with concern.

Whitebeard's concerned tone made Momonosuke feel a sense of crisis.

He thought that if Whitebeard found out he had bullied Shirahoshi, he might actually punish him.

"Grandpa Whitebeard really cares about this princess," 

Momonosuke thought. He silently prayed that Shirahoshi wouldn't make a big deal out of it, or else he would not only get punished by Whitebeard but also embarrass himself in front of everyone.

"Oyaji Whitebeard, I'm fine. I feel sentimental because I think many people will get hurt in the war," 

Shirahoshi said, quickly wiping away her tears.

"Oh, I see. But don't worry, I promise there won't be many casualties this time," Whitebeard said with a smile.

Whitebeard had a plan in mind. He intended to launch a war on Kaido with only a small number of his elite fighters, while the regular crew and allied pirate groups would focus on controlling and liberating Wanokuni.

In the following meeting, Whitebeard continued to allow these people to discuss and communicate at will, and express their opinions.

But Enel wasn't convinced. Even though he didn't know Kaido well, he was familiar with the other Four Emperors and felt he could judge by comparison.

So Enel immediately asked Aokiji, "Is Kaido stronger than Oyaji?"

Aokiji was momentarily speechless at the rhetorical question. After a brief pause, he replied with a little embarrassment: "No."

How can Kaido be compared to Whitebeard? Though both are Four Emperors, to the world, Whitebeard is more than that. His strength makes him the King of the Pirates and ruler of the seas.

No matter how perverted and powerful Kaido is, this is the only thing that Aokiji is certain of, and everyone is certain, that is, Kaido is not an opponent of Whitebeard.

Enel then said, "If Kaido can't compare to Oyaji, then what am I afraid of? I'll fight him no matter what."
