One Piece: Rising to Power as a Warlord of the Sea

"What are you guys doing! ☄ฺ(◣д◢)☄ฺ?"

"What are you doing to my treasure?!"

Furious, seeing his treasure being stolen, Chinjao's shock quickly turned to rage. His corpulent body shot forward like a cannonball.

Boom!

Enel, who had been bored, noticed Chinjao coming at him and swiftly dodged the attack. He took a bite of his apple and watched the old man with interest.

"This must be the unlucky guy Natsu talked about!"

"Who are you? Why are you stealing my treasure?! (ꐦ°᷄д°᷅)"

"Your treasure? Does it answer when you call it? Or do you have some way to take out the treasure down there?" Enel looked at the concave head of the old man with disdain.

"Hmph! Of course, I can..." Chinjao was at a loss for words. At that moment, he indeed lacked the ability to do so.

"No proof, huh? So this is just an unclaimed fortune, and we are the lucky ones to find it, old man. You better leave before you make things worse."

"Looks like you're deliberately looking for trouble?" Chinjao said, his beard rising with anger, his terrifying aura surrounding Enel and the others. The Conqueror's Haki instantly swept across the area, causing half of the Smile Pirates to faint.

"Hey, hey, if you're trying to rob us, just say so! No need for excuses!" Enel's thunder surged, and the air crackled with energy. Despite his age, his power was still formidable.

Boom!

A lightning bolt streaked across the sky as Enel swung his golden staff, mixed with violent thunder, coming down from above to strike Chinjao's forehead.

"Logia-type Devil Fruit user!" Chinjao wrapped his arm with Armament Haki, eyeing the terrifying thunder around Enel with a furrowed brow, his white beard fluttering. His whole body tensed.

"Boss, I think I know this guy—one of the Seven Warlords of the Sea, Monkey D. Natsu's Smile Pirates' officer, Thunder God Enel!"

The soldiers from the Happo Navy, who had followed Chinjao shouted from behind. Upon hearing the name "Monkey," Chinjao's face turned as red as fire, his anger reaching a boiling point.

"Your damn grandson is trying to steal my treasure after I lost my position as the head! Do you want me to exterminate you all?!"

"Unless you step over my dead body today, no one is leaving!" Chinjao yelled, his Armament Haki intensifying. With a powerful punch, he knocked Enel back several meters.

"Notify Kaito and Abe, bring the full Eight Treasure Army here, and let's show the Smile Pirates what we're made of. The debt of Garp will be settled by his grandson!"

"Eight-Punch Fist!"

 Chinjao raised his massive fist, swinging it with great force. The shockwave of his powerful attack rushed toward Enel.

"That's one heavy punch. This old man is something else!" Enel took the hit head-on, testing the old man's strength.

"Eight-Punch Fist: Head of the Fist!"

Seeing that his attack was blocked, Chinjao's brow twitched. He leaped into the air, his Armament Haki covering his head. His body fell like a meteor, striking down on Enel with devastating force.

Boom!

Enel staggered back, his head coated with Armament Haki. He crashed through the ice surface, but the thick layer of ice only received minor damage— Chinjao had lost his distinctive head, and his combat power was greatly reduced.

"Thirty million volts: Thunder Wolf!"

Enel tapped the small drum behind him, summoning three wolf-shaped lightning bolts that streaked through the air toward Chinjao with incredible speed and power.

"Eight-Punch Fist: Head of the Fist, Reverse Spin, Wild Dance!"

 Chinjao turned his body upside down, beginning to spin rapidly, faster and faster, creating a tornado around himself like a flying top. Enel was surrounded, preparing for a deadly strike.

"Electroshock: Two hundred million volts!"

Enel bit into his apple, his entire body crackling with electricity. A massive lightning storm surged out, enveloping the surrounding area. The Smile Pirates, sensing danger, retreated a full kilometer, watching the darkened sky with fear.

"This is bad!" Chinjao looked up at the stormy clouds and felt a chill run down his spine. His heart sank—he was in trouble.

Conqueror's Haki can hurt Logia-type users, but it has limits, and in Enel's thunder field, how long could the Haki endure?

Zzzt!

Hack!

A muffled cough broke the silence, and under the relentless lightning, Chinjao's body began to tremble uncontrollably. Finally, he could no longer hold up, and his Haki began to dissipate. A barely recognizable, shaky figure stumbled out.

"Yahaha! It's over. It was fun for a while, but you're getting old, Chinjao!"

"This ends now!" Enel raised his golden staff, his Armament Haki wrapping around it, preparing to deliver the final blow.

"Grandpa! You bastard! Get out of the way!"

Before the staff could land, a man with a large sword rushed forward and blocked Enel's weapon. His overwhelming aura emitted shockwaves that rattled the surroundings.

"Sai!" Chinjao lifted his eyelids and recognized the newcomer, then closed his eyes and passed out. It couldn't be helped—Enel's electric shock had been too much for him.

Two hundred million volts? No ordinary person could withstand that.

"Well, you hit the old man, now you've got the younger one. What, are we going to fight?" Enel casually spoke, eyeing the newcomer, who appeared young and possibly strong enough for a fight.

"No need! Take the treasure, it's yours." Sai raised his hand, stopping Abe, who was about to take action. After all, even the old man couldn't handle this guy, and the two of them together wouldn't have much of an advantage.

"Just pay for the trouble. The Happo Havy Treasure Army can only look at the treasure beneath the ice—they can't touch it anyway."

"Tch, boring! Hey, Kumo's guys, let's pack up the treasure and leave!" Enel snorted, clearly unimpressed, and turned to leave.

"Hey, hey, Enel, you're so slow. I've been waiting for over an hour. It's just an old man, why's it taking so long?! ┐(´-｀)┌"

As soon as Enel landed, he heard Kumo's sarcastic voice. Enel hated dealing with him—he was such a pain. It wasn't until much later that Enel learned that Kumo had held a grudge ever since the first time he didn't agree to let him become the vice-captain.

"I don't care!" Enel replied.

"Of course, I'm the First Division Captain!"

"Number four! You should listen to number one! ╭︎(˙º˙)╯︎"

"Really want to kill you! (ꐦಠ皿ಠ)"

Enel nearly lost his temper. This guy was so annoying; he was definitely going to beat him up when he got the chance.

"Tch, you're scared, number four! ׂ'ᴗ'ׂ"
