The most excited person now was not Daiki but Enel, who stood behind him.

From the moment Enel first encountered such a large gathering of people, he had been visibly nervous and uneasy. Now, standing before everyone, reviewing the army like a king, he was on edge.

"Everyone," Daiki began, his tone calm but commanding, "I won't waste time with long speeches. You all know me. We've been through too much together for introductions. His Majesty, King Anos, had likely said all that needed saying before I arrived."

"We are not here for comfort or indulgence. With the Tru Kingdom advancing rapidly in every aspect, His Majesty works tirelessly to improve our nation's living standards. Our role is to train diligently, mastering the skills to protect His Majesty, our kingdom, and the people within it."

"As it stands, you are still too weak. Starting immediately, you will be organized into groups of twenty, each with a designated instructor. Over the next two years, you will live and train here at an altitude of 10,000 meters."

"I expect every one of you to meet the expectations of our people and especially those of His Majesty the King. Now, let me ask: Do you have the confidence to succeed?"

Daiki didn't shout but spoke through a speaker, his tone steady and authoritative.

The amplified voice carried clarity and gravity, reaching even the furthest corners of the assembled ranks.

As soon as he finished speaking, tens of thousands of voices roared in unison.

"We have confidence!" The sound reverberated like a thunderclap across the island, even startling those stationed elsewhere on Skypiea.

The sheer force of their collective shout caused ripples across the tranquil clouds, and even distant observers in Shandora turned their heads toward the commotion.

The soldiers who had gathered on Skypiea knew their mission well. Many had already endured gruelling training before and were now striving to master even higher levels of Haki.

Among them, nearly all had proficiency in one of the Six Powers a testament to their skill.

Unlike the Marines under the World Government, the Six Powers techniques were not concealed in the Tru Kingdom.

Anyone could train in them, fostering an environment of growth and excellence.

Those who excelled would be selected for advanced Haki training in the elite special forces.

Two years from now, when the next recruitment cycle began, the ranks of the Tru Kingdom's army would see a fresh influx of powerful soldiers.

Those unable to join the elite would instead serve as domestic peacekeepers, ensuring security within the kingdom.

By the time the main storyline unfolded, the Tru Kingdom would undoubtedly have a prominent voice on the world stage.

However, progress could not happen overnight. It required careful, steady effort.

Meanwhile, in Alabasta

The Kingdom of Tru's collaboration with Alabasta began yielding results almost immediately. Upon their arrival in Alabasta, Losta and her delegation were warmly received by Minister Zuo, with King Cobra personally attending their discussions.

The two nations agreed to establish a trade network starting in Alabasta, with Nanohana as the initial hub.

This marked the beginning of large-scale commercial ventures, including textile factories, steel production, food companies, and beverage industries.

The ambitious plan involved the launch of over 200 projects within five years, mirroring the scale of industrial development seen in the Tru Kingdom.

Alabasta offered significant incentives to support this initiative, including substantial tax reductions for the first five years.

In exchange, the Tru Kingdom committed to aiding Alabasta with infrastructure improvements, such as seawater desalination, environmental restoration, and road networks.

The people of Alabasta were thrilled by the partnership. Although many did not fully understand the details, they saw hope for economic stability and a better quality of life a stark contrast to their harsh, sand-swept environment.

In Alabasta's Royal Hall

In the grand palace of Alabasta, King Cobra sat on his throne, observing the negotiations without interjecting. His sharp eyes took in every detail as the two delegations discussed the finer points of their agreement.

"Minister Zuo, we've been deliberating the infrastructure projects for three days now. It's time for decisions to be made. What is Alabasta's position on this matter?" Losta asked, her voice steady yet firm.

Minister Zuo, slightly flustered, adjusted his posture. "Minister Losta, as previously discussed, His Majesty King Cobra has already expressed his support for the Kingdom of Tru's endeavours here."

"Alabasta will ensure the security of your operations and assist with trade distribution. For the initial five years, we will waive taxes on all projects, and land for your factories will be provided at no cost."

"However, in return, the Tru Kingdom must fulfil its commitment to our nation's development. This includes constructing seawater desalination plants, restoring key environments, and completing the infrastructure projects outlined during prior discussions."

The minister's words were measured and rehearsed, reflecting countless hours of preparation. Yet even he seemed taken aback by the sheer scope of the Tru Kingdom's plans.

The proposal of over 200 concurrent projects was unprecedented, leaving even King Cobra visibly impressed.

---

Through these joint efforts, both kingdoms sought to strengthen their standing in the world, with mutual benefits paving the way for prosperity and progress.
