At this moment, a blind man sat calmly at the roulette table in a bustling casino, holding an upright cane in his hand.

His eyes, visibly scarred by past injuries, rendered him sightless, yet he still chose to partake in the high-stakes gambling unfolding around him.

To the onlookers, this seemed impossible a blind man dominating a game of chance.

The sheer absurdity of the situation drew a growing crowd of spectators.

The middle-aged man showed no fear or hesitation. Despite his blindness, a large pile of chips was stacked neatly before him, enough to make the casino staff break into cold sweats.

If his winning streak continued, the entire establishment could be bled dry.

"Why haven't we started yet?" he asked calmly, his voice breaking the tense silence that had overtaken the room.

The crowd watched, holding their breath. The casino staff, especially the dealer across from him, hesitated.

The blind man hadn't lost a single game all morning, a feat that left even the most seasoned gamblers stunned.

"W-Well… sir… our casino has run out of funds…" the casino owner stammered. Though he spoke hesitantly, the humiliation in his tone was evident.

No one laughed at the owner's plight. Even the spectators, who had initially come to enjoy the spectacle, were now awestruck, their curiosity piqued by the mysterious blind gambler.

The blind man smiled faintly, his demeanour still calm and collected. "Heh… Is that so? It's not the first time I've encountered something like this. Some other casinos, rather than admit defeat, resort to less civilized methods of cheating or even robbery. But you seem more refined."

His words carried a playful edge, but they were underpinned by an undeniable authority. The casino owner flushed in embarrassment.

"Sir," the owner replied, forcing a smile, "on the gambling table, winning and losing is simply part of the game. If you've bested us, then so be it. Here in the Kingdom of Tru, our king has taught us to uphold honesty and integrity. I refuse to tarnish the reputation of this land, even if it means accepting such a loss."

His statement earned murmurs of approval from the crowd. Many admired the owner's integrity, even as they pitied his misfortune.

The blind man chuckled. "What an interesting Kingdom," he said softly. Then, without touching the mountain of chips he had won, he rose slowly from his seat, using his cane to navigate the room. He walked toward the exit without looking back.

The casino owner bowed deeply as the man departed, his respect evident. It wasn't until the gambler had disappeared into the streets that he finally straightened up.

From a distance, Anos observed the entire scene. He had been drawn to the casino by the commotion, and the sight of this enigmatic man left him deeply intrigued.

Anos didn't need to think long to identify the stranger. The blind man could only be Issho later known as Fujitora, a Marine admiral and one of the most powerful warriors in the world.

But what was someone of his calibre doing here in the Tru Kingdom?

Anos decided to follow him, keeping a respectful distance. For nearly twenty minutes, Anos shadowed Issho through the streets, his curiosity mounting with every step.

Finally, Issho stopped in a quieter part of the town. The rhythmic tapping of his cane ceased, and he turned slightly, sensing the presence behind him.

"Though this old man is blind, I am not unaware. It seems His Majesty, the King of Tru, wishes to speak with me," Issho said, his tone steady and unhurried.

Anos caught off guard but not deterred, stepped closer with a smile. "You honour us with your presence, Mr Issho. Would you allow me to treat you to a drink?"

Issho's lips curled into a slight smile. "A drink, you say? I've heard your kingdom has recently begun producing a new kind of wine. It's said to be quite good. Is that your offer?"

Anos nodded. "Indeed. I haven't yet had the pleasure of trying it myself, but I'd be delighted if you would join me."

Issho let out a hearty laugh. "How unexpected! I must admit, I did not foresee such a meeting. Very well, Your Majesty. Let us see if your wine lives up to its reputation."

Respectful but confident, Anos gestured toward a quieter side street, leading the way to a nearby tavern.

The two figures, one a young king, the other a blind swordsman, walked side by side, a curious sight to anyone who happened to see them.

As they strolled, the atmosphere remained light, yet undercurrents of tension and intrigue lingered.

Anos couldn't help but wonder: what had brought someone like Issho to his kingdom? And what role might this meeting play in the future of the Tru Kingdom?
