The orange-haired girl smirked as she took a step back. "Hey, boss, thanks for coming to save me!" she called out, waving toward the group of pirates. Then, without missing a beat, she added with a sly grin, "They're all yours now. Bye, boss!" She spun on her heel and sprinted away, leaving Goku and Luffy blinking in confusion.
Luffy scratched his head. "Wait... did we know her?"
Goku shrugged, still watching the girl disappear into the distance. "I thought you did!"
The pirates glared at the two, their faces twisted with anger. One of them, sneered. "Well, looks like your little crony ditched you. Bad luck, huh? You should've stayed out of this."
Luffy turned back to the pirates, completely ignoring the threat, and asked, "Hey, you guys know any good places to eat around here?"
Goku nodded enthusiastically. "Yeah, we're starving!"
The scarred man's eye twitched as he pulled out his cutlass. "Food's the last thing you should be worrying about right now!"
Before he could swing
Luffy and Goku moved as one. Goku sidestepped the attack and landed a clean punch to the man's gut, sending him flying into a pile of crates. Luffy dodged another pirate's swing with ease, then stretched his arm back and delivered a powerful punch, knocking the second man to the ground.
The remaining two pirates hesitated for a moment, clearly startled, before drawing their weapons. "You bastards! You're gonna pay for that!"
Goku grinned, cracking his knuckles. "You guys are pretty slow."
Luffy laughed, winding up another punch. "And weak, too!"
Within seconds, Goku and Luffy dispatched the last two. One pirate went tumbling into a fruit stand, while the other was sent flying into a window
Goku and Luffy stood side by side, their attention drawn to the orange-haired girl who was on a roof. "Wow, you guys are strong! Even with those swords, you took them out with your bare hands!" she said, Impressed
Luffy narrowed his eyes"You're the girl who set us up! Who are you?"
She smirked confidently and crossed her arms. "I'm just someone who steals money from pirates and how about we team up"
Luffy blinked, unimpressed, and turned to Goku. "Yeah, nah, I'm good." He motioned for Goku to follow him as they started to walk away.
The girl called after them, desperation creeping into her voice. "Hey, come on! At least think about it first!"
But before they could reply, both Goku's and Luffy's stomachs let out loud growls, echoing in the quiet street. Goku rubbed the back of his head sheepishly. "Man, I'm starving."
Luffy sighed, holding his stomach. "Me too... I can't keep going like this."
The girl smirked, sensing an opportunity. "If you're that hungry, come with me. I know a place that has food."
At the promise of a meal, Goku and Luffy's energy instantly returned. "Really?!" they shouted in unison, their faces lighting up.
"Follow me!" she said, leading the way with a confident stride.
The trio soon arrived at a house Inside, the aroma of fresh bread and simple but delicious food filled the air.
On the table, a spread of bread, cheese, and fruit awaited them. Goku and Luffy didn't wait for an invitation. They dove into the food, tearing into the bread and letting out satisfied groans. "This is amazing!" Luffy said through a mouthful of bread.
"Yeah, it's been forever since I had something this good!" Goku added, already reaching for another piece.
As Luffy leaned back, rubbing his stomach contentedly, he glanced around the house. "So, this big house... it's all yours?" he asked.
The orange-haired girl shook her head. "This isn't my house. I'm just staying here for the time being. Everyone in this town left because of Captain Buggy."
Luffy tilted his head, a bit confused. "So, you're just a petty thief in someone else's place?"
Her eyes narrowed as she crossed her arms defensively. "I'm not a petty thief. I'm a thief who only steals from pirates."
Luffy shrugged, unconvinced. "A thief's a thief, I'm pretty sure."
She let out an exasperated sigh. "Listen, my goal is to gather 100 million belli, no matter what it takes."
Goku, who had been munching on an apple, paused and looked up curiously. "Why do you need so much money?"
The girl hesitated for a moment before shaking her head. "That's a secret," she said firmly. Then, she pulled out a rolled-up parchment from her bag and unfurled it on the table. "But this map of the Grand Line is my key to getting that money."
Luffy's eyes lit up at the sight of the map. "A map of the Grand Line?! Are you a navigator?"
The girl smirked, her confidence shining through. "Not just a navigator. I'm the most skilled navigator you'll ever meet."
Luffy's grin grew wide as he pointed at her enthusiastically. "Then you should join my crew! I need a navigator!"
As the girl slammed her hand on the table, her face twisted with disdain, she glared at Luffy. "So, you're a pirate, huh?"
Luffy, grinning ear to ear, nodded. "Yep! And this guy here," he said, pointing at Goku, "he's part of my crew. I made a promise to the guy who gave me my straw hat that I'd get a crew and become the greatest pirate ever!"
Her expression soured even more. "There's nothing in this world I hate more than pirates. All I care about is money and tangerines."
Luffy, undeterred, clasped his hands together and said, "Please join my crew!"
She rolled her eyes and turned toward the window. "No way," she replied sharply.
"Your loss," Luffy said with a shrug as he dug back into his food.
Peeking out the window, the girl spotted a group of pirates outside. One of them shouted, "Where is she? We need to get the map back!"
Her eyes narrowed, and she muttered to herself, "Those idiots won't stop until they've found me." Then a smirk spread across her face as an idea formed.
Turning back to Luffy, she said sweetly, "Alright, I've changed my mind. I'll join your crew."
Luffy's face lit up. "Really? That's awesome!"
"But," she added, holding up a finger, "there's something I need you to do for me first."
"Anything!" Luffy declared eagerly.
She pointed out the window toward the group of pirates. "I want you to come with me to see Captain Buggy."
"Captain Buggy?" Luffy repeated, cocking his head to the side.
Goku leaned closer. "Who's that?"
The girl smirked. "You'll see soon enough. He's the one I stole the map from, and now he's after me. If you want me on your crew, you'll help me deal with him."
Luffy grinned confidently, standing up and clapping his fists together. "No problem! Let's go!"
Goku nodded. "Yeah, this'll be fun!"
As the girl tied up Goku and Luffy, both of them wore puzzled expressions.
"What's this about?" Luffy asked, tilting his head.
"It's for appearances," the girl explained smoothly, finishing the knots.
Goku glanced down at the ropes, then shrugged. "Alright. I was hoping to meet other pirates anyway."
Luffy grinned. "Me too"
The girl smirked at their naive reactions, leading them through the deserted streets until they reached a rooftop with a rowdy group of pirates.
The pirates suddenly spotted her. One of them, a scruffy man with a sword, pointed and shouted, "That's her! That's the one who stole the map"
Without hesitation, the girl pushed Goku and Luffy forward, sending them tumbling in front of a man with bright clown makeup and a red nose.
The man turned his piercing gaze on them "Well, well, what do we have here?" he said in a booming voice.
The girl approached Buggy, holding the stolen map in her hand as she presented it to him. "Here it is, Captain Buggy. The map and the people who stole it"
Buggy grinned widely, his laughter echoing throughout the room. "I appreciate it," he said, taking the map from her with an exaggerated flourish. "You brought me the map and captured the thieves. Why a change of heart?"
Nami bowed her head slightly, a smirk playing on her lips. "It's nothing. I had an argument with my boss. I thought I'd come and offer my services to you instead. So, what do you think? Can I join your crew?"
Buggy laughed louder, slapping his knee. "Of course! You'll fit right in. Welcome to the crew, and what's your name?"
"My name is Nami" She smiled, but it was a sly smile. She had her reasons for this sudden change of allegiance, but for now, it was all about playing the game.
Meanwhile, Goku and Luffy were put in a jail box, their hands bound together.
"Hey, Luffy," Goku said with a grin, not at all bothered by the situation. "This is the first time I've been locked up"
Before Luffy could respond, Buggy's loud voice echoed through the room. "It's time for the Buggy Ball! Prepare yourselves, you fools!"
The pirates loaded a cannon with a cannonball bearing Buggy's grinning face. The cannon fired, and the Buggy ball exploded in a deafening blast, obliterating a nearby building and leaving a massive crater in its wake. The sheer destruction made Nami's eyes widen in disbelief
Buggy laughed maniacally. "With my Buggy Balls and my devil fruit power, I'll conquer the Grand Line!"
Luffy, undeterred, grinned and shouted back, "That's too bad because it's me who going to rule the Grand Line! I'm gonna be King of the Pirates!"
Buggy's face twisted in annoyance, his expression darkening. "This guy is irritating! You know what? Let's get rid of them!" He turned to his crew. "Load another Buggy Ball and blow these two to smithereens!"
Nami froze, the weight of the situation hitting her.
"Captain Buggy, wait! You can't—" she started, but Buggy interrupted her with a wicked grin.
"Too bad," Buggy said, his tone mocking. "If you can't handle this, you're no use to me. Fire the Buggy Ball! Now!"
The pirates aimed the cannon at Luffy and Goku, their grins twisted with malice. Just as Nami struggled with what to do, a flash of steel cut through the tension.
"Not happening!"
Zoro leaped into the fray, his swords drawn, slicing the pirates with a powerful strike that sent them back
Luffy and Goku grinned. "Zoro!" they shouted in unison, their spirits lifted at the sight of their crewmate.
Nami turned to see Zoro standing tall, his presence commanding. "What... who is this guy?" she muttered, stunned by his sudden appearance and skill.
Buggy's grin faltered as he glared at Zoro. " I've heard of you... Roronoa Zoro. I didn't expect to cross paths with a bounty hunter here," Buggy sneered.
Zoro was stoic, his swords glinting in the light. "I'm not a bounty hunter anymore I'm here to save my friends ."
Buggy grinned maliciously, pulling out daggers as he stepped forward. "If I kill the infamous Pirate Hunter Zoro, my reputation will soar!"
Zoro smirked, his swords gleaming in the light. "You can try, but you'll regret it."
With a sharp cry, Buggy lunged at Zoro, a dagger aimed at his chest. Zoro didn't flinch. In a single, swift motion, he slashed Buggy in half. Buggy's body split cleanly, his torso flying one way, his legs the other.
For a moment, everyone was silent. Then Buggy's crew burst into laughter, as if they had just witnessed a comedy act. The reaction was bizarre, leaving Nami wide-eyed in disbelief.
"They're laughing at their captain's death?!" she muttered, utterly confused.
But her shock deepened when Buggy's torso and legs suddenly floated back together, reconnecting as if nothing had happened. He stood tall, perfectly unharmed, with a wicked grin on his face.
"Is that all you've got, Zoro?!" Buggy taunted, his laughter booming through the room.
"What?!" Zoro said, his eyes narrowing as he tightened his grip on his swords. But it was too late as Buggy stabbed Zoro on the right side of his abdomen
Nami gasped. "He's alive?! But Zoro cut him in half—how is that possible?"
Buggy raised his arms triumphantly. "You idiots don't know who you're dealing with! I ate the Chop-Chop Fruit! No blade can harm me because I can split myself apart at will!"
"Zoro!" Luffy yelled concerned
Goku, however, was already sizing up Buggy with a determined look. "So he's like a puzzle... but even puzzles can be broken," he said, cracking his knuckles.
Buggy sneered at Goku. "You think you're clever, monkey boy? I'll make you regret underestimating Captain Buggy the Clown!"
Goku formed a Ki blast in his hands, a powerful surge of energy radiated from him, and with a focused thrust, he fired the blast at the bars of the cage, blasting them open.
"There, that should do it!" he said, a grin spreading across his face as he turned to Luffy, who was already preparing his next move.
Luffy stretched his arms with a grin. "Gum-Gum Pistol!" His fist shot forward, aiming for Buggy's head, but with a swift motion, Buggy split his body in half to avoid the attack.
Luffy's fist flew through the air, crashing into the wall behind Buggy. As Luffy retracted his arm, Buggy smirked. "Not bad, but you'll have to do better than that!"
Goku wasted no time. He ran forward, extending his power pole, and with a swift swing, slammed it into Buggy's head, sending him tumbling backward. "You're gonna have to try harder if you want to keep up with us, clown!" Goku said, ready to strike again.
Not one to be outdone, Luffy quickly followed up with another "Gum-Gum Pistol," stretching his arm out and slammed it into Buggy that caused him to be sent flying
Meanwhile, Zoro was locked in battle with the rest of Buggy's crew. Though injured Zoro was still a powerful swordsman. His swords slashed through the air, cutting down one pirate after another. The wound on his chest ached, but he pushed through the pain, focusing on the task at hand.
As Zoro fought off the remaining pirates, a new figure appeared in the doorway: a man on a unicycle, twirling a sword in his hand with a dramatic flair. The man was dressed in a flamboyant outfit, with a wide, exaggerated grin on his face.
"Well, well, well, what do we have here?" the man said, his voice oozing confidence. "Looks like Buggy needs a hand."
Zoro narrowed his eyes, still holding his swords. "Another one of Buggy's lackeys, huh? Bring it on."
The man on the unicycle chuckled, spinning around dramatically. "The name's Cabaji, and I'll make an example of you for messing with Captain Buggy!"
He balanced skillfully on the unicycle, and with a swift motion, he charged at Zoro, swinging his sword in a wide arc. Zoro met him head-on, his swords ready to clash. The tension in the air was thick as their blades collided,
Buggy groaned as he pushed himself up from the ground, his face twisted in frustration.
Goku and Luffy were busy deciding who would take down Buggy. They stood face-to-face, each ready to argue. "I got him!" Goku declared, pumping his fist.
"Nuh-uh, I do!" Luffy retorted, already preparing for another attack.
They both put their hands forward in the universal gesture of a "rock, paper, scissors" contest to decide who would face Buggy.
Goku threw out a fist—rock.
Luffy threw out scissors.
"Oh man!" Luffy groaned, looking disappointed. "Looks like you get him, Goku."
Goku grinned triumphantly, "Knew it!" He turned toward Buggy, ready to step up and finish what they started.
But before he could make a move, Buggy, seething with rage, detached his arms completely and sent them soaring through the air. The daggers raced toward Goku and Luffy at high speed. As Goku was dodging, Luffy looked around quickly to get a sense of their surroundings.
Then, out of nowhere, a figure of a lion appeared in the distance, drawing closer. "In here to help you, Captain!" the man shouted.
Luffy's eyes widened as he saw the man on the lion charging toward them. Luffy then grins "Let's see what this guy's got."
The man on the lion seemed to be ready to join the fight, pulling out a large sword as he prepared to take on the group. Goku turned, glancing over at the man, and then back at Buggy.
"Looks like you and your friend are about to
get their ass kicked" Goku said with a smirk, cracking his knuckles.
Buggy grinned back, clearly pleased with the reinforcements. "Mohji kill that boy and help me after you're done"
Goku darted forward with incredible speed, dodging Buggy's flailing attacks as his detached hands flew through the air, trying to slash him down.
"You're not going to hit me that easily, Buggy!" Goku laughed, easily ducking and weaving around the daggers.
Buggy, frustrated, tried to twist his body in every direction, but Goku was too quick. "You think you can win? Against me?!" Buggy screamed, his body twisting in bizarre angles as his hands attacked relentlessly.
But Goku's power was too overwhelming. With a swift movement, he dodged Buggy's final attempt and countered, launching a well-placed strike on his head that stunned Buggy. "Gotcha!" Goku shouted.
In a flash, Goku grabbed Buggy by the arms and threw him into the air. Using his Power Pole, he extended it, the pole stretching impossibly long, and slammed it hard into Buggy's forehead. "Power Pole, extend!" Goku yelled, his face grinning.
The pole lengthened, slamming Buggy further and further into the distance with immense force. Buggy's body flew through the air, his limbs flailing helplessly. He was sent tumbling far away from Orange Town until he was a mere dot in the horizon.
The group watched in awe, with Luffy grinning and Mohji shocked as Buggy disappeared from sight. "Wow, Goku! You really sent him flying!" Luffy cheered, punching the air.
Luffy turned, noticing Mohji riding on his roaring lion, shouting, "Captain Buggy No! You will make you pay for what you did to him!" He locked eyes with Luffy and Goku, seething with anger
.With a wide grin, Luffy quickly reeled back his fist and launched a devastating punch straight into the lion's face. The force of the blow sent Mohji and his beast crashing through the wall of a nearby house, defeated in an instant.
Zoro, holding his wound, and Nami, carrying two bags of treasure, approached, Luffy and Goku turned to face them. Zoro looked at the damage around the town, shaking his head. "So, you two took care of Buggy, huh? Guess he wasn't as tough as he made himself out to be."
Nami smirked, holding up the bags. "While you were busy fighting, I found something better—Buggy's treasure." She handed Luffy the map of the Grand Line. "Here. You saved me, so I'll let you have this."
Luffy took the map, his face lighting up with excitement. "Really? You're giving this to me?"
Nami nodded, but her tone turned sharp. "Don't get the wrong idea. I'm not joining your crew. I hate pirates. But... traveling with you might be profitable. Let's just say I'm only sticking around for my own interests."
Luffy grinned and laughed. "That's good enough for me! Welcome to the crew!" Nami rolled her eyes but didn't argue.
Just as they were settling down, a group of villagers cautiously approached. They looked wary, their eyes darting from the destroyed houses to the battered pirates lying in the streets.
A man in the middle, wearing leather armor, stepped forward. "Who are you people? Are you part of Buggy's pirate crew?"
Luffy tilted his head. "Huh? Nope," He pointed a thumb at himself. "I'm Luffy! Who are you?"
The man stiffened, his chest puffing out. "I'm the mayor of this town. And I'm ordering you to get out! We've had enough trouble from pirates. We don't need any more causing destruction."
Zoro, wincing from his wound, scoffed. "We're not the ones who destroyed the town. That was Buggy and his crew."
Nami chimed in, her voice calm but firm. "Yeah, if anything, you should be thanking us. We took care of Buggy for you."
The mayor frowned, his eyes narrowing. "Even so, pirates are pirates. You're not welcome here."
Luffy, unfazed, grinned. "That's okay. We were just leaving anyway." He looked at Nami and Zoro. "Right, guys?"
Nami sighed, muttering under her breath, "At least let me get my share of the treasure first…"
The villagers whispered among themselves, some looking unsure. The mayor crossed his arms. "Fine. Take whatever you need and go. But don't think this makes you heroes."
Luffy laughed. "We don't need to be heroes! I'm gonna be King of the Pirates!"
The villagers stared in stunned silence as Luffy, Goku, Zoro, and Nami started making their way back to their boats.
As the 2 boats gently rocked on the open sea, Luffy leaned back with a carefree grin. Nami, however, suddenly scanned the boat and frowned. "Hey, Luffy! Where's the bag I gave you?"
Luffy turned to her, still grinning. "Oh, that? I left it back in the town."
Nami froze, her face going pale before turning beet red. "You what?!" she screamed. "That was worth five million belli!"
Luffy laughed innocently. "Yeah, I know. I figured they could use it to fix the village after what Buggy did."
Her eye twitched in disbelief before she exploded in anger. "You idiot! That was my treasure! Do you know how hard it was to steal that?!"
In her fury, she grabbed Luffy's head and shoved it into the water, shaking him back and forth. "Why would you do that?!" she shouted, while Luffy gurgled and flailed in protest.
Goku and Zoro, sitting on the other side of the boat, burst out laughing at the scene
