Pokemon - A real story

The hierarchy of the team was something he was procrastinating. It was not because he was lazy. It was because the team was changing almost every day. Previously, there were only 3 special teams. The grass team, protect team and sun team. But now, there were 3 additional teams.

"First, can you tell me more about the 3 additional teams and their progress?"

"Yes sir. As per your command, the first thing that we focused on was the poison team. These teams would mainly focus on moves like 'Toxic spikes', 'Poison point', 'Sludge', 'Sludge bomb' and a lot of other poison type moves. As you have told, all of these moves are mostly special in nature.

Then these Pokemons would use the moves like 'Venom drench' to hit the targets."

"How many members are there in this team?"

"There are around 500 members in this team currently.", said Hector.

"That is good to know. What about the electric team and the dream team."

"The dream team has the highest number of participants with a 1000 members."

"Really?" 

"Yes, all of them are night raiders and all of them follow Alon."

Dream team was a team that he made specially to tackle ghost and dark type Pokemons. The concept was to use any moves that would make the Pokemon a sleep. There were many moves for this. Like 'Sleep paralysis', 'Hypnosis' and many more. Then the Pokemons will use the moves like 'Dream eater' to rapidly suck their health. It might look like a simple strategy but when used in a large scale, it could give a huge result.

"What about the electric team? They will be very important in this tide.", said Axel with a smile cause the electric team was perfect counter for flying type Pokemons.

The main problem that any one would face in a tide battles were ghost and dark type Pokemons at night and flying type Pokemons during the day. Flying type Pokemons were very agile and they can escape anytime.

But the electric team would focus on decreasing their agility and trying to keep them in one place.

They would mostly focus on using the moves like 'Electric terrain' to increase the power of electric type moves, and moves like 'Spark', 'Electro web' and 'Thunder wave' to cause paralysis.

Now, the sucess rate of paralysis might be low but if used by a lot of Pokemons at the same time, the chances increases a lot. He specially told the team to focus on moves like 'Thunder wave' to increase the chance of paralysis.

"There is an interesting development in the thunder team."

"Oh really?"

"Yes. Sam is the one that is leading the team and his Riachu and Luxray learned a completely different move. This move would need both of them. All of the electric type Pokemons would use the move 'Electric terrain' surrounding Raichu and Luxray."

"And then?"

"Then, all of them will use the move 'Thunder wave' and with the unique move of Raichu and Luxray, the power of 'Thunder wave' would combine and be boosted to a huge degree. This would cover a huge area of 200 meters and every other Pokemon in this area will be badly paralyzed.

Of course, after that Raichu and Luxray could not fight for a day and both of them are king rank Pokemons.

"Hmm, good job. We will use that move when we need it desperately. Only use it when I command it.

Now, Sam is in charge of thunder team. Dorton is in charge of grass team. Mary is in charge of sun team, Jin with protect team, Mia with poison team, and Alon with dream team. These will remain as it is and all the members of team will be under them.

I don't want to make a long list of hierarchy like in the league. There will be 12 commanders and they will be you all. ", said Axel.

"I will also be a commander?", asked Ashmita as she was just a secretary.

"Yes, of course. Dory and Ashmita will not need so many people. Just gather around 20-50 people around you. Dory's team responsibility will be to gather all the information of not only the tide battles but also any other things needed for the team. If you want to hire any additional people for it, you are free to do it.

Ashmita's responsibility would be act as a bridge between all the team commanders and me. You will share all the information required.

Others will have the responsibility to defend the tide. Alon will always be for the night raid. Dorton will be in charge of healing. Others will be to fight and defend.

There will other 2 additional teams at night apart from Alon's team, always. Of course, that will also depend on the tide. Who will be for the night raid? That will all depend on the plans and you guys.

Apart from Ashmita and Dory, all of you will gather 5000 team member for you. The selection will depend on yourself. You must include the teams that you currently lead."

The current number of team members were not exactly 50k. It was actually a bit more than 50k.

"Those 100 members who have a king rank Pokemons would be called captains. Each of them will command 500 team members. So, each of you will get 10 captains to command.

Now, the force commanded by the commander will be called legion and the force commanded by the captains will be called battalion.

You have to give a name to your legion and to you battalion. The decision of giving those names will fall into commanders.

But do remember. The captains that are chosen this time are being tested. Only having a king rank Pokemon doesn't mean that they get to be a captain. This is a test and if they do not pass the test then they could be changed.

Commander will not be changed as I have personally seen how you guys operate.

Regarding the salary of commanders, captain and the troops, these will be decided after the tide battle.", said Axel.

"I will give this message to everyone in the team. This will decrease the restlessness in the team. But sir, you have still not decided the name of our mercenary team.", said Hector.

"Do you guys have any idea?", asked Axel.

There were a lots of ideas for the names but Axel was not just feeling it. The name of the mercenary team was very significant as per Axel's opinion. For him, the mercenary team should be fierce but also give the team hope at the time of need.

"Give me one day to think about it and then I will reveal it. I don't want to rush it.

So, when is the meeting with the mayor and the other mercenary team?", asked Axel.

"It is schedule in the evening at 4 p.m. in the mayor's office. We still have like 4 hours right now. I think you should rest for now.", said Ashmita.

"I guess you are right. I will not be staying here for the whole month. I have to train my Pokemons too. After we select the side, we will talk about the plans and also about the traps that we will set.

I have talked to Mark and he has some interesting things to say about the traps.", said Axel.

Axel was not tired as he had been sleeping in the plane all time. He decided to look around the island and buy something for Agnes. It had been some time when he bought her anything. Then he thought for sometime. He also had a girlfriend right now.

He should also buy her something and then send it. Even though he had a girlfriend, he didn't feel like he had it. They never talked all the time. They only talked like once or twice a week and that was it.

Axel was always super busy and Kate was also a very hardworking trainer. They were also not so serious right now. It was just casual. However, Axel did tell her that if she was to date another guy, then he would break up with her. Causal didn't mean that they could date others too.

Kate was also okay with it. She was also the one who focused most in career. Yet, after talking to her for sometime now, he came to realize that Kate was the ideal girl that he wanted.

On the look wise, she was very beautiful. Regarding behavior, she was not the kind of a girl that would run with other guys for money, she was a hard worker and she was very loyal. What more would a normal guy want in a girl?

He thought that he should improve the relationship with Kate now. He may not have time to talk to her everyday but he knew that he could get serious now.

So, he called the only person that could help him in this sort of thing.

"Axel, you seem to have almost forgotten me. How are you doing right now? And did that Aron hatch?"

"Yes, it hatched and it is a very interesting Pokemon."

"Oh, how so?"

"Well, I realized that it had a passive move."

"WHAT??? Are you sure about it? You may be mistaken."

"Dude, why are you so hellbent on believing that my Aron is weak?"

"Then how the hell am I going to beat you in the future?"

"Just work hard. Listen, I called you today, cause I want to buy a gift for Kate. Do you have any suggestion?", asked Axel.

"And why should I help you? You now have a powerful Pokemon and now you also have a hot girlfriend. Are you just calling to rub it in my face?"

"Why are you thinking that? I mean I got lucky and worked hard for all those things."

"But you are just too extra lucky. I am not going to help you.", said Lance with humpf..

"Ok, what do you want then? To give up Aron and Kate and throw them away?"

"No, I want you to help me choose an egg for me?"

"An egg? You are getting more Pokemons?"

"Yes, I am starting with another region now and now I need some new Pokemons. So, you will help me in it?"

"But why?"

"Axel, others might be stupid but I am not. I have come to realize that you are exceptionally lucky in choosing an egg. You chose a advanced potential Pokemon but that Pokemon turned out to have a passive move. I am not stupid. I know you have something that could tell if the egg of the Pokemons is strong or not."

Axel was really surprised by the analysis of Lance. It was because he was correct. Lance was very observant.

"Ok, I will help you in it. But as of right now, I am in the middle of fighting in the tide. So, I cannot come to you.", said Axel.

"Oh, don't worry about it. Dad will help you in this. So, don't worry. Are you free right now? I will only take an hour or two. I just need to select 2 Pokemons. That is all I need.", said Lance.

Axel had 4 hours before the meeting. So, he had no problem.

"Ok, send me your coordinates. I will come to you.", said Lance and within a few minutes, Lance was standing with a Xatu.
