"Elite!"

The moment Charizard emerged from its Poké Ball, Yusuke's confidence shattered. His expression turned pale, and his earlier bravado gave way to shock and unease.

"Kadabra, use Telekinesis to immobilize Poliwrath!"

"Eevee, support Charizard with Helping Hand, then follow up with Shadow Ball!"

"Charizard, target Poliwrath with Air Slash!"

Tyson didn't give Yusuke any time to recover from his stunned state. From the moment Yusuke initiated the attack and uttered his challenge, the battle had become a fight to the finish. Tyson seized every opportunity to turn the tide decisively in his favor.

In perfect synchronization, Kadabra, Eevee, and Charizard launched their respective attacks.

Kadabra's Telekinesis enveloped Poliwrath, halting its movements.

Eevee, glowing with energy, channeled its Helping Hand to amplify Charizard's power. The mighty dragon then unleashed a razor-sharp Air Slash that struck Poliwrath with devastating force.

Before Poliwrath could recover, Eevee followed up with a Shadow Ball, which collided with precision. The combined assault overwhelmed Poliwrath, leaving it vulnerable and flinching from the impact of Charizard's attack.

"Crobat, target Charizard with Air Cutter!"

"Arbok, support Crobat with Venoshock!"

Desperation flickered in Yusuke's eyes as he issued commands to his remaining Pokémon. Despite Poliwrath's incapacitation, Yusuke clung to the hope that the cave's damp environment would hinder Charizard's fire-type moves enough to stage a comeback.

Unfortunately for him, Tyson's battle tactics and Charizard's raw power left little room for a counterattack.

Charizard's blazing flames illuminated the cavern, drawing Yusuke's attention. Meanwhile, Kadabra utilized Ally Switch to teleport Eevee closer to Yusuke without notice.

By the time Yusuke realized what had happened, it was too late. Eevee lunged at him with swift precision. Blood splattered as Yusuke collapsed to the ground, lifeless.

Tyson wasted no time retrieving the Poké Balls of Poliwrath, Crobat, and Arbok from Yusuke's possessions. Instead of immediately locking them away, he allowed Charizard the freedom to continue battling.

Charizard, newly elevated to elite level, radiated a desire to push its limits. Although the remaining Advanced-level Pokémon weren't individually powerful enough to pose a significant threat, their combined efforts provided a suitable challenge for the Charizard.

With flames roaring across the battlefield, Poliwrath was the first to succumb, leaving Crobat and Arbok as the only opposition.

Tyson observed Charizard closely, taking note of its strengths and areas needing improvement. The battle became a testing ground for the Charizard to hone its newfound power.

While Charizard's enhanced strength, speed, and skill mastery were evident, its movements in close combat still revealed a lack of familiarity with its elite-level physique. Tyson made mental notes to focus future training on refining its physical combat capabilities.

Despite their best efforts, Crobat and Arbok couldn't hold out for long. Charizard's relentless assault eventually overpowered them.

Crobat fell first, its defenses shattered by a powerful Flamethrower. The searing flames engulfed its wings, rendering it unable to stay airborne. A follow-up Air Slash ensured its defeat.

Arbok fared no better. With its partner defeated, the Arbok was left vulnerable. Charizard's flames overwhelmed it, leaving no room for recovery.

"Charizard, finish it with Flamethrower!"

Tyson's command echoed in the cavern. Charizard's flames blazed brightly, reducing Yusuke's body to ashes within moments. Kadabra used its psychic powers to scatter the ashes into the underground waters, ensuring Yusuke's complete disappearance.

Before departing, Tyson had Kadabra scan the area with Psychic to ensure no one else was nearby. Satisfied that the coast was clear, he recalled Charizard into its Poké Ball and led his team deeper into the Cerulean Cave.

The earlier decision to reveal Kadabra in front of other trainers had been a calculated move. It acted as bait, luring challengers into a trap. Judging by the results, the strategy had proven highly effective.

As Tyson ventured deeper, the wild Pokémon grew progressively stronger, giving his Mankey fewer opportunities to engage in battle. Despite this, Tyson ensured Mankey practiced its Glare technique whenever possible.

Even when the move failed to connect, the training helped refine Mankey's execution and built its confidence against tougher opponents.

"Go, Eevee! Charge ahead and use Fake Tears!" Tyson called as a hulking Rhyhorn emerged from the shadows.

Eevee darted forward, its nimble frame contrasting sharply against the towering Rhyhorn. The massive rock Pokémon roared in pursuit, but its hesitation became apparent as Eevee's Fake Tears took effect.

"Now, Eevee—Swift!"

A flurry of shimmering stars shot toward Rhyhorn, forcing it onto the defensive. The sturdy Pokémon retaliated with Rock Blast, expertly summoning three boulders that hovered ominously before it.

The collision of Swift and Rock Blast sent debris flying, momentarily obscuring the battlefield. As the dust began to settle, a Shadow Ball crackling with ghostly energy hurtled toward Rhyhorn, expanding ominously with every second.
