Chapter 44: 43. Exchange with Kyoto part 4

Chapter 43

- That's good, I think this stage is over, the Kyoto team is defeated, and you and I have defeated a special rank curse. - I said happily, anticipating returning home.

- Chopped katsuobushi. - Inumaki disagreed with my statement.

- What do you mean? I defeated the curse so quickly because you held it off long enough for me to defeat it with one attack. - She explained to the guy who was clearly unsure of her contribution to defeating the curse.

- Mustard? - Toge looked at me doubtfully.

- Yes, I really think so. - I rolled my eyes at the question and encouragingly slapped him on the back and added. - So come on, have more faith in yourself, you still have to become a special rank.

"Tuna," the guy answered a little more cheerfully and quickened his pace in the direction where, according to Oz's information, the rest of our people should be.

After about 5 minutes of fairly fast walking, we found ourselves in a small area surrounded by classic Japanese buildings, if I'm not mistaken, this area is one of the guest areas, however, it falls under the area of the first stage, there we met the rest of the exchange participants, with the exception of Todo and Yuji, whom, frankly speaking, I had managed to forget about.

- H-hello, heh-heh. - I greeted awkwardly, looking at the slightly scorched Megumi, who, apparently, could not dodge at least one lightning bolt and was now frowning at me, and an absolutely whole trio, who were next to the unconscious rivals with anticipatory smiles, were watching the performance.

- Don't laugh at me! What the hell did you do!? - the guy finally exploded.

- Killed a special level curse? - I answered uncertainly.

- Is it true? - the guy looked at Inumaki.

- Tuna. – Toge confirmed.

-...I see. - That was all that the still irritated Fushiguro answered.

"Maybe I should treat you?" I asked worriedly.

- Yes. - The guy answered reservedly, after which I used healing on him, having received which Megumi finally exhaled in relaxation, it seemed that the consequences of the lightning strike were much more unpleasant than it seemed at first glance.

"Sorry," I lowered my head in disappointment, but the feeling of such enormous power in my hands had gotten me a little carried away.

"This curse, was it stronger than the one in the reform school?" Megumi asked, hinting that depending on what my answer was, he would form an opinion.

- This curse was able to escape from Gojo-sensei.

- I see. Then your actions were justified.

- So you forgive me? - I really felt very ashamed now, because because of me he had to dodge lightning with unconscious people in his arms, and it is possible that he received lightning while protecting one of our opponents.

"Damn sweet couple," Maki grumbled, disappointed, expecting something more interesting.

- No, what kind of couple are they? First of all, Megumi would have to change her gender. - Nobara answered her boredly.

- That's also true, - Panda confirmed.

- Yes, at least you have a conscience, unlike Satoru Gojo. - The guy snorted, ignoring the chatter on the side.

- Hey, I have a conscience! It's just that it's in a coma. - Suddenly, the so-called Satoru Gojo appeared behind Megumi.

- !@#$% - the guy cursed, not expecting this.

"How uncultured." Satoru looked at his student reproachfully before clapping his hands to attract attention.

"Since Emi and Toge defeated the special level curse, it has been decided that Tokyo College has won this round," Gojo announced.

- Amy, please treat our guests. - The adopted brother looked at me and disappeared.

"You could have at least told me where to go after," I grumbled, taking up the healing.

Refuge of Curses.

On a small, cozy beach, several special-level curses, as well as a man with a scar across his forehead, could be seen sitting on beach chairs under umbrellas, making small talk until their attention was drawn to the arrival of Mahito.

- I see everything didn't go according to plan? - asked the one posing as Geto Suguru.

- Yes, Hanami is Dead and instead of Sukuna's 6 fingers, there was only a note, but the "cursed kusouzu fruits" from the first to the third were in their places. - answered Mahito.

"Hanami died for a damn note?!" growled Jogo, a special-level curse that personified humanity's fear of volcanoes, which greatly affected his appearance. He, like many of his special-level brethren, was a humanoid. His volcano-like upper body was now spewing flames of anger, and his large ear holes that had just been plugged with corks were squeezed out by the flames, and his posture, hunchback, clothes, and cane made him look like an elderly man.

"We underestimated the strength of Gojo Jr. However, where has she been hiding all this time?" Kenjaku, who had captured Geto Suguru's dead body, said thoughtfully.

- I don't care where she was hiding! Give it here! - Jogo flared up again, snatching the note from Mahito's hands.

Opening the note, a chibi version of Satoru Gojo appeared in front of Jogo's face, holding the box with one hand and giving a huge fig with the other.

- Satoru Gojo! - Jogo yelled, incinerating his own beach chair with a note in his hands, and the sand underneath him began to rapidly turn into molten glass.

The next day.

Tokyo Magic College Stadium.

- And now it's time to announce the event of the second stage of the exchange! - Satoru Gojo began to comment when our director stuck his hand into a closed box inside which the event options were written on pieces of paper.

- And so this will be the second exchange event?! - said Satoru, pointing at the director.

- Baseball, - the director sighed heavily and read the note he had pulled out.

"Who the hell wrote baseball?" grumbled the principal of Kyoto College. Upon hearing his words, everyone's gaze immediately turned to Satoru Gojo.
