Ranveer: The Omniversal Warrior

Chapter 5: Ch4 The Seeds of Vengeance

Ranveer spent almost 10 hours meditating inside the Sadhna Tower. When he was mentally exhausted, he came out of the tower. In those 10 hours, his powers had increased slightly, and when he stepped outside, he noticed that the dimensions of the area had expanded. What was once spread over 100 meters had now grown to 110 meters. Not only that, but some extra trees had also appeared. Witnessing this, Ranveer felt a sense of wonder.

Just then, the system told him, **"I think you should now start mastering the water element. It will not only help you in attacks but also in defense."**

When Ranveer heard this, he asked, **"How will it help in defense?"**

The system explained, **"Think about it—when someone throws a stone in open air, it travels far and hits the target with significant force. But if the same stone is thrown underwater, its impact is negligible. Even bullets fired from a gun can only travel about six meters underwater before losing their power entirely. Condensed water, which is extremely dense, can stop a bullet instantly. That's why mastering water won't just help in attacks but also in defense."**

The system then advised him to start practicing immediately, as controlling the water element would take more than a single day to master. Ranveer began training to control the water element. It was his first day, so he couldn't achieve much, but he was still able to gain a small degree of control, which made him happy.

By the time he stepped out of the dimension, it was midnight. Feeling tired, he quickly went to bed and slept peacefully. He slept in late, finally waking up at 6 a.m. After checking the time, he hurriedly prepared for school, as he didn't want to risk being scolded or expelled by the school management. He got ready quickly and left the orphanage for school.

At school, it was as crowded and noisy as ever, with students talking loudly among themselves. It seemed as if nothing major had happened the previous day, even though a student had nearly died. While some were discussing the incident, most were simply chatting casually. As Ranveer entered the school premises, many people began to notice him and whisper among themselves.

One said, **"Hey, look, Shubham had warned him yesterday that he wouldn't see today's sunrise, but here he is. How did he manage that?"**

Another replied, **"I'm sure Shubham and his father must be furious. They might even punish their men for failing. Let's go talk to Ranveer and find out what happened."**

These were students who only wanted gossip; they didn't care about Ranveer's well-being. Most of them came from wealthy families and disliked the idea of someone as poor as Ranveer studying at their school. They had even complained to the administration multiple times, urging them to expel Ranveer, but their requests were always ignored because Ranveer was a bright student. Though mischievous, he had never done anything to tarnish the school's reputation.

As more students gathered around Ranveer, it became clear that he was unscathed. His demeanor gave no indication of fear or worry about what Shubham had said. Instead, Ranveer was playing a mind game. He knew that as he grew stronger, so would his enemies. He wanted to use Shubham and his father, Rishi Saxena, to sharpen his combat skills. His ultimate goal was to destroy Rishi Saxena's unjust empire and free the area from his tyranny. He had no regrets about this decision, as he believed Rishi Saxena's empire had been built on the suffering of innocent people.

After addressing the students, Ranveer heard the school bell ring. The crowd dispersed, and everyone went to their respective assembly lines. Soon, the teachers arrived. One of them noticed Ranveer and was surprised to see him unharmed, despite the threats from Shubham and his father. The teacher knew that Shubham's family had already tried to harm Ranveer and had been very clear about their intentions to take revenge.

During the assembly, The principal addressed all the students and announced, "From today onward, I want to declare that no fighting or quarrels will be tolerated in our school. Anyone found involved in such activities will face the harshest punishments, which may range from financial penalties to expulsion from the school. So, think carefully before participating in such acts."

While the principal was speaking, a voice full of arrogance interrupted, saying, "And what if someone doesn't follow these rules?" Hearing this, a stern expression appeared on the principal's face as he turned toward the direction of the voice and replied, "Then the consequences will be severe."

As the principal said this, another voice responded, "Do you even have the courage to say such things to someone like me?" The principal, furious at being challenged repeatedly, decided to look at the person speaking. But as soon as he saw who it was, his courage evaporated. His hands and feet went cold, and he began trembling with fear.

Though he was the principal of the school, he did not have the authority to speak loudly to the boy standing in front of him. Overwhelmed with fear, he immediately fell to his knees and begged for forgiveness, saying, "Young Master, please forgive me. I didn't realize it was you. I spoke without thinking. I never meant to offend someone of your stature. It was a mistake."

Before the principal could say more, Shubham interrupted, "Hey, stop it, stop it! Don't babble so much. I know you're scared and begging for forgiveness, but I don't care. I'll let you go this time, Principal, but remember, if you make another mistake like this, I'll be the first to deal with you personally. Stay within your limits and think twice before speaking."

Shubham then warned, "Now leave before I change my mind, or else I'll make sure to end you myself."

Hearing this, the principal breathed a sigh of relief and quickly ran away, hiding behind the school staff. He no longer had the courage to speak loudly to the boy in front of him, who was only 17 or 18 years old but carried such an aura of danger.

The principal knew that if this boy wanted, he could wipe out the principal's entire family with just a snap of his fingers, and there would be nothing anyone could do about it. It was better to bow down quietly rather than risk provoking such a dangerous individual. The boy's reputation was enough to show that he was not one to be messed with. He was known to destroy lives over the smallest of issues, so avoiding any confrontation with him seemed the safest option.

When Shubham saw the principal trembling with fear at his words, he felt a sense of satisfaction. He then started walking toward his class. But just as he was about to enter, one of his lackeys said, "Boss, I think everyone is looking at us with strange expressions." Shubham glanced around and noticed the entire 12th-grade class staring at him.

Amused, Shubham picked up a bundle of ₹2,000 notes and threw it at the boy who had praised him earlier, saying, "Your help will not go unrewarded." The boy was overjoyed, realizing that this small act of loyalty was bringing him closer to Shubham. However, everyone else, including the school staff, looked at Shubham with jealousy. The bundle of money was worth nearly ₹1 lakh, an amount significant enough to fuel resentment among the onlookers. Despite their feelings, no one dared say a word to him, knowing full well they could do nothing against him.

Meanwhile, Shubham began walking toward the line where Ranveer stood. Approaching him, Shubham sneered and said, "Do you really think you can come to this school and study peacefully? That's not going to happen." He then turned to his friends and declared, "Come on, let's teach this guy a lesson today."

When Ranveer heard this, he smirked and replied, "How dare you talk like this to your father? Do you not remember what happened the last time you tried something like this? Go ask your father about the consequences."

Ignoring Ranveer's words, Shubham retorted, "Whatever you did to him, he will still pay the price for failing to kill you. But since he isn't here, I'll deal with you myself!" Saying this, Shubham lunged at Ranveer.

Ranveer easily dodged the attack and delivered a powerful punch to Shubham, sending him flying across the floor. The impact was so strong that Shubham fell with intense pain coursing through his body. Ranveer, towering over him, warned, "Stay in school during school hours. If I catch you trying to run away, I'll beat you even worse next time. Got it?"

Although Ranveer could have easily killed Shubham then and there, he chose not to. He didn't want the orphanage to bear the consequences of their fight. However, he knew this was only temporary. Once he received the full report on Shubham's father, he would begin a lethal attack on him.

Shubham, though boiling with rage, couldn't do anything in the moment. Forced to swallow his pride, he surrendered to Ranveer in front of everyone. The onlookers, including the principal—who had recently begged Shubham for mercy—felt a mix of surprise and satisfaction at seeing Shubham humbled. While the principal kept a neutral face, he was secretly pleased with the turn of events.

However, deep inside, Shubham was seething. He silently vowed to witness Ranveer's death with his own eyes. Determined to exact revenge, he decided to remain quiet for now. His plan was to attack Ranveer after school ended, ensuring that not only would his father's failure be avenged but also that others would take his father seriously.

Unaware of the full extent of Shubham's plan, Ranveer had an inkling of his intentions. Yet, he remained calm, having already resolved to destroy Rishi Saxena's empire entirely, starting with his son.
