His expression turned cold as he addressed Cailun, "Cailun, pass down my decree: From today onward, no one may enter the Heavenly Dragon Palace without Nine Princess's consent. Anyone who defies this will be punished as defying an imperial edict."

Cailun nodded, sweating nervously.

However, Nine Princess can't even speak yet—how could she give her consent?

"Alright, everyone else may leave," Ouyang Qingcheng said and then turning back to Yuanjiu.

He patted her gently and carried her toward the bed.

"My darling, once you learn to talk, you'll be able to invite the people you like to come and play. So, grow up quickly, alright?"

He placed Yuanjiu on the bed and lay down beside her.

Staring at her soft and fair face, he couldn't resist showering her with kisses.

Feeling irritated with his big dog behavior, Yuanjiu let out a series of baby-like protests: "Eee-ya-ya-ee!"

Immediately after, she blushed furiously.

Ouyang Qingcheng laughed heartily. "My darling, are you asking your Father Emperor to kiss you again?"
