Alexandrove was surprised but started to believe the cardinal was worth it's money he used the track ball again and selected the system info, out of knower the screen changed again and this time the operating system was running a diagnostic of it's current functions and ability's.

this put him somewhat at ease but he still had his doubts but he decided not to dwell on it to much since he had a long day ahead of him, he continued to test out the system and once he was satisfied he went to sleep.
{day 2 morning }
Alexandrove woke up and checked on his equipment to make sure he had everything, aside from the supply's he bought yesterday, when he was going home he also bought some generic but useful items, such as.
a lighter, a can opener, a notebook with pencils, a pocket watch and some rudimentary tools, like a hammer, a screw driver, pliers as well as bolt cutters and of course a folding knife.
as he had no idea what was out there and for how long he would be staying in specific areas, so he wanted to be as well rounded as possible.
packing everything up and getting dressed he went on his way after paying for his stay at the inn, he got to the eastern gate and once he heard the first bell he set his "new" pocket watch to 6 am and thus he had the time for future reference, and waited for sarel.
it was around 20 minutes when he saw sarel, they were both fully equipped and ready to go.
sarel was relived a he saw that Alexandrove was well prepared althow he was kind of concerned when he noticed the kind and what caliber of rifle Alexandrove was carrying sarel also noticed Alexandrove hiding something under his coat sleeve but decided not to bring it up, as they were both heading to the gate they ran into a familiar face, it was radeve the guard from two days ago.
radeve was surprised to see the person he had just meet not two days ago come back, and with a stalker no less, it was rarer then finding a needle in a haystack if the needle was made of glass, but he kept he's composure...for all of 4 seconds. he came close to Alexandrove bombarding him with questions.
" Hay why are you with a stalker, and why are you going outside...wait ARE YOU BECOMING A STALKER!!!!"
he acted all giddy like a child that was given a new toy.
"...OK calm down no need to be so chipper, and to answer your question...yes I am becoming a stalker."
after hearing that sarel looked at the pair and chuckled wile saying.
" yes your going to become a stalked if we ever go outside...and or you succeed in the hunt and the trial"
Alexandrove knew full well that to becomeing an official stalker he needed to survive the prosses and get a registration paper that said he was a stalker, due to the constant evolution and lethality of eruptides the stalkers that hunted them started to become both stronger and more brutal, as a counter measure the stalker insignia was implemented by humanity it was a piece of paper that kept track of the stalkers rank age name and so on and so forth, it was a measure to make sure that there was an accurate account of both the stalkers number and there ability's so as to assign them the corresponding missions.
they headed out without to much trouble and were right on the edge of the black zone there was no going back now, taking one final step he was officially in the black zone.
