Rinnegan As Option

"Ah, fucking forever" he stood up and as he was about to walk away, Minato was his deskmate; he saw what Ichika was doing. Minato isn't an idiot person but he is still naive like in the original work.

"What were you doing?" Minato saw everything but he couldn't quite understand what Ichika doing as he saw he wasn't paying attention to the teacher explaining what chakra is. Minato also remembers that Ichika doesn't have a ninja clan surname.

Minato's excellence when it comes to sensory as he has the highest talent for the "Flying Thunder God Jutsu" in the future because of his extreme sensor-type talent. Even if he had yet to have contact with chakra he still had a great memory; he could recall most the details that an average person would forget.

Minato always helps the villagers and most of them are either a civilian or even a retired civilian ninja. The people all have different surnames but Minato never heard of the surname "Hatoma" not a single time in his time as he helped out the villagers.

"Certainly, I'm particularly my chakra control" Ichika answered and he continued "Let go eat something, I'm hungry" Ichika wasn't lying when he said this, he was truly hungry as of the morning he hadn't eaten because his sister left early and he woke up date too.

"Alright" He is also hungry and making someone just to answer his question isn't a thing, his dream is to become the Hokage that everyone respects.

Ichika and Minato walked out of the room and found a food stall, they bought some food, they walked to a ramen restaurant as their place of talking.

The Ramen Ichiraku isn't up yet as Teuchi was also born in the Minato generation so that's why they are eating at a restaurant instead of that famous ramen place.

"Anyway, what were we talking about?" Ichika forgot what he should be talking about.

"Chakra, and how you're able to use them when we have yet to even start learning them," Minato asked because if he could then he would rather learn them as soon as possible, and the earlier the better.

"Oh, I was able to learn because of my sister" he answered a bit embarrassed.

When Minato heard this, he thought back on how Ichika wanted to impregnate her. Minato didn't ask if she was a ninja as one knows that anyone who knows Chakra would definitely be a ninja.

So he asked him about his sister which is her rank "No rude but can I ask what rank she is"

"She should be in Chūnin but she said that she might get a promotion to special jōnin" he answered as he tried to remember what she told him about her rank.

When Minato heard this, he was quite surprised as not many jōnin exist as a civilian ninja and most of them are from the major clans, 

Then they started to talk about other things not just School stuff. When they're finished it's time for them to part way.

"Alright, I'll see you at school tomorrow" Minato parted his way.

"Alright," Ichika said as he also parted ways but instead of going back home, he looked at the system, which just generated new options.

"…" he doesn't know how to select the option, 1st option is "just" a simple thing, and the reward is definitely going to be worth it. 2nd And 3rd options aren't even much, they only provide what he would normally do.

'Time to act in the long-term' he decided to choose the 1st option just because of Rinnegan.

He walked home cause he needed to think about how to maximize the time as of right now he has no access to system options and reward until he completes his 1st option.

'My chakra control is 5.002% which is still good, and if I were to continue practicing this, it would probably raise them up to at least 30% within 2 years and if I were to wait for 3 years then I could maybe gain 50% chakra control' while walking back he was deducted how much he could gain in his chakra control within the 2-3 years range.

'I can't increase my chakra reserve, though I could probably exercise' Chakra is a substance made of physical and mental combined, if he were to say then he probably got the most mental out of this world as long as he continues to stay living and not die during the second and third war.

'Morning and evening are for body training while having chakra actively covered on my chosen sole for better control' he can't run long with chakra molded covering his shoe sole but he can exercise his physical body to a certain extent.

He didn't realize how long he had been making the plan that he got home already.
