"I know mama. We'll meet up next week Sunday. The family meeting was due since but I guess Jason was busy. Besides he has something important to share" I closed my office door behind me.

Who calls their daughter by 7am in the morning!!!!

"I love you too and when is Autumn due?" I waited to hear her reply. "Few weeks from now? An April baby!!! Okay I love you, bye" I hung up and sighed.

My mother might not be the overall best but she's still my mother anyway. Yeah even if she takes years before checking up on her offsprings.

I also made a mental note to video call my Elder sister later today.

Today I'll also be taking Christian with me to Blackwoods Company. I need to finalize the project before this week runs out.

"Send in Christian, Brittany" I said on the phone.

I arranged my desk while waiting for him. My desk is a mess! A whole lot of work here and there. I think I should just adopt a grown ass next of kin already because I might die from work while trying to raise my next of kin

"Get ready, we're going to Blackwoods Company"

"I'll be right back ma'am" He smiled and left the office.

"Right." I picked up all the necessary things and head out of my office. "I'll be back by 1pm. File in my schedule and please postpone the board meeting till tomorrow for Mr Valentine's project" I said to Brittany who nods her head while scribbling God knows what.

"Let's go" Christian said and I led the way.

On getting to the company's car, he opened the door for me and I smiled at him as to say 'thank you'. Hmm...sexy well groomed man. And yes I said company's car because we have special luxurious cars we take out for meetings and events. With it's designated chauffeur.

"Blackwoods Company" I said to Maslow, the Chauffeur.

"Copy" He buckled his seatbelt and Christian copied his action since he was sitting at the passengers seat.

I put on my business pad to look at the designs I made during the weekend. They still need a little touch here and there. But yeah.

"We're here ma'am" Christian said and I put on my shades, took a deep breath and stepped out.

"Vanessa Willow" I said to his secretary.

"I don't see your name on our schedule" She said sassily.

"Right. Is he busy?" I asked.

"How would I know? He does things his way" She rolled her eyes.

"Can you just check?!" Christian said with annoyance laced in his voice

"And who are you?"

I don't have time for this.

I walked towards the door of the office ignoring the noise coming out of the girls mouth. How did I know his office, there's an inscription of "CEO's Office" on the door.

I knock once and open the door

"Is this their CEO? Man doesn't know how to keep it in his pants" Christian whispered to me and I just chuckled lightly

"Can we just start already? You've given us a show already." I rolled my eyes

"Oh c'mon! That was nothing. She wasn't even getting me to my climax. All she did was moan out loud but I do know who could get me to my climax quickly." He used his eyes to check me out

Thank God I'm wearing a corporate trouser and jacket.

"Let's go to my board room while I call for a meeting" He stood up and led the way.

30 minutes later, the chairs in the board room were filled up. And out of every other day I had meeting with him, we made progress. I'll just be owing him one last meeting for finalization of funds and all that, then we're done.

I told him I set the time for the meeting and not him. It's my business, I rule.

"Thank you all for your corporation. I really appreciate." I said to everyone and they all began to leave while I waited for Christian to finalize everything so we could leave.

"Hey, I'm Matthew" A tall fine ass man said to me, stretching his hand out

"Vanessa Willows" I shook him and returned his smile

"I hope to see your work soon, Vanessa" He said cheerfully.

"Matthew!" Richard called sternly and matthew just rolled his eyes

"Yes, best friend. Let me catch some fish for myself, will ya?"

"She's not worth it." Richard said

"That's for me to decide, Idiot" He frowned at his friend. "He's always an Asshole, forgive him"

"And a man whore" I added and we both laughed.

"You're damn right"

"You just want me. Everybody wants me" Richard stood up from the chair he's been sitting on since the meeting

"I beg to differ" I scoffed. "Nice meeting you, Matthew. I hope I impress you too with my work. Have a nice day" I pecked him on the cheek and nod my head at Christian. He stood up and we left the Conference room.

"No kiss bye bye for daddy" Richard yelled

"Kiss my ass, bro!" I yelled back.
