Rise Again!

"I am not leaving. I am just feeling a little bit hungry, do you want anything to eat?" Said Ishan.

And Mahi slowly moved her head right left saying no.

"So you are a depressed guy?" Asked Ivan.

Ishan was drinking water and Ivan and Elisa were with him and Elisa said, "Why do you think so bad about yourself?"

"What. I just say that maybe if I hadn't said about tournaments with her, maybe her mother would be alive. Don't forget about butterfly effect." Replied Ishan.

"Uh...! You are a genius but on the same time, the biggest fool. I brought you here to refresh your mind that you wouldn't think about yourself bad but you are doing that only." Said stressed Ivan.

"First of all, it's hard to me believe that even a kid could think like this?! If you did it once again, see, I will give the worse hell to you, howuch I have beaten Cyet, I would give you that punches and slaps double." Said angry Elisa and giving Ishan last chance to not repeat the things once again.

"And include me as well, I want to beat this kid." Said Noah with anger in his mind, still due to losing the 4 matches.

And Ishan was already sweating and said, "Ok, ok. Fine. I promise, I will never repeat it again."

"Ishan, you have to walk very far. Don't think about such things. Ok?" Said Ivan with giving courage to Ishan and he said yes.

And Ivan, Elisa, Ishan and Noah came back to the room and Mahi was playing chess with Ruhi, trying to keep her out of thought of grieving.

"Ah...! I lost!" Said acting Ruhi.

"You are making me win intentionally, don't you? As much I know your game, you are at least capable of making a draw." Said Mahi.

Mahi's face was shed by crying and Ruhi realized that she is very bad in acting.

"Don't do that, Senior Ruhi, let me play now." Said Ishan and came in the game with Ivan's phone.

"Do you like time limit match?" Asked Ishan and Mahi nodded and Ishan set 30-30 minutes match and started arranging the board.

Ishan gave a hand for handshake, as it's the basic rule, and Mahi caught Ishan's hand and the match started and timer also started.

Ishan made his move and the match began.

"Hey, are you both playing a tournament match that timer, handshake and all that?" Asked shocked Ruhi that Ishan knows this far about chess!

After 5 minutes of each, it was Ishan's turn to move and he started planning about previous moves. Whereas Mahi was totally looking at the board seriously and planning.

After staring at the board for 2 minutes and a wild smile came on Ishan's move and he moved.

Suddenly a strange smile also came on Mahi and they started giving their moves in a second like they already have predicted it.

"This is fun." Said Ishan with same wild smile at his 47th move but suddenly he realized, that he has already lost and his smile left his face.

"... How many moves ahead were thinking?" Asked shocked Ishan.

And Mahi finally got a smile and said, "... 35 moves ahead."

And Ishan moved his 30th predicted move and said, "... I predicted 30."

"Oi oi oi! Are you both GMs or what?! How can you predict so far?!" Said shocked Ruhi and everyone watching the match, most were not understanding but they were enjoying.

Ishan became stressed that just by 5 pre moves far he is which is going to make him lose.

And Mahi sacrificed the queen! And Ishan realized that he has lost and he can't do anything except kill the queen and then Mahi by rook, she will give a checkmate.

And Ishan lost the match and a smile on Mahi's face but Ishan was totally disappointed on losing and hiding his eyes by his left hand fingers and thumb with being stressed and totally sad on losing the game.

Mahi gave her hand for handshake and Ishan with totally disappointment, caught and stood from the bed.

Mahi got a smile on her face and started packing the chess board set.

"Hey... Are you seriously down on losing the game?" Asked more shocked Ruhi.

"Yes, it wasn't a tournament, just a normal match. We can have a match officially someday." Said Mahi with still smiling on winning.

"No, thanks. I am better at basketball. My whole mood in playing chess has totally ruined." Said Ishan with a smile on his face.

"Huh? Is that so? Then I will be watching you at your basketball matches and cheering for you." Said smiling Mahi.

And Ishan also smiled and turned towards Mahi and replied, "Hm, and I will be cheering you at your chess matches."

"This is indeed surprising that even if I have practiced chess for 12 years in my previous life, there are still some who can easily defeat me, because they are genius in it." Thought Ishan.

"I am really proud that you were able to bring her smile back and push to move forward." Said Ivan with once again being proud on Ishan and standing next to him with Elisa, Ruhi, and Noah.

Ishan laughed and said, "Are you jealous? I guess that is because I talk with her on the topics, and not feel pity for her on her disability like you all do and treat her like a normal human, not special nor harshly, just like a normal human she is."

And everyone realized that what Ishan does making Mahi happy and what they do.

"Well, anyways, I am calling to Cyet, don't hide or run away if you are still angry." Said Elisa and started calling video call to Cyet.
