School Time 2- The Awakening

Meanwhile, Luan and Derick get ready in their combat outfits, their leather jackets that are very resistant to possible damage, Derick leaves two of his bows and arrows in a cupboard in their room, locking it with a password, Luan usually carries his dagger in an armpit holster, a vest that makes it easier to carry and use his elemental dagger and ritual dagger, and a few other items that he puts in the pocket of his jacket, making it easier to use the elements (water, earth, fire) and his inseparable notebook. 

The executioners Colen and Kaiden arrive at the cemetery, but notice a thick fog covering the whole place, which is rapidly increasing, it's already night and you can barely see the lights of the posts in the cemetery, the two feel the demonic presence but apparently it's not just a single demon, so they decide to split up and each go one way, As soon as Colen follows the path to the left, he soon finds a kind of casul on the ground, there seems to be something inside them, but it's not possible to get too close, it seems to be toxic, there's a smell in the air and it's not pleasant, it's a strong smell, soon He starts coughing, he then covers his nose and mouth with the collar of his shirt, trying not to inhale such a substance, he notifies DSO on his phone: 

"DSO, there is a lot of fog covering the whole place, and I found a cocoon, it seems to be like a plant, it gives off something with a very strong smell, making it impossible to breathe properly, probably the demon is collecting bodies, I will try to investigate further." 

He then communicates with Kaiden who has gone the right way, who has also found a cocoon, but he soon tries to use his whip of thorns which has an enchantment, but as soon as he hits it doesn't have much effect on it, only the cocoon begins to release a seemingly toxic substance, Kaiden also covers his mouth and nose with his blouse, and remembers having left his mask on the bike, he then sends a voice message to his colleague Collen, he taps on his headset: 

"Hell, did you find any cocoons around too Collen? They must have some magical barrier protecting them, my whip can't break them!" 

Collen replies: 

 "Yes, there are about 4 cocoons around here, and they do indeed look poisonous..." 

He uses the flashlight on his cell phone to try to illuminate the cocoon, to see what might be inside, he notices something inside them, he then continues his speech: 

 "There's something inside them, they look like human bodies, we'll need the boy's help, I'll call them!" 

Collen sends a message to DSO, who is listening in on the conversation, and they ask Luan and Derick to come and send the coordinates, while he and Kaiden look for the demon that is causing the mist and the cocoons, as they still have no way of classifying the type and level of the demon. 

Luan and Derick are listening in, while the DSO tries to find some information on the demon with the characteristics mentioned by the two executioners, Luan looks through his notebook to see if he can find any information on the demon, but he remembers something that happened before, on the day of the Camp, there was a lot of fog, but the demon captured by his father wasn't the cause of the fog, he has no powers, only size and physical strength, so by logic, there was another demon who wasn't captured, and since he went unnoticed, this story is a bit suspicious, some information is missing. 

 Luan reminds Derick about what happened at the camp, and they both go on alert, could it be a DSO test for them, but why would they involve innocent people if it really is a test? 

He adjusts the coordinate on his watch, well there's no time to think too much, there's only one way to find out, Derick takes his elemental bow and arrow and puts on his hood, just like Luan, who already leaves his elemental dagger in his right hand, he makes a sign of a circle then opens a portal and time stops, it's exactly 9:30 am, the portal leads them to the cemetery, the fog seems even thicker, Luan warns his tormentors of their arrival: 

 "We're here DSO, we'll check the cocoons." 

Derick remembered to take some PPE masks, since we know that the substance in the cocoon is apparently toxic, they put on the masks and Luan gets closer to the cocoon, to check that it really does look like bodies, then Luan tries to open the cocoon with his dagger, but it doesn't really work, he needs some enchantment, they need to find the demon responsible for the mist and the cocoons, it has to be a level 3 up, Derick is a little apprehensive about leaving Luan alone, not so much for Luan but for his host the bone-breaking demon, if it decides to appear, he's still not entirely sure if Luan can control it, after all the DSO doesn't know about the ritual of 10 years ago having failed, and that Luan was possessed instead of his father, Derick comes back from his thoughts and speaks: 

 "Luan, we need to choose a path, but we need to see which way the executioners have chosen, right or left so we both go together. 

Luan agrees, and sends a voice message by clicking on his earpiece: 

 "Collen, which way did you and Kaiden choose right or left?" 

Silent at first, Luan then calls them again: 

 "To repeat, which way did you choose right or left? Are you listening?" 

The silence still remains, this sounds a little strange, could something have happened, he then sighs and looks at Derick and speaks: 

 "We're going to have to split up, Derick."
