School Time 2- The Awakening

Luan and Derick go to lunch at a restaurant near the school. Their father Luke, the principal of ST High School, has given them permission to rehearse with the boys in the school's music room, which is closed because of the winter vacations. At least it's large and has several instruments that can be used, and they're already used to the environment, as Luan used to rehearse with his band, As soon as they enter the school, they climb the stairs that lead to the Music Room, Derick adjusts the air heater so that the room is warmer, while they set up their instruments, they agree among themselves what song they could play in the performance, they want it to have an instrumental rhythm + rock, mixed with hip hop, they talk among themselves, Derick, the band leader, instructs them: 

 "Boys, we can make a rock arrangement, but with the proper derivations, we need a melody, then Andrew says he already has a melody, so let's put them together so that they are harmonic, we need to have enough patience, we are already used to Andrew, but we will have more boys participating, so Theo and Luan, avoid causing intrigue, if you provoke them try to be patient, did you hear that Luan?" 

Luan is listening, but fiddling with his keyboard and mixing equipment, he makes a face that he doesn't like very much, and retorts: 

 "Hm Got it, OK I'll spend my last day of the year with the boys I like, and with the boy I don't like, I'll do my best, just don't push my patience." 

 Shortly afterwards Andrew arrives with the other boys, Mark, Ren, San and Tommy, the stone in Luan's shoe, as soon as the boys from the band arrive, Andrew is always cheerful and willing, there's no bad time for him, he arrives saying: 

 "Hello my dears, it's a pleasure to spend my last day of the year with the people I love so much!" 

They greet each other, shaking hands, punching each other, hugging each other, he's always very warm, while the others arrive more discreetly, greeting them from afar, there's a strange atmosphere in the air, but Ren seems to be more animated even though he's quiet, Mark is usually a bit more serious, San says a very informal "hello", and Tommy just mumbles "hmm", these two in particular are the cause of intrigue in the school, there are many complaints about how they disturb the other students, For them it's a joke because they like to bother others, but over time it becomes a nuisance for some people, they are in disciplinary proceedings and another possible Disciplinary Committee, this year they were even quieter, but from the middle of the year onwards they started playing games, and fighting again, would it be a probable punishment that they are receiving, and to see if they can improve their behavior and change their actions? 

Luan thinks it's a punishment for him to have San and Tommy, who may have been involved in his penultimate fight, and even in his kidnapping, there was a whole organization to clone Tommy's cell phone, and get the information, which eventually became a kidnapping of Luan, and it's possible that this Trial didn't work out so well at first, they sit down on some stools so they can exchange ideas, on the arrangement, melody, on the lyrics of the song made by Andrew, who sings to everyone, and each one adds something, gives a suggestion, now it's the boys' turn to play it, starting with a drum beat, bass, guitar, and keyboard, Luan tries to make a pre-mix, but Tommy, interrupts them: 

 "Wait, that mix isn't right..." 

Luan stops and looks directly at Tommy, he switches to another mode, but Tommy still complains, he stops again, takes a deep breath, and before he switches to another, Derick interrupts, asking for a break for everyone, to drink water and eat something, Kenji brought several drinks, water, juice, and some snacks, turns to Luan and Derick and speaks: 

 "Oh boys, I went to the market in the square, near your house, it's very good, there's a lot of variety." 

Derick still lives nearby, only Luan who doesn't, has temporarily moved in with his father, Derick then gives him an idea: 

"It's good that you brought Kenji, I live so close to the market but I didn't have time to go home, but it's good to intersperse, we can each be responsible for bringing something, that way we don't overload just one person." 

 Luan is quiet, he seems annoyed by Tommy's interruptions: 

 (I'm trying to stay calm, but did he have to keep interrupting? Take a deep breath, he said market, yes he remembers giving his bike to the owner of the market, since it got damaged and even fixing it didn't make it that good, my plans were to buy a new one for the owner of the market, but I've yet to receive my salary at DSO, and I don't think I'll be able to do that. 

 Everyone agrees, each one will be responsible for something, they'll have to be a team and rehearse, at least until the Descendants' Ball, Luan also agrees, but he still feels a bit sleepy, so he sits down on the sofa and ends up dozing off for a few minutes, the boys in the band are already used to Luan's sudden naps and don't wake him up because they know he needs to get some sleep, but Tommy gets annoyed and whispers to San: 

 "We're here against our will, and that one just went to sleep, and nobody says anything?" 

San replies: 

 "He must be busy with other things Tommy, leave him alone..."
