I turned around to see that it was the Merman King who had sent this stream of water at the wave of corruption.

It was a trident that had suddenly appeared in his hand that shot out this stream of water.

After all, the trident in the Merman King's hand was a relic that came from Aquaron, so it was one that was filled with divine energy. The water that it released was also filled with divine energy and was considered sacred ice.

That was why it was capable of purifying the corruption energy just like the sacred ice had done.
