Solo Assassin

The morning casted a grey light in my room . I woke up from my deep sleep. I had been busy since yesterday. I had hacked into the Lucaster Industry system. I could control the entire system from the house. Their system was hacked into but I doubt if they will ever notice until I attack. This was Friday morning and I had to strike fast. Mr Druwex wanted him dead today, I could not go back on my words.

I had my bath hastily and prepared myself in a flash. I had exactly five hours to control their system. One might think that it was a large whole time but it was not . Taking down a target would take much more longer time than expected.

I rushed to the dinning to meet Sophie already there . She was still making food but I was running late. It was 7:45 but I was still worried. My system hold was going to elapse by 12:00 . I needed to be fast.

"Good day ." Sophie said. "Are you leaving Mr Zhen?" she asked but I smiled at her.

"Yes. I have somewhere to catch up with. " I collected a three slices of bread and made tea. It buttered my bread and within minutes I was done eating.

"Wish you goodluck in your exams ." I said to Sophie as u left the house. I got into my car and drove towards the New York but stopped somewhere along. I then boarded a taxi to the site location of Lucaster Industry.

I smiled as I dropped off. I was dressed in the uniform like the receptionists of the industry. My first phase of the plan was this. I dress as a receptionist and pretend to be coming to work. This was a crucial part of why I was doing this this early. I did not want to put up a fight with the security officers at the door post.

I walked in and the security officers which were three on number looked at me suspiciously. I smiled at them.

"You are here too early. I am not with my scanner but go in." the first security officer said. I smiled inwardly. My plan was working perfectly. I got into the industry and I must say , it was really a big one. I glanced around looking for the elevators. I found two of them.

I walked to one of the elevators and as I tried to press the open button, a lady walked to me. She was dressed in a different cloth. She was not a waiter and she had a tough look.

"You should not be taking the elevator to the reception should you ?" She asked. I gulped. It seemed like she knew why I was here . I looked at her closely.

"I want to check out something. " I said firmly. She smiled at me.

"Really? " she said as she drew closer to me. I was no longer comfortable with this. I could not kill her. She had not attacked me and besides, she was a lady. I moved backwards and it was then I sighted her penknife stuck in the pocket of her jean trousers. I turned around suddenly and sprinted towards the second elevator.

She began chasing me . I jumped over a table and skidded across the floor until I got to the elevator. She reached me just as I was pressing the elevator button.

"You can not run , I must say." she said and brought out her penknife. She came closer and I pressed the button harder. It was just refusing to open up.

She rushed to me and attempted to stick her penknife on my chest but I got hold of a chair of used it to protect myself. She kept on striking but I used the chair as a shield against her attacks .

Finally, the door to the elevator opened and I got in as fast as it opened . I threw the chair away. She tried to strike again but I kicked off her hand and her penknife fell to the floor began closing. She rushed to the penknife and just as I thought I was safe , she shot the penknife at me through the little opening just before it closed. Luckily for me , I ducked away from her attack and it stuck to the elevator wall . I smiled at and she grinned wickedly. She rushed away to the other elevator. Damn ! She was good and really determined to destroy me.

The elevator took off and within seconds I was infront of the eighteenth floor. The floor where Mr Romeo was to be. I looked through the glass of the elevator and saw that four men were already awaiting my arrival. I pressed my watch and the cctv cameras around thar area went numb. I smiled to myself.

The doors opened and the men ran towards me . I ducked swiftly under the attack of one and grabbed him from the leg to throw him at the second man. The third man ranted at me like a dog and pulled out a gun and aimed at me. I smiled at him. As he pulled the trigger I pressed my watch and every where was pitch black. The lights were off and I was pretty used to darkness.

I rushed the man and collected his gun as he was trying to locate me. I pointed it at him and pressed my watch again . He turned to look at me . Fear on his face but I was not ready for that .

'RAKATAAAH!!!'

I shot him dead. The other three men pointed their guns at me but I was not scared. I turned to then and began running away . They chased me forward and I led them towards the factory door. I got into the factory and they followed me but lost me instantly .

I appeared from nowhere and pushed the first man into the conveyor belt while I unarmed the second and fourth swiftly. The conveyor belt took him to the heat chamber where he got smoked.

"Hello guys, you never can tell who will die next. " I muttered to them and they turned backwards to surprisingly to see me and their guns pointing at their faces .

I smiled at them.

'RAKATAAAH!!!!!' 'RAKATAAAH!!!!'

The bullets shot through their faces and their blood sprouted like water. I turned and left the factory to bump into the tough lady. She was holding more penknives and I was not comfortable with this . I smiled at her as I pointed my gun at her face.

"You would not try to do anything stupid. " I said.

"You think I am afraid of guns ? To hell with that." she said as she rushed towards me.
