Chapter 32: Trust Is A Very Thin Line.
Alex's brows furrowed as she stared at them, she wondered what they said and why they looked so calm while she wanted to know more.
Didn't they trust them?
They didn't make the message clear, the only thing she and Ciara knew was that it had something to do with Leonardo.
"Ciara..?"
Ciara turned back to Alex.
"Stay with Zayn..always."
"Jeez, Alex. You've been acting like my mother alot today."
"Who else can love you more than I can?"
"Urrr… Zayn?"
Alex laughed and Ciara joined. "Nice one. Rub it in."
"Cia!"
The girls looked towards the person calling.
The two men looked impatient and pissed.
"Talk about impatience," Alex scoffed before slowly realizing.
"And since when does he call your nickname in public,"
Ciara shrugged as she walked to Zayn who slowly gave a smug glare to Roshan before walking away with Ciara in a tow.
Now was when things got weird.
Alex slowly glanced at Roshan, her hear leaped. He already had his eyes on her.
His eyes held hers,
Then to her body then back to her face.
Thinking that she would be with him this night was really ringing bells, loud bells.
And Alex thought silently to herself, she knew she was dressed appropriately so why did he give her that look?
"I'm not going to eat you." He said when he noticed how quiet she was.
Alex forced her normal voice-
"I wasn't worried about that."
"Then what?" He raised a brow as his adjusted his bag on his shoulder. His eyes shifting to her lips that stuttered to speak.
"Do you have something to say to me?" He asked again.
She threw him a glare, she was trying to fix her words together. Why was it hard to think when he was focused on her.
"Why are you suddenly talkative when you're alone with me? You seemed like a posh snub throughout the last forty-eight hours."
Roshan's lips curved up slight but it didn't reach his eyes.
"Keeping tabs on me, Ally?" Roshan raised a brow, and slowly realized he said the wrong name.
"Ally?" Alex eyes narrowed at him. "What's Ally?"
Was she the reason he was a complete dick to her?
How dare he call her another woman's name?!
"It's a name." He admitted and sighed out silently, regretting his unstableness when she was within his grasp.
Fuck!
"Of course it's a name, I'm not dumb. I'm asking why you called me Ally." She folded her arms around her body. Her little movements caused her breasts to jog softly, Roshan forcefully dragged his eyes away.
He could swear that his body wasn't his anymore.
"A mistake." He said simply before he looked at her again.
"Are we going to stand here and talk about my once in a life time mistake or go nap?"
She scoffed and rolled her eyes.
"Once in a life time mistake?" She almost screamed at his arrogance.
"And nap?!" She echoed again. "Is that what demons call sleep or is it just you?"
Roshan ignored her and followed the stairs, leaving her red faced.
"Hey, demon!" She followed.
"I'm sure the key is with me so why are you in such a hurry?" She smiled softly as she strolled down the quiet hallway with him.
"You know. With the little hint of respect I have for you, it doesn't mean I'm going to let you live when all this over. Just make sure you don't die demon, and I'm being serious."
Roshan huffed silently and tuned her off, she wouldn't shut up!
She noticed how he ignored her, she scoffed and thought of a better way to make him loose it.
What men hated most was when a woman insulted them especially if they were all lies or true in a way.
"Has anyone told you that you're an arrogant, impatient, selfish, un-nurtured prick?"
As expected. It made him turn immediately which made Alex stop abruptly behind him.
She smiled.
A beautiful smug smile. The type that says,
'I finally got you, prick.'
But, not really….
"I think you forgot your bags downstairs." He said instead. Alex immediately looks at his left arm that had only his bag on it…her face paled.
"What, why-" She paused.
"Were you expecting this arrogant, impatient, selfish, un-nurtured prick to get it for you like a dog?"
"You-"
"You didn't add it you know. I added it for you."
"What?" She asked despite her fuming state.
"Dog." He shrugged at her with a knowing smirk forming on his face.
Alex frowned. "This is isn't funny, demon."
"I'm not laughing, yet."
She scoffed.
Petty Prick!!!!!
She wished at That moment that could scream so loud but suddenly, her eyes found his hands that were holding a key and opening the door.
That was when she realized that they were already at their door.
Her hands went into her pants, she couldn't find the key.
She looked at him, brows up.
"When did you take the keys?"
"Do I need to answer that?"
"How did you sneak your hand into my pockets?!"
The door opened and Roshan released a long soft sigh, his eyes reached the average red haired. He leaned on the door post. And still yet…..he could still see over her head. She was tall but he was taller.
"You would've noticed if you had stop chattering like a broken music box."
"Chattering..!" Her lips curled.
"Broken music box?!"
Roshan felt the need to smile.
Getting her angry was the best feeling in the world.
"Will you stop and go get your bags"
"You will regret this!" She swore.
"What?" He arched a brow at her.
"You know." She started with a very fake smug smile, she was hurt. He could see it in her eyes. But it was fun, it was fun to be the one to bring her down like this.
"I'm not going to stop dreaming of killing you, over and over again demon."
"I patiently wait for that day, and..." He paused as she stood in his full height, the space between them disappearing as he came closer.
"The name is fucking Roshan, Ally."
Fuck!! That stupid name again!!
There was a short silence as Alex seemed distracted a bit.. the name seemed to trigger something.
Her lips sought words but he beat her to it.
"Say it!" He demanded.
Her lips closed, she looked at him. Surprise written all over her face.
His voice was deeper.
"Say my name, little Red."
She could swear she saw a hint of black aura behind his beautiful orbs.
Dangerous, demonic, evil.
The endearment seemed to get to her because she couldn't say anything.
"Alexandre?" He called with a drawl. His hand grasping her chin upwards to look into his eyes directly.
"Yes…?"
"Say..it." His voice low and husky. The wind too changed, she shivered as he caressed her lower lip softly.
She didn't want his touch!
No!
"Roshan." She spat.
He smiled gently. It didn't still reach his eyes.
"Good girl." He whispered.
"Call me demon with that tune again and you will be gasping without one soon."
Alex eyes widened.
What did he just say?!
Was it what she thought it was?
Her brain worked but no replys were relayed, empty.
Roshan stared at her…
Her defiant eyes.
Her parted lips…
He let go of her chin, he smiled like a cheerful giver.
"Now run get your bag before it disappears." He said before leaving into the room.
Alex finally breathed.
Feeling as if she had stopped breathing earlier.
What was that?
What the fuck just happened?!
It was more than his touch.
They both felt it.
The wind knew..
Something crazy was between them.
She needed to know what this motherfucker had in store for her.
