The next morning, as Sui entered the bathroom, he found Erina crouching down, fiddling with something.
"Erina, what are you doing?" Sui asked, surprised.
"Hey, Sui, do you know how to use this machine?" Erina asked as she glanced up at him.
She was wearing lavender pajamas, revealing her soft, pale calves, with plush slippers on her feet. Her long golden hair cascaded playfully against her snow-white cheeks. She looked adorable, exuding a gentle and pure aura, a far cry from the haughty persona she often displayed at school.
"A washing machine?" Sui asked, a bit amused.
"Yes," Erina nodded, "Handwashing all the time is too tiring. And as a chef, it's important to protect your hands."
For a while now, Erina had been washing Sui's clothes by hand. At first, they came out a bit torn or frayed, but over time, her skills had improved. However, washing everything manually was still exhausting.
In fact, Tohru had often volunteered to wash Sui's clothes, but Sui declined because, unlike Erina, Tohru had a habit of using her mouth instead of her hands.
The thought of wearing clothes that Tohru had washed that way made Sui feel uncomfortable—especially when they kissed.
"I can't believe you're becoming more like a perfect housewife, Erina," Sui teased.
Erina's fair cheeks turned a deep shade of red, but inside, she felt a surge of happiness.
"I guess you could say that," she replied.
Sui showed Erina how to operate the washing machine.
"Sui, you're amazing! You can actually figure out how to use a machine with so many buttons," Erina said, astonished.
Sui was left speechless. "You really lack some life skills, don't you? You can't even use a washing machine. What are you going to do when you get married?"
"Why?" Erina blushed even harder and whispered, "I... I'll work hard and learn."
Sui couldn't help but smile at her cute reaction and pulled her into a hug.
Erina's face grew even redder, and she playfully hit him with her small fist, casting a shy, reproachful glance in his direction.
As they embraced, Sui suddenly noticed something peculiar. "Hey, Erina, are you not wearing any underwear?"
Erina's pajama collar had shifted slightly, revealing a hint of her fair skin, and it became clear that something was amiss.
Erina's face turned scarlet, and she quickly covered her chest, glaring at him in embarrassment.
"Erina, when did you become so...bigger?" Sui asked with a grin.
Embarrassed, Erina whispered, "It's just... it's been feeling more crowded lately."
"Really?" Sui thought about it and realized that Erina had indeed grown a bit. She was taller now, and her body had become more developed. After all, she was only fifteen and still in the middle of her growth spurt.
"You're growing well," Sui remarked, noting that Erina's figure was already quite curvy for her age, comparable to that of an adult. She seemed poised to develop even more.
Standing at about 1.62 meters, Erina was relatively tall for a Japanese girl, though she couldn't quite compare to Tohru in height.
Erina blushed again but secretly enjoyed the compliment, like any girl who cared about her appearance.
"Shall we check if you've grown some more?" Sui teased, a mischievous smile appearing on his face.
"What? It's so early in the morning. Isn't that a bad idea?" Erina stammered, her face flushed with embarrassment.
Despite her protest, she didn't resist much and allowed Sui to continue.
After a moment, Sui nodded in satisfaction. "As expected, G is too big. D is just right."
Erina shot him a displeased look, her face still red with embarrassment.
"...What's G?" she asked curiously.
"Ahem, nothing important," Sui replied, clearing his throat.
Afterward, the two of them changed into their school uniforms and left the mansion together.
Outside, many students were jogging across campus, full of energy as the morning sun rose.
"It looks like everyone's really into fitness lately," Sui commented, noticing how more and more students had taken up exercising.
"Oh, it's because the sports meet is coming up soon," Erina explained casually after glancing at the joggers.
"Totsuki has a sports meet?" Sui asked, surprised.
"Of course. Even though it's a culinary school, aside from cooking, we follow a similar routine to regular schools," Erina said proudly. "Physical strength is crucial for chefs. How else could we handle the heavy workload in a kitchen or manage large ingredients? Totsuki has always encouraged students to stay physically fit."
"That makes sense," Sui nodded, recalling how much energy was required during residential training and fieldwork. Without stamina, it would have been impossible to keep up.
"Yes, school sports meets are usually held in May or October," Erina continued. "And on October 10th, we also celebrate Japan's first hosting of the Olympics."
"Oh, right. Erina, are you going to participate in the sports meet?" Sui asked.
Erina blushed and hesitated before replying, "Sui, you have a really strong physique... and you're very powerful..."
"More than just strong, don't you think?" Sui chuckled to himself, knowing his physical abilities had far surpassed human limits.
However, Erina misunderstood his meaning. Her face turned bright red as her thoughts wandered, and she shyly muttered, "Yeah... you're... really strong. Sometimes I..."
She trailed off, too embarrassed to continue.
"Huh?" Sui looked at her, puzzled. "Erina, what are you talking about?"
