The dreamer: Adventure in MHA(Previously MHA x The Backrooms)

Chapter 42: Back at it again

He was laying down on the hammock slowly waking up from the sweet release of nothingness, his long to the neck hair laying and bending beneath his weight. The morning sunshine of his creation brushed against his skin reflecting off his eyes. He slowly emerged from his laid position, into stretching upwards while spinning slowly to step onto the floor, he felt different and dirty. He didn't had dirt, but his skin was thick yet crumbly. He put one hand over his chin as he felt small sharp hairs brush against his fingers. "How long have I been sleeping?" He asked himself before standing up, he felt a need to take a shower, glitching into a more clean state wouldn't do the job, and it would be just lazy of him. So with a still sober mind, he alternated the layout of the room and added an extra room that connected to the rest of the piping system. It had all the essentials, a toilet, sink, shower. With this task out of the way, he removed his dirty pants and whatever he had on him, and processed to just sit under the shower, washing of the unnecessary death skin, though there was nothing to help him clean himself fully, it didn't bother him as just water was enough for him. Most of the dead skin fell off. Once done with it, he looked at the mirror while drying himself off, and saw that he has began growing facial hairs. They weren't there the last time he saw his face, or touched it, which either means that he slept for quite a while, or he just hasn't realized that it has grown. "Heh, not bad." He said to himself rubbing his chin, he enjoyed his looks. Perhaps it was the perfect time to show it to the world. And so after getting dressed up, he created another tear through reality and back to the frontrooms. He set foot on the top of yet another building.

"Hello again, world. Glad to see you." He said with open arms standing at the edge of the rooftop, he had a warm smile as he was welcomed with a beautiful sunrise, while everyone were still home resting to repeat this process again and again, he enjoyed the peace.

With that, he took a leap forward to another building, from small to tall, climbing the wall, by keeping the momentum with movements that allowed him to rotate the motion upwards, before grabbing onto the small fence keeping people from falling down. No one bothered him, only the early birds were there, but none of them seemed to notice his presence. Popularity was sometimes annoying, but when he could make himself physically nonexistent it really didn't matter much.

His movements throughout the city weren't long until he was beginning to be recognized. People pointing, taking pictures, outer just feel honored, happy or attracted, and finally those who don't care about him. The most peaceful kind for him. He didn't feel like talking to anyone he knew he had fans, but if every interaction would be empty without any emotion or something interesting happening he wouldn't do it.

And so he continued roaming around with nothing more in mind, they might see his face, they might not. Even if he came to show it, he really didn't believe this would achieve much, it was more of a motive to come back here. With every jump he began moving faster and faster as the people woke up from their rest, and began swarming the city to go to work.

He looked over to the half risen sun, with slightly closed eyes he looked at the beautiful cloud formation, while the air forced his hair to flow behind him, as he thought that he was going to land safely on a building he leaped towards, he was met by just air sitting right below him, he didn't look over where he was jumping and that caused him to crash into the wall of the building he wanted to jump on, before falling down slowly onto the street sidewalk. He laughed at this miscalculation, and stood up happy that his face wasn't hurt in the process. "Out of the way!" A man said as he ran over him causing him to fall back down hitting his face. "DAMN IT! That was personal." The kid yelled holding his nose while pointing at the person. "You screwed up."

In that instance the kid used his jumping strategy to reach him quickly before grabbing him by the back of the neck and slamming his face against the ground. He sat on one knee and looked down at the person. "You are boring... You aren't going to even fight back?" The child said lifting his shoulders, questioning how quickly the person was disarmed of any confidence. In that instance a spike appeared from the person in attempt of piercing the child's skull, but he quickly reacted by moving his head to the side. "That's all?" The child asked, this scene was being recorded by most of the people in the crowd, they were impressed an unregistered person just stopped a criminal from achieving their goal. "I remember that one person I spared, I brought them peace... or at least I hope. But for you... I don't know if peace is what you want... You have a choice." He said looking down at the man with pitiful eyes.

"Screw you!" The person said attempting to break free, but this was his saddest, mistake.

"Oh, this at least makes things more interesting." The child said smiling down at the person before letting go. "Do you have an interesting power? Or something that could be entertaining? Like, this spike, eh. Nothing special." He asked, he didn't expect a positive answer, and so he didn't get it. "Holding you here is boring, Where is anyone to resolve this situation?" He felt annoyed by waiting, just crouching there his legs were beginning to feel numb from the lack of movements.
