LIGHTNOVELWORLD Chapter 53: You guessed it
The kid waited a week, in the meantime creating the pen with alive ink, used to draw living paintings, perhaps to distract an entity or just to create alive art for fun. This reminded him of his old eye painting which he remade into an alive floating eye, currently skipping on the walls of the building on level 11. And go from level to level which he already knew. During which, he seems to have put out his thoughts allowing him to move freely without doubt. Freedom shines with it.
Assured in his own capabilities, he stepped in and out of reality at the same room as before. He was hoping to find principal Nezu in there, but he was met with just the items in the room. The kid quickly left the room, since there was no purpose in him staying in there. But There was something that caught his attention, the time outside was already night. A week of turned off mind has caused him to forget when a week has passed, and when he randomly opened his phone, he realized that he might be late.
He stood in the hallway, a person passing by saw him, and walked over to him, confused over how the alarms haven't rung yet. The person was about to question him, starting his sentence just to be cut off, by Nezu's voice welcoming the boy, with a letter with the UA logo on it.
"Hey Nezu, Glad to see you again!" The kid said with a friendly smile walking towards him, "Oh please, the pleasure is mine. It's not everyday that i get to see such a great talent." Nezu complimented finally reaching him and placing his hand upwards with the letter. "No need for such formalities, i am thankful you took me in." The kid replied, taking hold of the letter and looking at it, before turning back to Nezu. In the meantime the person who was going to question him, began walking away. He wasn't expecting that the kid would come to the school for this specifically. He saw him walk with the principal on the day of the exam.
"Now, now... Let's see the results. Little spoilers you passed, but I am sure you would want to see your results." Nezu said going towards the room and opening the door for the kid like the last time. "Indeed." The kid said walking in the room and sitting on the same small chair placing the letter before him, carefully opening it, while Nezu sits on the couch after he closed the door.
"When you open the letter just pull out the projector and allow it to boot up, enjoy." Nezu said smiling while the kid slowly pulled the device out, a small circular design with glass in the middle. He placed it down on the table before him and straightened his posture. A second passed and the device turned on, projecting a rectangle in which the video began playing, it was All Might.
"HELLO! I appear unexpectedly!" He cleared his throat before continuing "I know it's been a while, but the truth is i am not only here to fight villains, now you are looking at UA's new faculty member. I am glad you took the chance of joining in, you grasped it with all your might and now." He moved to the side as a ranking list appeared on the screen behind him. "You have passed both tests. Let me tell you a word or two about the practical exam. So... First of all, you have great skill when it comes to this. Fighting with style, eh? And second, through out the whole exam i saw that you weren't calm, but happy instead, I can see that battle brings you joy."
"Indeed." The kid replied to the hologram, but no logical response came, he lifted his shoulders signaling that it doesn't matter for him.
"But there is something else... Even if you fight with style that can destroy a lot, you still protected the other examines, from the after math, but also with such speed and the same amount of style. I see a pretty cool hero in the future."
'Only if he knew i wasn't here to become a hero.'
"For that, you have earned 42 rescue point, on top of the already earned 49 points." The ranks began filling themselves with names and points. His name wasn't present there, except just a blank spot with points beside it. "Strangely enough, i have never heard your name, neither anyone in that matter... But that is out of the question. You have done it." He said reaching out his hand towards the camera. "Welcome!" He said before the hologram turned off.
"Well, as i expected, you have nailed it." Nezu said with the same tone as before, the friendly one.
"Thanks once again." The kid said glad that he has got in.
"You are welcome!" Nezu replied putting on a moment of awkward silence, since neither of them had anything else to say. "I suppose this is where we depart once again."
"Indeed... Well, Have a great night." Nezu replied, his tone going from energized to bored and then back to energized.
"Thanks, you too."
There was now nothing for him, but to wait again, so he noclipped through the floor and back to his room.
