The fairies I flirted with in the game became real?!

Chapter 108: The Strength of the Demon Sect Elder

Li Muyang stared, dumbfounded, doubting everything he saw before his eyes.

The scene within sight was exactly the same as the resting place of the Jade Fairy in the "Immortal Sword Legend" game.

Those two burial mounds were unmistakably the graves of the Jade Fairy and her husband.

The Startling Swan Immortal Sword, which had been buzzing with sword qi and sending chills down one's spine, was now quietly inserted in front of the Jade Fairy's grave, serving as the grave marker.

But as Li Muyang lowered his head, he saw that he was wearing the green robe of an Outer Sect Disciple of the Refinement Demon Sect, and his body also bore his own likeness.

Moreover, there's neither hunger nor pain in the game.

But now, Li Muyang wasn't just sore all over, he was also ravenous.

Though those in the Qi Refining Stage didn't need to eat, they wouldn't starve to death without food for several days.

Yet, Li Muyang now felt a wrenching hunger, not knowing how many days he had been starved.

He looked around somewhat blankly, unsure of what was going on.

Wasn't I in the underground mine? How did I end up at the burial site of the Jade Fairy?

At that moment, footsteps resonated from the bamboo forest.

A woman, ragged and looking somewhat exhausted, emerged.

She wore a purple robe, the garb of an Elder of the Refinement Demon Sect.

But the once majestic and fearsome purple robe now teemed with holes, resembling more the clothes of a beggar than of an elder.

The dress beneath the robe was equally shabby and torn.

Through the tears, one could see the shocking wounds on the woman's body.

Some injuries were deep, others shallow; such wounds would have killed an ordinary person ten thousand times over, yet the woman moved with ease.

She carried a bundle of bamboo shoots in her arms.

Seeing Li Muyang awaken, the purple-robed woman who stepped out from the bamboo forest raised her eyebrows slightly, her pale face full of indifference.

"…Awake?"

Saying this, Yan Xiaoru threw the things in her arms in front of Li Muyang, and ordered him as if it was the most natural thing, "Cook these."

Li Muyang looked down at the pile of bamboo shoots before him, then at Elder Yan Xiaoru in front of him, hesitating slightly.

"Uh... that..." Li Muyang scratched his head and cautiously asked, "Elder Yan, where are we now?"

For some reason, Elder Yan no longer exuded that intimidating presence that once made Li Muyang tremble with unease.

Her expression seemed defeated, her breathing slow, and she looked simply like a wounded ordinary woman.

Beneath her tattered purple robe, the tattered dress outlined an incredibly graceful silhouette.

The gaping collar at her chest exposed a shockingly deep and white cleavage.

The former Yan Xiaoru was fearsome; Li Muyang would have kept his distance, wary of attracting attention from this Demon Sect Elder.

Li Muyang had too many secrets; only by keeping a low profile could he make a fortune quietly.

Only today had he realized that this Elder Yan was indeed very capable.

She was truly worthy of being a Demon Sect Elder...

She had to be at least an E-rank powerhouse!

Li Muyang's mind raced, yet his face remained impassive, giving nothing away.

However, Elder Yan seemed too preoccupied to care about what the insignificant Outer Sect Disciple before her was thinking.

After setting down the bamboo shoots, she stopped looking at Li Muyang, instead gazing toward the two burial mounds not far away.

Yan Xiaoru's eyes were cold as ice.

"This place is a secret realm within the Demon Sword City. During my battle with the Demon King of Centipede Ridge, we inadvertently broke open this realm."

"Though I ultimately killed her, that mother centipede set the Sun Moon Vessel ablaze and self-destructed in a final attempt to take me down with her."

"I brought you into this secret realm for refuge, but unexpectedly, this realm is connected to the Immortal Sword. Now it has sealed off the realm, and I can't leave."

"Fortunately, once the dust settles outside and the Sect receives news, the Sect Master will arrive. Then, working together from within and without, we'll be able to break open this realm."

Elder Yan roughly explained the situation with an indifferent expression.

Then, pointing to the two burial mounds in front, she said, "I have roughly explored this realm, and aside from not being able to approach those two burial mounds, the rest of the area is free for movement."

"Go find some firewood and cook these bamboo shoots," she commanded Li Muyang to work.

Just as Elder Yan finished speaking, however, she suddenly froze, her expression rigid, standing still where she was.

Within the mysterious realm, an eerie silence had fallen.

This kind of silence made Li Muyang somewhat uneasy.

"Uh... Elder Yan?"

Looking at the unmoving woman in front of him, Li Muyang cautiously asked, "Do you have any further instructions?"

As Li Muyang's voice faded, a breeze happened to blow by, and Elder Yan, who had been standing stiff, fell straight down.

Blood spurted from her mouth.

"What the fuck?! Elder Yan?!"

Shocked by the terrifying scene, Li Muyang stood wide-eyed; he swiftly jumped up from the grass and ran to the woman's side.

But he saw the woman in tattered purple garments lying stiff and motionless on the lush grass.

Although her eyes were open, her gaze was utterly vacant, devoid of any focus.

If it weren't for the slight heaving of her full chest as she breathed, Li Muyang would have almost thought Elder Yan was dead.

"Uh... Elder Yan? Elder Yan?"

Li Muyang stood by, uncertain, but no matter what he did, he couldn't awaken Elder Yan, who lay with eyes wide open.

At this point, Yan Xiaoru was obviously unconscious.

But if you're unconscious, why are your eyes opened so wide?

Are you trying to be Zhang Fei from another realm? Your journey continues on empire

Li Muyang continued to call out for a while, but the unconscious Yan Xiaoru kept her eyes wide open, unmoved.

Meanwhile, the wounds on her body began to bleed out, looking very pitiful.

For a fighter of her level, even with severe injuries, it wouldn't be possible for blood to flow so freely. They had such delicate control over their flesh and blood that it extended to the cellular level.

Now, with blood flowing from her wounds, it was clear that Elder Yan was so critically injured and unconscious that she had lost all control over her body.

As the blood continued to flow from her wounds, Elder Yan's breath grew weaker and weaker.

Li Muyang felt if he just stood by and did nothing, perhaps Elder Yan would simply die...

"Uh... Elder Yan?"

Li Muyang hesitated for a moment but eventually went to her side and took off the Qiankun Ring she wore on her left hand.

As an Elder of the Demon Sect, she definitely had a spatial treasure.

Li Muyang directly opened the Qiankun Ring and began to search inside.

"Uh... Intimate apparel? Sugar-coated haws? And even osmanthus cake..."

Li Muyang rummaged through the Qiankun Ring and was a bit dumbfounded.

What kind of random trinkets was this high and mighty Elder of the Demon Sect carrying around?

Are you a three-year-old child?

He searched through the collection of snacks, cakes, and beautiful clothes, and finally found the Spiritual Objects and Spiritual Medicine intended for cultivation and healing.

He poured out all the Spiritual Medicine from the Qiankun Ring and arranged them next to the unconscious woman.

Li Muyang began to study the usage of these Spiritual Medicines.

"This is... uh... bone-setting paste? For mending bones?"

"Soul-refining powder... isn't this for killing people?"

"Heart-devouring... Gu? Uh... this surely can't be used for healing, right?"

As the unconscious woman in the purple garments grew fainter, Li Muyang found himself hopelessly flipping through the pile of Spiritual Medicines.

Finally, he found a healing Spiritual Medicine he recognized.

"Recovery Pill! This can heal injuries!"

Li Muyang immediately poured out a Recovery Pill and stuffed it into the mouth of the woman in purple.

All these Spiritual Medicines belonging to Yan Xiaoru were top-notch, and Li Muyang, this little nobody, had hardly heard of them, let alone had an instruction manual.

If it weren't for the time his cheap little sister Li Yuechan was gravely injured and near death, and he had researched a bit, he might not even recognize a Recovery Pill.

After carefully placing the Recovery Pill into Yan Xiaoru's mouth, Li Muyang anxiously stepped back to watch.

This Elder Yan... she wouldn't just die, would she?

It would be quite a pity for someone so powerful to die.
