The Great Sorcerer from Another Dimension

Everyone still can't believe what just happened. They rush towards me for answers and I give them the answer that they needed to hear.

"I will give you the simplest explanation for now and the more detailed later because the Leviathan has not yet been defeated, the glowing feathers were from my familiar and as you can see the effect it does, which level you up one rank, that's all for now, we need to prepare for the comeback of the Leviathan"-Demetri.

I can see in their faces that it satisfies them for now and returns to their positions, testing out the new power upgrades they gain.

"It looks like a new ranking system will be introduced, I need to talk with the other chairmen about this"-Chairman David.

"Maybe you can add our tier too, Monarch's"-Daya

"Daya, stop it"-Demetri.

"I'm just saying"-Daya.

"We can work on that Ms. Daya"-Chairman David.

"See"-Daya.

I just shake my head while Daya laughs. I saw Stephan and Alice finally get through the crowd that was surrounding as earlier.

"I still can't believe this, I am now an A-rankhealer"-Alice.

"I never even dreamt to be a S-rank, but now I am one"-Stephan.

"How are you guys?"-Demetri.

"Were fine, a few bruises, fatigue and muscle pain but we still can fight"-Stephan.

"Is it really not yet over?"-Alice.

"Yes, according to Evienne, the Leviathan enter its molting stage and once it cracks, it will emerge in its final form which is much stronger than the one we faced before"-Demetri.

"Do you think we can defeat it"-Alice.

"I have faith in us, I have faith that we will, a miracle will happen"-Demetri.

Everyone is either now resting, healing others or themselves or testing out their new power rank while waiting for the leviathan. I also go check the defence and offence system of the island and help the twins and Joel repair some damaged ones. With me reaching tier 8, it's much easier for me now because I can just cast high restoration. I also did it to some parts of the island to prepare it for the upcoming battle. I also discuss the plan on defeating the Leviathan.

Not for long, our long wait has come to stop. The Leviathan molting started to crack in multiple areas and when it finally cracked whole, the Leviathan let out a loud shriek that deafened everyone. The Leviathan looks frightening than before, blood red goo is coming out from its tentacle eyes that are now continuously moving. Its skin is now black with veins pumping. Its tentacles now also have sharp spikes.

It began its attack by dropping blobs again and just like as plan all B-Rank to lower ranks, same with the offense system of the island will take care of the blobs. Maybe because it is still weak like Evienne said, it created only a few blobs.

While us, the A-ranks and upper ranks just like earlier attack the tentacles and its eyes but it's much more difficult now because it's moving. Like what we did with the crawlers, I activated the Throne eyes and cast it to everyone who is attacking the Leviathan to aid them in predicting the movement of the tentacle eyes.

At first, they cant cope with the prediction but eventually they get used to it. It especially help the archers aim better. No time is wasted because we cant wait for the Leviathan to gain its true strength. When the others are done with the blobs, they help us with the Leviathan. The offense system is now on its max but it still takes multiple shots to eliminate a tentacle, just like how we need to cast multiple attack spells just to defeat one.

It was not easy to defeat it just like what Evienne said even if its still regaining its true strength. We lost a few men even with the help of Evienne's feather and Miracle potions. But with all the difficulties, everybody did not stop until we eliminated all tentacles and we finally did it, the Leviathan was finally defeated once again, unconscious floating in the sea.

I levitate myself towards it when I notice its not moving for a long time. I scan and observe it if its still alive. I fan still feel a faint pulse but one things caught my attention while looking at it with X-ray vision, something is moving inside it, like a worm parasite. I was about to take it out when it latched deeper and it started shaking.

I sensed something from the parasite and when I realize what it was going to do I shouted for everyone to get on the island. I felt the parasite is going to explode and not just any kind of explosion but a nuclear one that will destroy half of earth. I tried multiple times to diffuse it but I couldn't, all I can do is to buy some time before it exploded.

"Everyone get on the island quickly"-Demetri.

Because of the urgency of my voice, everybody quickly gets on the island, even Daya. I cast teleportation on the island and teleported it to the sky as high as possible. Everybody shouted for my name and are asking questions but I ignore them and work on casting absolute zero.

Kaya's POV

I placed my hand on the glass where Ceres is and out of nowhere the chamber exploded. I asked Boss to leave me here because I can feel that Ceres will finish up anytime soon and he did.

I quickly got up and levitated myself to where Ceres is, who is panting because he is catching his breath.

"Are you okay?"-Kaya

"Who are you? Where is Uncle?"-Ceres.

"He is currently battling the Leviathan, you should sit down and take some time to rest"-Kaya.

"No, we need to go to where he is now, he is calling out for me, he is asking for help"-Ceres.

"Who boss?"-Kaya.

"No, Zael, the Leviathan"-Ceres.
