The Mage of The Sun God Palace

The next morning, Oliver was woken up by the voice of someone, he guessed it was probably one of the Original Oliver's servants or maids, he slowly opened his eyes and just like what he had guessed a butler was in his room, he looked quite old, probably around late 50's. He was cleaning the room but when he saw Oliver woke up he proceed to walk towards Oliver.

"Good morning, Young master. Did you perhaps slept well?"

The butler asked Oliver with a smile, though the smile seem to look warm, his gaze was not warm at all. As if he is forced to serve him, which is pretty understandable, he wouldn't like to serve himself either. Since in the game, the Original Oliver was described to have a cold personality with everyone, even his own family but of course to the 'perfect', 'innocent' and 'gentle' Isabella, he was nothing but a loyal man with a warm smile, which is probably why people think his character is annoying. He seem to not care about anyone beside Isabella, he was even nonchalant to his own family.

Even so, Choi Seojun or perhaps the new Oliver, still like the Original since even if he was harsh, he was still a bit nice to his little sister, and he appreciated that. Maybe, if the Original Oliver was nicer to his other family members and generally people around him, he will be actually liked by the players.

"Yes, quite well actually…"

Oliver answered the butler in front of him in cold manner but there was a hint of warmness in his voice. A hint of warmness that could be missed easily, but to Oliver's butler, who was served him since he was a child, noticed that warmness. The butler was looking quite shock, Oliver noticed the way the butler tensed up, but then proceed to put his smile back, yet this time the gaze does not looked cold like earlier. It looked curious and there's even the same hint of warmness like in Oliver's voice earlier.

"Is that so? This butler is glad then…"

The butler in front of him said with amusement. Albert Chamberlain, the loyal butler of his family, who has worked here for nearly 30 years. His family has been working for The Star Duchy for more than 10 generations, The Chamberlain Family is the best butler family throughout the whole land. A lot of various Kingdoms and Royalties but the Chamberlain was sworn loyalty to the Eldridge Family for The Star Duchy. Because the ancestor of the Eldridge Family has welcome and helped the Chamberlain Family, when they were at their worst, all of the other Royalties has refused to help them because they were just commoners.

So now, for more than 10 generations, the Chamberlain Family has been loyal serving the Eldridge Family and they have no intentions to betray and move out of the Eldridge Family at all.

"Young Master, you must get up now, Your Father has requested of you."

Albert said to his Young Master, he noticed something about his Young Master has changed but he was not sure, what has changed. Oliver, on the other hand, was internally panicking because the Duke, the Original Oliver's Father wants to see him, which is bad. Cause, what is he noticed that Oliver was not exactly his son, what is he going to do?

He tried his best to not show his internal panic, but it seems Albert had caught on his Young Master's distress. Albert walked towards his Young Master's and placed a hand on his shoulder.

"Young Master, are you alright?"

Albert asked his Young Master with some genuine concern. He has ever saw his Young Master like this, even though his Young Master is still 10 years old, his Young Master is more matured than kids his age. His Young Master would rather read than play and his Young Master is also a lot more serious than kids his age. So, seeing his Young Master in distress like this, he was quite concerned.

"Yes, I am fine. I'm going to wash myself now…"

Oliver finally answered, he was calmed himself and quickly changed the topic to avoid further suspicion, he walked towards the bathroom, where Albert opened the door for him.

"I see, very well. Let me open this door for you, Young Master."

Albert said while opening the door for Oliver, he was putting on that smile of his again. Oliver walking in, then Albert closed back the door and he continued to clean and picked out the clothes for his Young Master to wear.

After finishing bathing Oliver walked out the bathroom with a towel on his head, he had a towel on his head, he was already wearing the clothes Albert picked for him, he then proceed to eat the food Albert got for him because in the original story, the Original Oliver has never eaten with his family since the age of 7 years old. He woke up late because of studying magic and mana, his Father didn't stop him because he thought it was a good thing Oliver is learning magic, he can be a powerful and talented mage, and bring honor to the Star Duchy.

Albert, then proceed to escort his Young Master to the Duke's office. Oliver followed behind, Albert opened the door and Oliver went in his Father's Office.

"Oliver, do you know why i called you in today?"

His Father asked him, his Father looks serious, which probably means whatever the reason he was called, it was really important.

"No, Father."

Oliver answered nonchalantly, he was trying to be as similar to the Original Oliver. Acting cold and nonchalant is one of the many things he has to do, this is such a headache.

"Right."

"Well then, I wanted to tell you, from now on you will have a personal magic teacher. Oliver, I want you to be a mage." 

Upon hearing his Father words, Oliver quickly thought, it's not bad having a personal magic teacher, he cloud learn a lot more from someone who is familiar with magic, while learning how to conquer dark mana. 

"Of course, Father. As you wish."

Oliver said with a stoic voice, after seeing his Father nodding with a little smile, he then got escorted out by Albert.
