The War of Extinction

Almeya is a world filled with animals that have supernatural powers and ability to control the natural elements.

Portals appear throughout the world which the humans in Almeya call 'Instant Dungeon'. These dungeons appear out of nowhere and dissappear after 12 days.

The humans also received the power to battle the wild animals and raid the Instant dungeons through an enhancement they awaken at the age of 15 which they named as 'System'.

All these started at the same time, 3000 years ago. No one knows why or how, but it changed the life of humans in Almeya in a way they never expected.

The system divided their power levels in grades from F to A and more powerful such as grades S and SS which is further divided into levels low, mid and high.

When the humans awaken their systems, it separated them to 2 classes, Hunter and Support. The hunters are the people who wants to use their power to fight the monsters and supports are the people who wants to craft weapons and armors, build buildings, alchemists, healers and more.

The monsters, weapons, armors and other accessories were also divided into ranks, but without the level to further dividing them. These didn't have the levels, because it was ranked according to their power and defence by the people of Almeya amd not by the system.

This system does not give them any classes, profession or let them know how far they are from levelling up. It just showed them how powerful they are with basic attributes and the skills they have learnt which they can use at will.

The humans had to build high walls around their settlements and live within it to protect themselves from the monsters that are roaming and also at times forms a horde and attack the settlements.

The instant dungeons also spew out monsters, but they can be easily killed as those monsters mostly roam near the dungeons they come out from, acting as a way to let the humans know about the appearance of the dungeons.

These dungeons also help the people of Almeya to gather weapons, armors, potions and other accessories which they research and find a way to replicate them in the real world.

This also made many hunters to search for the instant dungeons which will give them a chance to gain power and 'Credits'.

Credits has become the form of currency throughout Almeya which can be used by anyone who has an account in which the credits can be recorded.
