As he enters the tower, Mingyu notices a faint glow emanating from a stone pedestal in the centre of the room. As he approaches the pedestal, a window pops up in front of him displaying his stats.

The window disappears and a voice boom throughout the tower, "Greetings, challenger. This tower is not for the faint of heart. Only those with true strength and courage will make it to the top. If you wish to proceed, you must face a series of challenges and defeat the guardians that await you on each floor. Are you ready?" Mingyu nodded his head, feeling a mix of excitement and nervousness.

The voice continues, "But before you go to the first floor, you must pass the tutorial so you can adapt to the situation of the tower".

With the hand wave of the administrator, followed by bright light everyone disappears and is transported to another place.

"Welcome, Mingyu! I'm your tutorial guide, here to get you ready for the challenges ahead. Let's start with the basics. Here's a wooden training sword for you." Mingyu takes the training sword, feeling its weight in his hand.

"Now, practice your basic attacks on that training dummy over there. Get a feel for the sword's weight and reach."

Before going into the tower, Mingyu has always been training in Kendo and martial arts like taekwondo because he is very determined to catch the culprit that murdered his parent and know the danger that lie ahead. He prepares so he will be strong enough when the time comes and have a solid foundation to conquer the tower.

The training dummy is made of straw and is about his height. It stands still as Mingyu approaches, and he can see that it has various markings on it, indicating where to strike for maximum damage.

The tutorial guide steps forward and tells him "Put your weight into the strike and aim for the middle of the dummy".

Then he explains "Hitting the centre with enough force will cause the straw to compress and transfer the full force of the blow, resulting in maximum damage."

The tutorial guide gives Mingyu some tips on how to properly hold the wooden training sword and how to position his body for maximum effectiveness. He then steps back and allows Mingyu to begin his practice.

With the experience from training all these years and tutorial guide tips, Mingyu gets maximum damage from hitting the training dummy. After hitting some more times, Mingyu seemed to get the hang of it and used a variety of styles of hitting such as from top to bottom, upward, and horizontal strike.

The tutorial guide nods approvingly and tells Mingyu that he is ready to move on to the next phase of his training. He leads Mingyu to a small pond nearby and hands him a smooth stone. "Your next task is to skip this stone across the water," he says.

"It may seem like a simple task, but it will teach you the importance of control and accuracy." Mingyu takes the stone in his hand and examines its smooth surface.

He notices that there are a few small bumps and imperfections on it, but overall, it feels solid and well-balanced. Then, he takes a deep breath and prepares to make his first throw. The tutorial guide instructs Mingyu to aim for a small target on the opposite side of the pond.

He takes a few steps back and begins to swing his arm, releasing the stone at just the right moment and strength. It skips across the water once, twice, three times until nine times before finally sinking beneath the surface. Mingyu feels a sense of accomplishment as the tutorial guide nods approvingly.

"Now that you've learned the basics of combat and precision, it's time to test your agility," says the tutorial guide.

The tutorial guide observes Mingyu's progress, nodding in approval at his agility on the obstacle course. As they approach the final challenge, a series of towering walls, the guide prepares Mingyu for the next phase of his training.

"Great job with the hurdles, Mingyu! Now, let's test your balance. Follow me to the balance beams."

Mingyu, slightly out of breath but eager, follows the guide to the thin and wobbly beams.

"Balance is key in the tower. You'll encounter narrow paths and precarious situations. These beams will help you develop the stability you need. Focus on a fixed point in the distance, and take each step with care."

Mingyu nods, ready to face the challenge. He steps onto the first beam, feeling the unsteady surface beneath him.

"That's it, Mingyu. Take it slow at first, find your rhythm."

Mingyu concentrates on a point ahead, methodically placing one foot in front of the other. The beams sway with his movements, adding an extra layer of difficulty.

"You're doing great. Keep that focus."

Mingyu reaches the end of the balance beams, a sense of accomplishment evident on his face.

"I made it!"

"Well done! These skills are vital. Now, let's move on to the walls. They'll test your strength and agility. Follow me."

Mingyu, boosted by his success on the balance beams, follows the guide to the next challenge.

"Now, Mingyu, these walls will test your strength and agility. Scaling them is all about a combination of power and finesse. Watch closely."

The tutorial guide demonstrates the technique, showcasing a flawless leap to grasp the top edge of the imposing wall. Mingyu observes, absorbing the mechanics of the movement.

"The key is in the jump. Use your lower body strength to propel yourself upward, and reach for the top. Once you've got a grip, pull yourself over. It's a skill crucial for the tower."

Mingyu nods, understanding the challenge ahead. With newfound determination, he positions himself for the attempt.

"You got this, Mingyu. Remember, timing is crucial."

Mingyu takes a deep breath, focusing on the wall before him. With a burst of energy, he sprints towards it. In a calculated moment, he leaps into the air, reaching for the top edge.

His fingers barely touch, but with sheer determination, he secures a grip and pulls himself up.

"Whew, that was close."

"Excellent job, Mingyu! Scaling those walls is no small feat. How do you feel?"

Mingyu, standing triumphantly atop the wall, looks down at the course below.

"Alive, empowered. This is incredible!"

"That's the spirit! This is just the beginning, Mingyu. Many more challenges await you in the tower. Your journey has just started."

Mingyu turns to the guide, gratitude evident in his expression.

"Thank you for your guidance. I'm ready for whatever comes next."

"Now, Mingyu, with the skills you've acquired today, you're better prepared for the challenges ahead. Take this pouch of coins; use them wisely in your journey."

Mingyu takes the pouch, examining the unfamiliar coins with the strange symbol.

"That's the local currency. You'll get used to it. Now, let's check your progress."

Suddenly, a window appears, displaying Mingyu's improved stats.
