The girl happily shook her hand, her voice breaking with excitement.
“Wow, I’m so happy!” She turned to her friends and bragged, “See how nice my idol is!”
After Richelle let go of her hand, the girl held her other hand, screaming with joy,
“OMG, I’m not going to wash my hands today!”
Richelle laughed, “Remember, medical students should promote hygiene!”
The girl got a little carried away, bouncing around in front of her and pointing at her two friends.
“Dr. Dunn, can my friends and I take a photo with you and Master Lewis? You two are such a perfect match, and my boyfriend really admires Master Lewis. He says it’s a pity he’s not running for president!”
Richelle smiled at Roy, “Do you mind?”
On any other day, Roy wouldn’t bother entertaining these girls.
But this girl was sweet, not only praising his wife’s skills but also complimenting them as a perfect match.
“Alright, let’s take one picture. But it’s for private use only, not to be shared or posted on any social platform.”
The girl nodded repeatedly, “Of course, we know Master Dunn and Master Lewis are very low-key!”
She gestured for her two friends to come over, and the group took a photo together.
Afterward, the girls politely bowed to thank the couple.
Richelle encouraged them, “Keep it up! I’m looking forward to all of you becoming outstanding doctors one day!”
The girls bowed again, “We will! Our instructors always use you as an example to teach us!”
They waved goodbye to Richelle and Roy.
“Master Dunn, Master Lewis, enjoy your date!”
As the three friends happily walked away, Richelle looked back at Roy.
“What movie should we watch?”
Roy realized that Richelle didn’t have much experience with entertainment or leisure either.
For the first twenty to thirty years of their lives, they both had been preparing for their goals and missions, with little time for unnecessary entertainment.
“Do you want to watch a mystery, comedy, art film, or documentary?”
Richelle ruled out one of them, “Let’s skip the documentary. We’re on a date, so let’s choose something light-hearted.”
Roy nodded, “Okay, pick a comedy then.”
Richelle agreed and picked a comedy from the scrolling screen, then placed an order on the mobile app.
Roy went to the front desk to buy some milk tea and popcorn. The young man at the counter looked up.
“Sir, may I help you?”
As he recognized Roy’s face, his eyes widened with surprise, “Excuse me, are you-?”
Roy “shushed” him, “I’m sorry, but I just want to watch a movie quietly with my wife!”
The young man immediately understood who he was dealing with and nodded frantically, “I understand. Master Lewis, what would you like?”
