"Wife, why don't you leave first? I'll talk to the people from the Special Action Division," Long Xiaoshan said.

Qin You shook her head, "I won't go; besides, whether I go or not isn't truly important."

Long Xiaoshan thought about it and realized it was true; if he couldn't escape, Qin You certainly couldn't either.

Now, the only option was to negotiate with the Special Action Division, hoping they'd give up on pursuing this matter.

He squeezed Qin You's hand firmly and said, "Then we'll stick together through thick and thin."

Qin You didn't speak. From the moment Long Xiaoshan burst into the Special Action Division to rescue her, she knew she could never leave this country bumpkin for the rest of her life. If he died, she wouldn't want to live alone either.

Seeing Long Xiaoshan approaching, Hu Yu fearfully pushed the doctor treating him away and, ignoring the intense pain in his abdomen, attempted to flee.

A figure stood in front of him and said with a smirk, "Where do you think you're going?"

Blocked by Long Xiaoshan, Hu Yu fell to his knees with a thud, sniveling and crying, "Please, spare me. I was wrong, Brother Long, I really was. You have a big heart; just let me go as if I were nothing."

"Oh, where did you go wrong? Tell me about it."

"Speak up!"

"Yes, yes, I shouldn't have harbored evil intentions towards Captain Qin, let alone touch her inappropriately, attempting to forcefully overpower her. I'm guilty; I deserve to die," Hu Yu, already terrified by Long Xiaoshan, quickly admitted.

Long Xiaoshan had actually burst Hu Yu's groin.

"Long Xiaoshan, what are you doing? You even dare to commit violence!" Zhao Xiaoqiao charged down from upstairs, furious. She had just gone to change into her own clothes; wearing Long Xiaoshan's clothes had been too embarrassing. But just as she finished changing and came down, she witnessed Long Xiaoshan's act of violence.

It completely enraged Zhao Xiaoqiao.
