Qin Hao hadn't attended the grueling military training, instead he spent the day wandering outside, looking for a decent storefront.

Qin Hao and Xia Qing walked side by side in silence, under the shade of willow trees lining the path, a gentle breeze blowing.

This scene gave Qin Hao a sense of nostalgia, reminiscent of when they used to go to school together in high school.

"How have you been?" Qin Hao asked softly.

Xia Qing sounded a bit melancholic, "Pretty good, just Bai died."

Bai died? Who was Bai?
