Wendy And Her Mafia Lover

"What do you think your doing? Why would you let my grandchildren stay on that hideous basement!" Mrs. Emerie almost faint after hearing that the twins are being locked up on the basement together with their assistant.

"Isn't this a bit too much Zade?" Mr. Emerie asked as Zade put down his coffee and stared at them.

"If I don't decipline them this early then who would do it for my sake? Wendy didn't say anything as she too knows that this is the right thing to do. If you have problems with my parenting style then right a letter and I'll see what I can do with your oppositions." Zade said coldly as they didn't bother saying any words anymore knowing how Zade is pissed off.

Aaron gladly prepared their coffee's as Wendy arrive with such an awkward silence. "It's about time that we should go and see the twins on how are they doing." Wendy said as her parents look anxious.

"It's okay Mom and Dad, They knew this would happen. We'll take care of the rest, Your flight to London is this afternoon right?" She asked as her parents smiled and nodded.

'Wendy really become a calm person after being with someone as dangerous as Zade.' Her mother said looking at Wendy walking with Zade. 

"She's standing next to a mafia boss like it was nothing at all." Mr. Emerie said as it still gives them shivers by how Zade looked at them like they will die with one wrong move yet Wendy was so calm dealing with Zade's temper. 

They wanted to come with them yet maybe the horrible scene of the cell will make them sick knowing what more downstairs that is where these Mafia's are doing their business with. 

Aaron remained with Wendy's parents as he smiled at them and gave them some desserts.

"I will be getting married soon with Maria Mary Emerie. I hope that I can have your blessing as someone who is the only guardian that Mary have." Aaron started as they almost choke on their coffee.

"What the hell, We didn't even know that your hitting it off with her?!" Mr. Emerie said in shock as he covered his mouth knowing that this is Aaron David Reyes they are talking to.

"You don't need to be conscious when talking to me Mr. Emerie, I am here to ask for you blessings." He said as they both looked at each other. 

"Do you even think that Mary would accept the work you are into right now? She run away the last time right? We know that you guys aren't getting younger yet what will happen if you got a partner that is scared of your work?" Mr. Emerie cleared his throat as Aaron smiled at him. 

"I am deeply aware about that yet this time I will not back off just because she is scared. I cannot lose her again especially that she's giving me a open door back to her heart again." he said as Mr. and Mrs. Emerie looked at each other and sigh knowing that they cannot do anything about it. 

"You see Aaron we are old now and even Wendy already gave us a grandchildren. Both you and Mary are in the right age now to make decisions yet we want what is best for the both of you. Your family had been good to us yet we also care for Mary's well being. This decision should be for the both of you and we also want to hear Mary's side about this." Mrs. Emerie said as Mary got back in the Reyes mansion just in time that they are talking about such topic. 

"Mr. and Mrs. Emerie," Mary greeted them as she bow down her head.

"We were just talking about you. Aaron here asked for our blessing on your marriage and we thought about what you want for yourself since this decision is a lifetime decision. Marriage is not like a simple game that whenever you want to quit you can do as you please yet this is commitment were talking about. This is not just a little future but also the future of your future children." Mrs. Emerie said as Mary smiled.

"I know what you meant by that Auntie and Uncle yet this decision was also been made by me." Mary said as Mr. and Mrs. Emerie smiled at them and nodded. 

In the basement the twins bow down their heads especially Zackeeyah as they both said their sorry for being stubborn and won't do a reckless thing again that will cause other people's lives.

"You know as your mother that I am not that strict like your father but if you cause misfortune to someone who is innocent and living a normal life then that time you will see who you should be scared off rather than your father." Wendy said coldly as she never get the chance to scold them last night since Zade is mad at them already. 

Yet last night Zade explained the situation what the twins bought their classmate in since they are in danger because of their sudden visit. 

"Are we clear Zachary and Zackeeyah?" Wendy asked as they both nodded. Jayden forgot that the most scary person here is not Zade at all but Wendy. 

'No matter how mad Zade is the most scary person in the empire is Wendy causing everyone even Zade to shut his mouth up.' Jayden thought as they all bow down their heads.

Zade didn't bother talking as Wendy is also pissed by what happened.

"We understand Mom, We are sorry." The twins apologized as they went to meet with everyone after freshening up.

The twins smiled as they wave their goodbye to their parents as they have to go to London for a trip. 

"Aaron," Zade called as Aaron nodded and get the car since they are going to meet the new partner they are planning to have a contract with and having the twins away for awhile makes it easier for them to go to Zel's mansion for the proposal hearing.

"What punishment did you give to Jayden and Target?" Wendy asked out of curiosity as Zade smirked. "Target can't talk to Knight for awhile while Jayden will not contact you until their punishment will be lifted." Zade answered.

"The most cruel punishment that they will ever do in this life time is to not contact the person they both love. After all they wanted to be with the person they love." Zade said knowing that this is torture even for Jayden who loved to contact Wendy all the time.

As Zachary and Zackeeyah stepped out onto the plane's stairway, the cool London air greeted them, filled with excitement and anticipation.

Zackeeyah, entranced by the bustling scene below, took a quick step forward, but her foot missed the edge of a stair. In an instant, she felt herself tipping forward, her heart skipping a beat as she braced for a painful fall.

Just then, a hand shot out, firm and steady, catching her around the waist.

It was Jayden, who had been right behind her and had reacted in the nick of time. He pulled her back up, holding her close to steady her yet they both fall on the stairs as Jayden landed on the floor being the shield for Zackeeyah's fall.

"You alright?" he asked, his voice calm but his grip slightly shaking.

Zackeeyah exhaled in relief, clutching his arm as she steadied herself. "Thank you, Jayden. I didn't even see that step." But as she looked up at him, she noticed his face was pinched in pain.

Jayden clenched his jaw as he sat down, glancing down at his left hand, which he was cradling with his right. "I think I… pulled something," he admitted, unable to fully straighten his fingers. It seemed he'd twisted his wrist as he'd grabbed for her, saving her from the fall.

Zachary hurried over, frowning in concern as he examined Jayden's hand. "Jayden, that looks swollen. We should get it checked." Target said worriedly.

Jayden gave a small, reassuring smile, trying to wave them off despite the obvious discomfort. "It's just a sprain, I'll be fine," he said, though his voice hinted at the pain he was trying to hide.

Feeling a pang of guilt, Zackeeyah held his arm gently. "I'm so sorry, Jayden. You got hurt because of me."

Jayden shook his head, his eyes soft. "No, really. Keeping you safe is worth it. Let's just get to the terminal. I'll get this checked out later."

"Are you sure about this Jayden?" Mr. Emerie asked as Jayden smiled and nodded in answer.

With Target supporting Jayden on one side and Zackeeyah apologetically by his side, they made their way down the rest of the stairs, their adventure in London starting with an unexpected twist one that had brought them all just a bit closer.

'I cause another trouble just by stepping out the plane. Damn it Zackeeyah!'
