Orochimaru steadied himself, suppressing the doubts in his heart, and turned to Night Star with a faint smile.

"So, it was you who performed the Triple Rashomon earlier."

"Orochimaru."

Night Star nodded, greeting him calmly.

Listening to their conversation, Tsunade asked with a puzzled expression, "You two know each other?"

Orochimaru smiled slightly. "Of course. You've been away from the village for a while. Let me introduce you. This is the village's special jōnin, Night Star Uchiha."

"Special jōnin..."

Tsunade glanced at the vast scorched land created by a Great Fire Destruction technique, feeling the lingering heat in the air. The title "special jōnin" felt increasingly uncomfortable to her.

With strength and talent like Night Star is, he was in no way inferior to the once-famous Yellow Flash. Yet, he wasn't even a full-fledged jōnin?

It was obvious that the Three-Tails' jinchūriki was here to kill Night Star Uchiha.

To the Mist leadership, Night Star is threat had evidently grown to the point where deploying a jinchūriki a strategic-level weapon was necessary.

At that moment, Yagura suddenly released his tailed beast transformation and reverted to his human form.

When his true face was revealed, Orochimaru froze for a moment. His slit pupils widened in shock as he murmured, "The Three-Tails' jinchūriki is the Fourth Mizukage himself?"

Orochimaru was dumbfounded.
