"Oh!" Gu Yanyan raised her eyebrows. On her little face, such expression make her look even more cute.

"Then let's hear what Xumei has to say." Little Gu Yanyan said as she plopped her little face in her little hands and focused her gaze at Yang Xumei's face.

Yang Xumei leaned over the table and excitedly told Gu Yanyan everything she saw in An Shui hall about how Madam Shen accused madam Yun for related to the robbery and even exposed the fact that Madam Yun had stole old Madam Gu's red coral headpiece and how in her revenge madam Yun had accused madam Shen for stealing old Madam Gu's green emerald bracelet and how old Madam Gu had lead everyone to search madam Shen's private vault to find if what Madam Yun said was true or not.

"Hahaha..." Yang Xumei slapped the table hard as she laughed at the scenario from before. "You should have been there, miss and should have seen Madam Yun's face when she realized how badly she had fallen for Madam Shen's scheme. Haha" Yang Xumei clutched her stomach as it started to hurt because of her so much laughing.

Little Gu Yanyan also laughed at Madam Yun's misery, putting her milky teeth on show.

"Let them fight amongst each other and we'll gain the benefits." Gu Yanyan said as an evil grin appeared on her face. But what she didn't know was, on her little cute face even that evil grin was looking adorable instead of looking scary.

Inside Yuansong courtyard;

"Mother this way." Madam Shen lead old Madam Yun and other members of Gu family towards her private vault and opened it.

"After searching here, I hope you'll all believe me. I don't know why second sister-in-law thinks so low of me but if searching my room and my private vault put you all at ease then so be it." Madam Shen spoke her grievances and finally took a deep breath as she opened the door of her private vault.

Crrricckkkkk.

"Look everyone come forward and search everywhere you find suspici- aahhh!" In middle of speech madam Shen suddenly screamed.

"Ho-how can it be? How can my private vault be empty? Ah! my gold and jade accessories? My my silk brocade. M-my-" Like a madman Madam Shen couldn't help but scream at the sight of her private vault which was empty at one side. Her private vault's condition was not the same as the main storehouse but it nothing better too.

At the sight of her vault, Madam Shen could conclude what she had lost and what remain in the big half empty vault.

Leaving her dowry given by Shen family in her wedding, everything, everything was taken away. Whatever she received from Gu Residence and whatever she had managed to grab from Madam Lin's treasure house, nothing left. Not even a piece of silk handkerchief.

At the sight of her half empty vault she felt as if all the energy, all strength from her body had been drained.

Her mind was in zombie state as she couldn't understand what was going on.

She too was shocked when she saw the main storehouse empty but she was not that worried about it as it was not only her who had lost her portion of treasures from that storehouse but the whole Gu Residence and she even found a chance to put blame on Madam Yun, no matter if she did it or not but Madam Shen could frame her anyways.

Even in loss she could make best of it. So, Madam Shen didn't take it to her heart but now....?
