Amon, The lowest tier disciple in the Insanity Sect

So, I'm trying to figure out this whole "cultivation" thing. Problem is, I'm not sure if I'm supposed to feel power or just a headache.

I'm sitting in my room, doing my best to look "mysterious" like the cool guys do. I close my eyes and chant, "I am strong. I am the chosen one. I will rise to the top."

I open my eyes, expecting to be glowing or something.

Nothing.

I try again.

Still nothing.

Then, I remember! I'm supposed to "synchronize with my aperture." Whatever that means.

I sit there for another hour, trying to "sync." Turns out, I'm just sitting on my own foot and my leg's asleep. Oops.

Anyway, I decide to call it a day and go look for treasure. The real treasure.

I stumble across a random chest in the back alley of the sect. The moment I open it, there's a flash of light.

I get excited! Finally, some good luck!

Turns out, it's just a sock. A single sock. And not even a good one.

But hey, I can always use more socks. Maybe this is the "treasure" I've been looking for.
